Coconino Center for the Arts is an awesome place in the pines. I enjoyed so much playing my music there in the Auditorium during Flagstaff Folk Festival. Highly recommend this place for all their events!

Really enjoyed the artist talk with Jihan Gearon last night. She is a very thoughtful and intelligent person. Appreciate her sharing with us.

This facility and organization is a small town treasure. They don't always have world class art on display, but they often have brilliant community events and surprisingly good local art discoveries. I'm grateful to the organization and the people at the heart of it for providing so much fun, interest and wonder for our community.

They had George Winston perform here! Among many other musical greats! Super great community arts and culture center. Wonderful gallery exhibit area. Digital Resource Center and much more to come from what I read on the website for Creative Flagstaff and Coconino Center For the Arts. I only went for a brief visit but I'm excited to come back. And although yes it probably needs more money and more development as many reviewers mentioned, I'd say for what it is it's awesome what CF and CCA is creating outta here. If you are in the area and can check out it I would add it to the list of Artful and Creative places to visit in Flagstaff. And just down the road from Museum of Northern Arizona and on the way to Snowbowl mountain activity area.

Went there to see The Foundry performances. Great place. When heading out of town towards this place, be sure and look for the tiny sign on the right. The driveway is easy to miss and actually comes up sooner than the directions alert you to. Maps took us to the next driveway anyway, and we had to turn around.

I came here to see a local artists' exhibit. I was just passing through and saw this on a list of festivals, etc. happening in Flagstaff. Loved it! There is some very cool and fun art here. It was a bit odd that I was the only visitor the whole hour or so I was there. I feel like this place doesn't get as much love as it deserves. It's very nice, the price of admission is whatever you can afford.

A little worn. Could use a rehab. Acoustics were good.

Yelp
Very disappointed. An organizational disaster. People working the event must have all been volunteers who had ZERO idea on how to run a event. We were very excited to see "Sailing into Oblivion". The tickets stated that you must arrive on time and should you arrive late you would not be seated until intermission. The stated time was 6:30. We arrived at 6PM, it was total chaos. Nothing had been set up and depending on who you spoke with there were several opinions as to when the event would start - 7:30, 8:00, nobody seemed to know. We took a look around the very limited items on display and decided to leave rather that wait an hour and 1/2 or 2 hours. Surprise we were locked in. It took several minutes to find someone with the keys to let us out. We will read the book and watch the uTube videos. I suspect the Center for the Arts operates on an extremely small budget, but considering the fairly large number of artists in the county I was stunned at the extremely limited items on display. Most of questionable quality compared to what I have seen around town. This could be an exciting and valuable art space in Flagstaff. I just question if the people running this venue know what they are doing. Too bad and very sad. As new Flagstaff residents we had hoped this would be somewhere we could enjoy art on a regular basis. Maybe in the future if it improves. Mike

Yelp
We came here on a recent trip to Flagstaff and found a few spots in town we wanted to visit. The Center was free to visit, though a small donation was recommended. There were two collections on display, in two separate rooms. The center was essentially empty so we enjoyed the displays in almost perfect silence. It's a little ways out from downtown, but worth the few mile drive. There is also a historical museum directly in front, if you're interested in both.

Yelp
Very nice installation of local work of both new and established artists -paintings, sculpture and jewelry. Large space, easy access and friendly staff. Prices were displayed on every piece. As a frequent Santa Fe and Taos gallery visitor, it ws nice to see the Arizona flavor. Across the street from the must see Museum of Northern Arizona.
