Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa

The positives: ⁃ Resort staff were fantastic. and the rooms in the Harmony section (3rd floor) were very clean and well maintained. - Food at most sit down restaurants was excellent and top-shelf drinks were available at most bars. - The resort never felt crowded compared with many other all-inclusives and there were always plenty of towels and chairs at the pool and for excursions. ⁃ Bartenders were great. Special shout-out to Godfrey in the lounge for taking such good care of our group. - Live entertainment was a highlight, especially the music at the foam party, and the themed buffets offered a nice variety of options. Suggestions for improvement: ⁃ There were not enough servers at the adult pool, in the main lobby seating areas, or in the second-floor lounge. - Seafood choices were limited and there was not enough authentic creole cuisine at either the buffets or the sit down restaurants ⁃ The adult pools would really benefit from a swim-up bar or additional poolside service. - Ceiling fans in the main lobby would help keep air circulating and make the space more comfortable. All in all a strong 5/5. We will definitely return in the near future. PSA - Apply deet based bugs spray to reduce sand fly bites during dawn & dusk hours. Carry hydrocortisone cream and antihistamine cream just in case!

This resort is absolutely amazing! The staff is top-notch, the resort itself from the room, to the pools, to the beach, and the food are excellent! My adult daughter and I took a trip for a week to celebrate her college graduation. We did aquasize, played Beach volleyball, played pool volleyball, bingo by the pool, trivia and enjoyed the nightly entertainment and theme dinners. There are plenty of chairs at all|of the pools and paradise beach is wonderful! I can’t say enough about this resort! Five stars aren’t enough!

Hands down the best vacation ever. From start to finish there is not a complaint I can make about anything at this resort!!||The staff was amazing and hands down the most friendly people I have met in my life. Smiles abounded and they remembered your name and made you feel truly special. ||If you want an awesome family resort in St Lucia, this is the place to be. The food was amazing, rooms clean, staff wonderful, and entertainment was excellent. We had such an amazing time as a family!!!

This resort was exceptional. So many different amenities and activities for everyone of all ages. Lots of off resort excursions could be booked too - we highly recommend the Land & Sea tour. ||The food was fabulous no matter where we chose to eat for breakfast, lunch, or supper.|Evening entertainment was always a lot of fun and the theme nights were incredible!||The staff were absolutely amazing!! So friendly and welcoming and always smiling and making us feel comfortable, and always ready to serve. The following individuals were "stand out" staff who made our stay so enjoyable:||Concierge staff Shirlanda, Dania, Dahlia, Lanelle||Bar staff Quan, Thomas, and Jedi||Food service Shekina, Lester, Neliser, Nissa, Evelyn, Row, and Miss Mary D||Also have to mention CJ, Jabari, Holder, and the piano man Lee.||Our housekeeper Melika was the best!! She did a fabulous job keeping our room clean and fresh every day and always put a smile on our faces with her kind notes, towel animal creations and friendly smile.||Overall this was simply an amazing and unforgettable experience and we will be back again!!

This has easily been our favorite all inclusive vacation. The staff here are unmatched. Special shout out and thank you to Shekinah who works at the buffet in the mornings. She was so wonderful with our daughter and made us feel like family. Marley who did housekeeping was also fabulous. She went above and beyond by always making sure we had what we needed and even leaving us cute notes in our room. This resort has it all. Lots of activities and events. We especially loved the "Duck Race" in their lazy river. The food is also INCREDIBLE. Some of the best buffets we've had.

We took our family 2 adults/2 kids to coconut bay (splash side) of the resort and had the best vacation ever. The food was amazing, entertainment, kids activities, pool/water park. The staff are great and truly strive to make your experience great. The beach is great as well, sure it calmer on the other side of the island but it's still a fantastic beach. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Thanks for the great vacation and look forward to returning.

Coconut Beach All Inclusive Resort in St. Lucia was purely magical! The amazing resort is located only a short distance from the airport which allows you to start enjoying paradise all the sooner! We were greeted with big smiles and rum punch! First, the staff at Coconut Beach were wonderful and truly make the place stand out! I can't say how much we enjoyed all of them! They were jovial, kind and so helpful! The resort is spread along the most amazing stretch of beach with multiple pools, hammocks, and places to relax and meander! We loved all the casual food options and grand buffet, but were blown away by our reservation meals that were excellent and included in our stay! Our servers went out of the way to please us even finding the perfect drinks or wine for our liking! It was clean and beautiful! The ocean is a little windy but there are always places to relax away from the wind too! They also had amazing performers, singers and entertainment every single day that you could pick and choose! I could go on and on about this truly wonderful place and people! We love Coconut Bay and St. Lucia!

Arrived last Sunday afternoon and was a super short drive from the airport. Maybe 8 minutes max. Easy check in, no real issues there. ||Now to start, this is probably my 20th or so all Inclusive so well seasoned in all aspects. I’ve seen bad and amazing. This one just truly misses the mark. ||Pros: short airport ride, food overall decent but nothing earth shattering. Relatively clean, and decent alcohol selection. That’s about all I can think of. Jamal at the beach bar was Amazing!! Highlight of our trip!! Room was serviced everyday but bathroom was disgusting in general. ||Cons: extremely outdated. They are in process of the rooms but main areas are terrible in my opinion. You are on the Atlantic side so ocean not as pretty. Staff really not|Friendly and seemed to be annoying them to ask for anything. Lobby bar you get totally ignored. Not a good selection of restaurants. Waited over an hour at Asian and we got up and left. Also totally screwed up our reservations for excursion which they did apologize but caused some issues. ||Overall mediocre at best. Will not be back. For same price, go stay at the Royalton. Not a 4 or 5 star hotel to say the least.
