Our stay at this beautiful family-run resort was nothing short of incredible. The resort itself is stunning—peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by greenery, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. The pool-facing rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. What made the experience even better was the seamless connection between their hotel and their restaurant, Joet’s. Both places have an incredible vibe, with great service, amazing food, and a laid-back yet lively atmosphere. Whether you're here for a quick getaway or a long holiday, this place is a must-visit.

Staff was polite, however assistance from various support staff was extremely lacking. Had to go find someone for WiFi passwords, had to call several times for assistance with TV, waited 50 minutes. The batteries in the remote were dead. A menu was dropped off poolside, absolutely no followup to inquire if we would like to place order. Had to find staff to place order. And then there were the bugs in the room. Big black flying insects. We killed 4 of them. Had to toss carcass out as black ants invaded room and swarmed dead insects. Very unpleasant to say the least. Shower did not drain at all, completely flooded the bathroom. Sometimes toilet would not flush properly. Saving grace was the incredibly comfortable bed, very close to airport and very quiet. Beautiful grounds. This place was not busy, we were the only ones in the pool during our stay. We only saw a group of 3 women during our stay. Overall very disappointed, the lovely pool and grounds did not make up for the level of slow/non existent service, insect problem and plumbing issues.

About time for another review of this fabulaous place. We are one of the regular repeat visitors and there is no secret why - the place is magical and truly paradise on earth and an oasis of calm in Goa. We cannot fault the rooms, friendly staff and food both at breakfast and evening - with a mixture of European and Indian offerings. A short walk through a well lit (and totally safe!) pathway takes you to Bogmalo Beach and the sister restaurant Joets right on the beach where the same friendly atmosphere exudes. Yes this is India and power cuts happen from time to time, but the on site generator soon kicks in to restore power, the wifi is fine I undertook Teams calls for work whilst there this time - ask at reception for the best connection. Overall another fabulous stay and a warm thank you to Lynn, Nello and their team - already booked for next year!

Have stayed here on several visits to Goa. Staff very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms spacious and clean with all facilities that you need. Whether it is just one night or many you will always find a warm welcome from all the staff you come in contact with. They are a credit to the management who are always on hand if you need them. Can’t wait to go back

The villa style rooms are well spaced out creating a wonderful get away feel. Friendly hosts are ever ready to help and this adds to the great experience. Hygienic and spacious rooms.

I just checked into the hotel after pre-paying for 3 nights. The pictures were very inviting, so I decided to pre-pay. What a mistake. The rooms are damp and there is a nasty smell as if the doors and windows haven't been opened in years. It feels like there is mold. As soon as I entered the room my eyes and nose started watering. it was hard to breathe and I asked them to open all the windows and doors. I checked 3 rooms and all the same. Feels as if they just falsify information that there are guests or they have mold in the rooms. I told them I wanted to cancel the room - even agreed to pay for one night but cancel the other 2 nights but they refused. I am very very disappointed. It was my first visit to Goa and they have made it miserable.

A nicely appointed small bungalow complex, but due to what I can only perceive as that being out of season it did not match our expectations or needs.|Whilst the room was of a good size, we did find the room was too uncomfortable for us. This was because the air conditioning switched off for about 3 hours overnight which led to a very uncomfortable night. Also there was supposed to be a shuttle to the beach and its restaurant's, however this was not available for our stay, even though it was in the hotel description when we booked, this led to a walk down to the beach through a dark and dangerous pathway. For these reasons we decided to take a loss on our stay and checked out of the complex after the first night of our 3 night stay for a hotel that better suited our needs and expectations.
