Coconut Grove Apartments Port Douglas

Coconut Grove is absolutely amazing!! I got there well before check in time knowing I wouldn’t be able to check in straight away, I was able to leave my luggage and to my surprise I received a text message not long after advising my room was available, the lovely manager (the blonde lady I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name) was warm, welcoming, funny and her customer service was outstanding - she went above and beyond to ensure I was able to check in early and did not make me feel like a burden like other places when you arrive early and ensured I was happy if I passed her by during my stay. The room was spotless, inviting and spacious. I booked the penthouse apartment, there’s 3 bedrooms in there but I only booked for 1 so the other 2 rooms were locked - the layout of the penthouse is beautiful with stunning views - the upstairs bbq / private pool & spa with sunglounges and L shaped outdoor set plus a dining set was perfect, the pool was lovely luke warm and refreshing enough. They supplied some bath salts and a cute candle for a relaxing bath. The kitchen had everything you needed, laundry and dryer in the apartment. The resort was quiet, clean and relaxing - it was perfect. A special thanks again to the manager who helped make sure my outfit for a wedding was correctly zipped and pinned before I headed off! |Can’t wait to return to coconut grove when I visit Port Douglas next - absolutely exceptional! What a beautiful apartment we stayed in and the staff were so friendly. The apartments are so perfectly situated very near to 4 mile beach and at the start of all the restaurants in the road leading to the marina. If or when we return to Port Douglas we wouldn't consider anywhere else other than Coconut Grove.

Really friendly checkin and checkout. Perfect location to walk anywhere in port Douglas. Traveling with friends and needed 3 bedrooms and this was perfect. The top level was a great way to end the evening looking over the town in the pool. Would strongly recommend.

Having stayed here 2 years ago I decided to return solo for a much needed break. It was amazing and everything about this stay from the booking process to check in, was made perfect by the staff who were excellent. The apartment is very well appointed - luxurious - and having the plunge pool a real bonus. I really don't think I could stay anywhere else now!

Absolutely amazing apartment that was as large as a house. We were a party of 5 adults and 1 child and all had ensuite rooms. The indoor and outdoor spaces were spacious and had everything we needed which meant we all had room to spread out.|The private pool was heated and enjoyed by our granddaughter.

We had our daughters wedding in Port Douglas and could Not have picked a better Location. Being a destination wedding there were a lot Of Things we didn’t have access too but a quick call to reception and they made it happen. It was just like being at a best friends place as they all had our backs for the weekend. Thank you to the staff at Coconut Grove for making the weekend stress free and all your help. We really appreciate it.
