I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my entire stay. The room was not only impeccably clean but also tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The attention to detail was evident, and it's clear that the hotel takes pride in maintaining high standards. One standout aspect was the outstanding service. The staff was not only professional but also genuinely friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was room service or inquiries at the front desk, the efficiency and courtesy were consistently impressive.

Extremely run down. No restaurant or anything to buy food or even drinks from. Needs a good renovation. Only good quality is the pool area

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious. The swimming pool is very lovely. The location is also perfect, with easy access to nearby downtown and transportation. Free breakfast featured a range of delicious choices, including eggs, bacon, fruit, toast and drinks.

Staff are really friendly but you need to be aware|No WiFi in Rooms /Restaurant is closed so other than "no choice breakfast" no food or snacks are available. Breakfast 2 toast 1 Butter 1 egg half a bacon rasher|I tea bag and 1 Nescafe sachet in room Kettle but no fridge or Microwave so no| milk or sugar. No Toiletries Room only cleaned on demand Photos are misleading

We stayed here for 7 nights. Our room was good and clean with a great bathroom and bar fridge. However bed was uncomfortable, one side was very hard with a lump in the middle and other side was average (strange i know). The pool area was great, pool was cleaned everyday and grounds were immaculate. Breakfast was average, the same thing was served everyday- got a bit over it after a couple of days. You could order from the menu if you wanted to. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked a question. Resort was a 5 min walk to town with a couple of little dairys close by. Overall it is a basic resort with a great pool area.

Very budget accommodation, apartments are comfortable enough but rooms are very average. Some staff were helpful, others not so much. No body was that keen on getting drinks for you and when you did order, they took for ever to come. Breakfast was a nice touch but always a bit cold and bland. Main meal looked delicious and 70% of it was, pepper sauce on my steak was the best I've ever had, but the steak was awful. If you're after cheap accommodation with no frills, this is your place. Did have a nice pool.

Nice to stay, but we have a problem with the shower. The curtain was too small, so when you take a shower, it is not very convenaient, because there is too much water on the floor. There is also air conditionning. But I enjoying my stay here. People are nice and welcoming. There is good music, a nice pool. The buffet breakfast is really good, and so does the dinner. I stayed there with a friend for one week. This hotel has a great position too. Not too far from the town. You just can walk for 10 minutes.

Hotel itself could be little bit more looked after in terms of renovation, but don’t forget that it is still budget hotel and for Its proce it is really nice place. Room was clean and looked after everyday, marble tiles in bathroom, flat TV, Air Con, comfortable bed. Food in Restaurant was very tasty, anything we ordered in our 7 days stay was Delicious. Waiting time for food Long, but that’s because everything was freshly made. Staff was Ok. Helpful but most of them looked Kind of sad? I couldn’t rate them 5, because it’s not luxurious hotel, but location is great, walking Distance almost everywhere in Port Vila, price per night really Good, so I wouldn’t be fair If I would give them 3. I don’t regret we stayed there. It is worth Its price.
