Coconut Point

Beautiful shopping center. Right off 41 (Tamiami Trl), just south of Fort Myers and north of Bonita Springs, so it's a great location. Really had a beautiful open layout, tons of stores, dining options all around and a picturesque water feature where you can just sit and enjoy the scenery.

Disappointing. Many stores seem to be out of business. The one family attraction the movie theater is closed permanently. This mall was designed for driving and not for the pedestrian. No such luck looking for window shopping since you have to drive to each store not giving a chance to the lesser known stores. Difficult to impulse buy here. Poor land use here, more pavement and construction occupying which would have been green lush natural landscape. Not a good place to walk in the typical sweltering 98 deg zero breeze day or night. Consult a real architect or urban designer next time. Don't getting me started on the architecture. Cookie cutter. 🤢

Nice stores but always, always dog poo on sidewalks tracked through and it is so gross to that it gets tracked into all the stores where people are shopping for clothes. Wish they would have a better pet policy. I have a dog, but I leave him at home when I’m going shopping in clothing stores.

This is an open mall with many stores. The area is beautifully designed and decorated, excellent for just walking around.

I loved this place so much we ended up moving in to the condos above the stores. I deff recommend coconut point. Great shops and restaurants. Also, a GREAT place to live !

It's some wall area that has unlimited stores of everything. It's great place to go if you need something. Where you're hungry or you just want to walk around

Love the variety of stores. Tommy Bahamas outdoor bar is a great find too! Parking is ample and it's a nice stroll on a Florida sunny day.

Good choice of restaurants, nice shops, clean area, safe location. Great DILLARD's anchor, Target, Nail salons, Easy access to all stores plenty of parking. Nice way to spend day shopping and have lunch or dinner.

First time going into this store and Jonathan was very welcoming and knowledgeable. This is a great location and highly recommend this store

First time back since 2007-2008.. I missed this place a lot!! I used to come here to shop when I lived in Fort Myers. It gets humid, so I try to come in the mornings. One of my favorite shopping centers in the area. We drive from naples to shop here. Great selection of stores, walkable. Good restaurants. Great activities. Always clean and safe. The target is great there. Huge shopping center. It is a bit hot in the summer though and not much shade or cover from rain, but that is an outdoor shopping center.

MUST SEE!! I am not usually a fan of outdoor malls but this place was absolutely stunning! So many shops to see and beautiful arches to walk through. Even if you don't plan to buy anything, it was a nice place to just walk around. They have a stores that are perfect for your every need from ross to super target to tesla they have it all here!

So when in town we like to frequent this shopping mall. Typically we never experienced any issues here and we enjoy the shopping experience but now the stores are open so late with such limited hours. Definitely not a good shopping experience makes you just leave 11 am opening and 12pm opening is way to late for stores to open.

Coconut Point at Christmas time in the evening is so beautiful. They have really stepped up their game this year. Lots of food options and a few nice places to have a drink. Now is the perfect time to stop by after dark.

I ordered online from Loft about 13 online items having recently lost my clothes in Hurricane Ian. The items were on sale, but I expected the same quality I would see in the store. what I received was way too big for small and medium sizes. I really thought it was clothes from some tricky online business. even the smalls were huge. I talked to the manager of the Estero store in person and she blamed it on "flowing" styles, which is ridiculous. No effort was made to allow me credit for $140 worth of clothes! Fun outdoor mall with lots of shops . I consider this mall family friendly . Great place to shop , have a bite , or even a cocktail .

So many stores! Every kind of store! It was right in back of the hotel (Hyatt Place) we were staying at so how convenient for some exercise! I love outdoor shopping malls! The layout was good. A zillion cool looking restaurants to suit anyone's taste. The vibe was there, X-mas shopping was in full swing. Tons of parking. My fave part was the police dept on horseback either patrolling, doing some community policing or both. The horses looked happy in their Santa hats and decorative leg cuffs! A sight to see and all the kids were so happy to see these lovely animals in the parking lot!

I want to so much love this mall. I've been here 3 times now, even on a weekend, and it's just a ghost town. So many businesses are closed or just not interesting enough to brave the heat and check the stores out. Maybe in the fall/winter months will be a better time? But it's such a nice walk around. The buildings are beautiful. They have apartments in the back and above the stores. Which just gives you a feel of a little town. I absolutely love it for the walk. But nothing is drawing me down to be here except just for fresh air and maybe Duck Donuts for a special treat.

Coconut point security was great when my battery was dead. Lee came quickly. Realized his cables were too short. I waited until car next to me moved and then he came right back to jump me. Great service

First time at this mall in Estero, Florida. Very nice outdoor mall, live the colors and the ambiance. Lots of restaurants to eat at, a movie theater, stores, including a Barnes & Noble and a super target. Plenty of parking you just have to look around. Saw a lot of young people so I think there might be a college or university nearby.

One of the best malls by far. Tons of options for everyone in the family! I love how they have speciality stores and different types of boutiques. This mall is great. But I have realized it is best to visit this mall during season time. Not during the off season. During season there are so many things to do like events places to eat and take pictures. But during the off season it is super dead. There aren't many events or things to do because there aren't many people around. I highly suggest this mall to anyone! It is a good hub for all christmas shopping!

Coastland Center is huge. Enormous. Gigantic. I mean, guys, it's big. It's this sprawling area of shops and some restaurants. Never being here before I had no idea what to expect. I was a little overwhelmed at first to be honest. Where to begin? The bad thing about the size of this place is that certain things are so spread out like the Target to the mall, that on a hot Florida day, you might not want to walk from place to place. This is not an indoor mall so your behind is gonna sweat. The mall portion has standard staples like Tommy Bahama, Bath & Body, American Eagle and more. They've got a movie theater sort of in the center of it all too. Park is pretty ample because this place is huge and needs a ton of parking. Nothing here isn't really at any other mall in America so other than being in the area there isn't anything that would draw me here. It's a typical outdoor shopping area and there isn't anything wrong with that!

This is a very nice outdoor mall. However, I went into Talbots to look at their Women's size clothing which they carry on their website as well as in every Talbots I have been in. The lady asked me if she could help me & I asked her where the Women's sizes were located. She said "Oh, we don't carry those sizes, nobody here in this mall carries them. I had just come from Dillards in the mall & they had them. If you are a larger women who needs clothes you are very limited around this area. Is that some sort of discrimination? Don't even try to find a swimsuit. Ha! Also, trying to find a parking space took forever.

This is a great shopping center with a fabulous selection of stores. Every time I've come here, I've been happy with the service I've received and selection of merchandise that I've found. During the winter months, it can get really (emphasizing that adverb) crowded here. Enter at the traffic light at Coconut Road if you're approaching from the south for easy access. This will bring you in on the Dillard's side of the mall and then you can circle around within the parking lot for your desired parking spot. During the summer months, parking really isn't that much of an issue, but showing up early on a weekday sure makes your life a whole lot easier. Great selection of many stores that you don't necessarily find in your traditional enclosed mall, along with the ones that you regularly see there. A huge Barnes & Noble and many restaurants/cafes for you to frequent to satisfy your thirst or your appetite. Beautifully maintained and designed, for an outdoor mall, this is truly lovely. Somehow, every time I come to this area, I always end up here at some point. Perhaps it's because I really like this place? That must be it. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because it is so huge that I've actually gotten lost here (both on foot and in my car). Woah, now that's frustrating for any shopper.

This place is nice, outdoor mall with a variety of stores. WIFI access all way as you walk, good places to eat for a mall. very quiet and clean. there is also a movie theater :)

This is a great lifestyle mall! Tons of great shops, ample parking, and dining options. Be sure to come with a game plan, there is even a handy dandy store map online to make your shopping easier. The layout makes it great for those one store in and out trips, or wondering around and having dinner and catching a movie!

Beautiful, everything you want if you had $, elegant, classy. Only one thing, it's an outside mall so right now it needs air conditioning. Theres an Apple store so you know you are at the right place Theatre, restaurants on the outskirts, retail on the main strip. Perfect Christmas stroll, weather cooler then too!

This is a great place to shop with plenty of parking. This is by far my favorite mall in the Naples, Ft Myers, Estero area! Get ready to do a lot of walking!

5 stars! Shop till you drop at this beautiful outdoor shopping mall! Although you can drive from section to section, the shopping center is massive (featuring over 140 stores), so you still might want to think about leaving the heels at home and wearing your walking shoes as you pound the shopping pavement. They also have a parking lot shuttle available as well, which is helpful if you want to just park once and shop. You just need to check the shuttle hours as they are available at limited times. You have every store you could possibly want or need here! From your big retailers, such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, Dillards, Barnes & Nobles, and TJ Maax, to your specialty retail stores of American Eagle, Banana Republic, Victoria's Secret, and Sephora just to name a few. There are also a ton of restaurants to choose from as well as a large movie theater! The restaurants range from quick eats, to casual grills/pubs, to the slightly more formal sit down locales. My move is usually Panera for a fast, fresh, inexpensive, and satisfying bite, since I'm usually on a full shopping mission when I am there. The shopping setting is quite pretty as you have beautiful lakes with fountains, benches and other sidewalk seating, and great landscaping spanning the mall area. Everything is incredibly clean and bright, from the stores to the streets, making for a truly comfortable shopping experience. It is all outdoors though, so make sure to bring an umbrella on those questionable days. There is a ton of parking available throughout! The one area you might have some trouble finding a spot is in the smaller specialty retail store section of the mall. It can also be a bit congested with traffic in that particular area due to larger pedestrian sidewalks in that section of the mall. It is an absolutely wonderful shopping experience and totally worth the drive from Fort Myers! Happy Shopping!

Coconut Point Mall is beautiful & well maintained. But lately the area around the Brazilian Steak Restaurant, Tony Sacco Pizza & the now closed Bokampers has been looking unkempt. Trash overflows the barrels and the area could use a power washing. The wooden boardwalk area also needs to be power washed- plenty of bird droppings.

When they first started developing this outdoor mall, I thought there was no way this mall could be viable. At the time, even though the local neighborhoods were growing, many independent stores over expanded and have been forced to pare back or close entirely. Not this place! Coconut Point continues to flourish! While it's an outdoor mall, it has several sections. One part is easy and enjoyable to walk. With happy music pumping through the walkways, you'll enjoy strolling this section. The movie theater is in this section as well. The second section is a gathering of restaurants and some stand alone retailers. The third is like a strip mall with the bigger retailers there -- including Target and Best Buy. Trust me. If you can't find it here, then you don't need it.

I was in town visiting my parents & my mother's MacBook Pro messed up, therefore I looked up the closest Apple Store from Cape Coral & found it was located here in the Coconut Point mall. I rushed to the appointment because I had misjudged the traffic. Thank god for Google Maps because it would've taken me all day to find the Apple Store otherwise in this large, outdoor mall. Don't get me wrong, I really like the look & design of the Coconut Point outdoor mall. You're in Florida, why not have an outdoor mall where you can enjoy the temperature & the sun while shopping. The center is designed to look very Italian, like a regal, Italian resort city. The mall is constructed in a way which you've got large parking lots to supply parking to the mall, along with street parking in between the stores. The fluid design of the mall can make it a little tricky to navigate around. The smaller stores are clustered together, with some streets running through them. The larger anchor stores are located in more of an old fashioned strip mall with regular parking lots located in front of them. I like the outside mall concept, but the streets running along the stores makes it a little hard to walk around when crossing the streets as there is a lot of traffic.

Nice place to shop with clean sidewalks and great options for shopping. Places to eat vary with variety of choices.

My family has been telling me about this place for years . It is one of their first stops when they get to fort Myers We are snowbirds and my brothers and sister spend a lot of time there I finally went with my brother and now I see why this is a favors stop It is a beautiful and varied place to shop. Lots of stores He knew just where he wanted to go so off to the adidas store we went. They had a nice selection and I left with new running shoes. ( not any help form any sales staff none to be found)

Great place to spend the day shopping around. Plenty of choices to dine especially Tony Sacco's Coal Oven Pizza.... Also very very pretty place to just walk around and enjoy the day..

Coconut Point is a very nice outdoor mall. They have a nice selection of well-known stores, as well as some cute local businesses with interesting finds. The parking lot is well lit and I always feel safe coming here.

Love the shopping mall nearby our winter condo and delicious food and yummy at the restaurants and outside !!

One of my favorite moments in the box they have great boutiques to shop at they have great places to have lunch or dinner and heck they even have one of the largest targets I have ever seen and they have an Olive Garden

Coconut Point is one of the best malls in the area. It's outside shipping is great when the weather is cooperating, otherwise make sure to bring an umbrella. The mall is so large, you can't walk from one side to another easily, so make sure to strategically plan where you'll be shopping. They do have a cute little trolley to take you around the mall, that's a bonus. I wish they had a better variety of restaurants at Coconut Point, but the shopping is great! Stop by and spend the day-- you won't regret it!

My absolute favorite outdoor mall. There are so many variety of stores and restaurants. There is plenty of parking but close parking comes with luck if you come around dinner time. Never had a bad experience here. So big, so many places to see and discover. Even a little shaded area for kids to play in! Love it!

Holy guacamole. This is my kind of place. While staying in Fort Myers, this was one of the highlights of my trip. In the Fort Lauderdale area (where I live), there is mall upon mall upon mall. Outdoor malls, high-end malls, outlet malls, malls shaped like alligators, etc. etc, yet, Coconut Point Mall still managed to impress. The Coconut Point Mall is an outdoor mall, and a place to do "real" shopping. The kind where you go from store to store and can get just about everything and anything you want, the everyday kind of stuff. The Miromar Outlets, which are located pretty close, seems like a mall made more for a splurge, like getting a new Micheal Kors' bag. But this mall has small boutiques, discount stores like TJ Max, department stores, Target, shoe stores, specialty shops, movie theater and some great restaurants. Not to mention Yogurt Mountain which has to be the best froyo I've ever had! I've outgrown the froyo trend months ago, but this stuff was awesome (open up on on the east coast of FL!!!!) One of the great added perks is the free shuttle service! This place is huge, and being that it is outdoor and in the FL sunshine, not having to walk from one end to the other is great. This mall is dog friendly, beautiful and huge.

Ahh Coconut Point, so pretty. Reminds me of The falls, except so much bigger and better This place is like a little city! Most of the shops are set up in a "street" that has pipped in music and doggie fountains. Yes i said doggie fountains! I have always said if i were to create my own city or town it would have pipped in music, and doggie fountains... this place was my little Kaleenaville in the making. Continuing on the tour of Kaleenaville there is a little train for the kids, a movie theater, a target, an old navy, a best by, a fossil, a dillards, an ann taylor, and the list goes on and on. There is so many places here, if you cant find one place to walk into that even slightly interest you, you have to be a rock and unable move because there is something for everyone. Oh which brings me to food, they have a whole food island here. A hemmingways, a hurricane, a stone fired pizza place, a california pizza kitchen, a grape, a starbucks, and a marble slab but that's just the tip of the food iceberg there are tons more places to fit everyones tastes. They even have a world market... so stock up on your pocky here! The whole place is just great! I can spend a whole day here and not even notice. Get all the shopping i need done, and want done and if i want i can take the dog too! Sad part is i only get to visit this mall on mini vacations up north. Bye Kaleenaville, until next time.

I love this shopping center because of what is all around it. Throughout the main area there are stores like Bath and Bodyworks, Barnes & Noble, Apple, a huge movie theater, and Charming Charlie. Around the corner are places like, Ross, SuperTarget, TJMax, Petsmart, tons of restaurant choices, and you also have a small hospital nearby in case you need emergency care after all of the shopping. Overall this is a fabulous shopping area and has almost everything you're looking for with large stores.

A beautiful mall with a wide selection of retail and dining options. I really enjoy going to the TJ Maxx and Ross here as I always find great stuff! Other than that you have stores from Apple, Best Buy, Target, and many more. I would say this is a little more of an upscale mall with tons of great options for more pricey stores. I also enjoy coming here to grab a bite to eat with friends. You have all sorts of dining from Mo's, Stir Crazy, Olive Garden, Tijuana Flats, Five Guys, and many more. Whatever you're feeling you'll probably find something that'll cure your hunger. They also have a pretty nice movie theater with plenty of movies playing every night. Always great to grab something to eat and hit up the movies afterwards. This is a super nice mall with tons of options, stop in and you won't be disappointed!

This mall is so nice and has everything in the world. not only do they have the typical mall stores, but they also have stores that are usually in smaller shopping plazas like Target, Pier 1, Ross, TJ Maxx, Petsmart, etc. If I lived close by, this would definitely be my one stop shop. It's so pretty here, there are tons of palm trees, and this mall is so pet friendly. this is a great place to go to when it's not super hot out. That's why March at this mall was perfect. I really do love outside malls with restaurants where they have sidewalk seating. Love it here.

Enjoyed daily walks around this outdoor mall. Nice selection of stores and good to have a supertarget for grocery and sundries. Wide selection of restaurants and food places. Also a farmers market on thursday to make things a little interesting.

Humongous, most beautiful outdoor mall I've ever seen with every store imaginable; a veritable one stop shop-eat-movie-buy groceries experience. It was raining so I stopped a gentleman in a golf cart for directions to the Apple store *darn Siri* and he was the complimentary shuttle driver! Since I already had parked, he shuttled me to the store, dry and quickly. This is how to do it!!

Went to Coconut Point when vacationing in Captiva. Loved it!!! But I prefer outside mall areas. Enjoyed the smaller venues like Lilly Pulitzer and the staff at Tommy Bahama were very helpful and fun people!!! Very happy to see a Fresh Produce Store....something not found in the St. Louis area. Dined at Blue Water Bistro and had the best Mango Margarita!!! Great food also!!! I did not find parking/walking to be a problem as some other reviews mentioned. I will definitely come back when returning to the Ft.Myers area.

This mall is swanky. It has target Dillard's a lot of high end stores. It also had the best TJ Maxx in the area. Entirely outside. It's spread out. There's a farmers market one day a week. Good restaurants. Even condos at the mall. You could live at the mall! Too much temptation!

What a GORGEOUS place to shop! All the stores are new, large and also friendly. We managed to get there for 10:15 am and it was pretty easy to get a parking space which was fought over when we were leaving. Thankfully we also had a map with us so we knew the areas where we wanted to go and easily found the bathrooms. Can't wait to go back on my next visit!
