Coconut Row was beautiful. All the grounds and rooms were very well maintained. The owner was there every day making sure guests were taken care of. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not a lot to do in Hopkins, but our stay was perfect besides the rain on off!

My children (ages 16, 15, 13, and 12) and I just spent an unforgettable five days here. This small, personalized resort is literally *on* the beach with unbeatable views. The staff is incredibly friendly and call you by name. ||We ate most of our meals at the resort and they were all so good. The coconut colada was my favorite beverage! ||There are so many activities offered if you want to stay busy. We highly recommend the fishing/snorkeling trip leaving right from the beach (Terry and Tyler were awesome!!). We even ate the fish we caught for dinner, which my kids thought was so cool (and, again, incredibly tasty). ||The trip to the ATM cave blew our minds. It’s a very active, all-day trip, and requires a lot of hiking, climbing, and swimming. It’s definitely one of the coolest things I’ve ever experienced. ||The staff did a phenomenal job coordinating all our activities and getting us where we needed to be. ||We spent one day just enjoying the resort, the complimentary kayaks, and the pool. So enjoyable and relaxing. ||Many thanks to the owner Damien for ensuring that Coconut Row is even *better* than advertised. What a special place!!

Loved the hotel. We stayed in the Areca room which was perfect for us. Nice veranda with a hammock on it so we were sheltered from the very brief rain showers. Great views of the sunrises. All the staff were very friendly and right there to help with anything we needed. Food was great. We were there in the off season so went out to the nearby restaurants for dinner. We were looking for a quiet relaxing location and this fit the bill; but if you wanted more action there were lots of opportunities within walking distance. I would recommend to friends, family and anyone else to stay here.

If you are looking for a centralized authentic feel of Belize, this is your place. Everything is within walking distance, Hopkins if very safe to walk even at night. Coconut row had the most attentive, nice staff. Thank you for a comfortable vacation. The tours were set up and Ricky was amazing! It was organized and we will be returning.

We stayed for our 25th anniversary. The staff is amazing and attentive. They made sure we were took care of and felt like family. Excursions were amazing. Breakfast provided was tasty. They came to wherever we were relxing to give us details of daily plans. All drivers that took care of us for the week were very knowledable of the country and gave us lots of information. We felt loved and safe the entire week.

Loved our stay at coconut Row . We stayed in Foxtail cabin . Well built with quality materials. It was lovely. Decor was tasteful, beds were comfortable, AC worked great , hot and Cold shower. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The resort pays close attention to details. From drinking water in room to cleaning and responding when you have questions or concerns and laundry service on site . Food was good but we did eat in the village it was all good . The owner is fully active in the property daily operations. |We will return .

Two girlfriends and I recently returned from a week stay at Coconut Row, a charming hotel on the beach in the center of the town in the quiet fishing village of Hopkins, Belize. It was the perfect vacation from start to finish, from our pickup at Belize Airport by Ricky our knowledgeable driver, to our departure, all facilitated by to the front desk staff, Dey and Erika were welcoming and helpful. |Our room was the Sunrise Suite on the beach with an amazing view of the ocean. We were able to catch great sunsets and sunrises. Two bedrooms, a kitchenette and balcony overlooking the ocean, perfect for the morning coffee or evening drink, and lounge chairs on the beach right in front of our suite. There was also a beautiful pool to sit around. |We decided to book the all inclusive package which included breakfast and lunch and three tours. The food was absolutely delicious with a varied menu. The wait staff were attentive and very nice. We can’t say enough about all the hardworking staff, from the young man who raked and cleaned the beach everyday, and the other ground staff, the housekeeping staff who left our suite immaculate everyday, the restaurant staff and the evening security guard, Steven who checked on us each night. |The resort was spotless, the service was excellent and we loved being on the beach. The ocean water was so fun, warm, easy to swim, kayak and paddle board in. The whole ambiance was relaxed, friendly and low key. |We also went on several excursions. For the Mayan ruins, we had our driver Ricky as our guide, who was very knowledgeable, fun and a great sense of humor. |We also did the snorkeling tour and our guide Jamar was so helpful, diving deep to point out fish and coral. And Dude’s driving skills over the swells were amazing! The river and jungle tour with Terry was interesting and we enjoyed listening to the history of the area. |We were there in the off season so the town was quiet and we walked to restaurants and enjoyed the Garifuna culture, particularly the drumming. |We also met Damien, the owner, who checked in on us and wanted to make sure everything was to our liking. He was very welcoming. |It was exactly what we were looking for, a low-key resort with great staff, wonderful food, walking distance to other places, interesting excursions and very relaxing. We would highly recommended it.

My sister and I stayed at Coconut Row in Hopkins, Belize from October 12–16, and it was truly incredible. We originally booked the Sunrise Suite so we could each have our own bedroom and be right on the beach. The resort was easy for our driver to find, and as soon as we arrived, the staff greeted us with big smiles and took our bags. We immediately felt welcome.||To our surprise, we were upgraded to their best accommodation—the Bismark Suite! Because it was low season and they were doing small repairs to the Sunrise Suite, they wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us. The upgrade was stunning and felt so luxurious—though it did only have one bedroom, so my sister slept on the pull-out couch. She didn’t mind at all because everything else was so beautiful.||The Bismark Suite is on the second floor with a completely unobstructed view of the beach. The large covered porch with lots of seating and a hammock quickly became my favorite spot. Inside, the air conditioning worked perfectly, everything was spotless, and the décor made us feel like celebrities.||During our stay, we explored town easily on foot and visited several restaurants. Every person we met was incredibly friendly—we didn’t have a single negative experience, either in town or at the resort. The staff knew us by name, checked on us often, and made us feel genuinely cared for. We ate many meals at the on-site restaurant and loved the food. The pool was refreshing, the property and buildings were sparkling clean, and everything looked freshly painted—one of the perks of visiting in low season.||We also enjoyed using the stand-up paddleboards and even booked a half-day snorkeling tour through the hotel. The boat is kept right on the property, so we left straight from the beach in front of our suite. Even though the water was a bit cloudy due to rainy season, it was still a fun and memorable experience.||Coconut Row exceeded every expectation. The combination of quiet beachfront relaxation, modern comforts, genuine hospitality, and Garifuna cultural charm makes it a place I would recommend to everyone. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this resort and their amazing staff. I’m already dreaming of going back!
