Coconut Row Boutique Hotel & Resort

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Coconut Row in Hopkins. After first staying in San Ignacio for 3 nights, we were blown away by the beautiful setting at Coconut Row, right on the beach with a lovely pool and bar/restaurant on site, plus centrally located to grocery stores and other fantastic restaurants recommended by the resort. Travelling with my husband and 16 year old son, the Traveller's Roost proved the perfect spot for us, with enough space to spread out, a lovely deck with resort and ocean view, and very strong wi-fi. The entire resort team were so welcoming, and the resort well maintained and comfortable, making us feel right at home. We will certainly visit Belize again, but this time will go directly to Hopkins and Coconut Row and plan to make day trips from there.

We had a magnificent stay at Coconut Row. The staff are very friendly. Deyri made sure our every need was met. We booked a snorkel trip and a catch and cook fishing trip through them as well and had a great time on both tours. I would recommend booking your adventures through them. The cabin on the beach was amazing. Everything was wonderful.

Coconut Row is in a beautiful location right on the beach. It is beautifully landscaped and it’s so lovely to just sit in the small restaurant and look out at the pool and the sea. The staff was extra extraordinary! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and always answered all of our questions. It was great to be in a village that is not overrun by tourists. And the food was outstanding as well.

Back at Coconut Row for the third time and it truly feels like coming home. Every visit is filled with love, warmth, and welcome that make you feel like family. The staff always go above and beyond, and the peaceful vibes are unmatched. If you’re looking for a place to relax, connect, and be embraced like one of their own, I highly recommend Coconut Row. It’s more than just a stay, it’s an experience you’ll want to come back to again and again.

This place is awesome.||Location- excellent. Walking distance to everything in Hopkins. |Service- incredible. The Coconut row team cannot help enough. We had the chance to meet the owner, excellent guy. The entire team from security, groundskeepers, front desk, housekeeping, all incredible.|Rooms- fantastic. I recommend getting a cabin. Great beds, hot shower, very clean.|Food- excellent and reasonable price.|Pool- excellent and clean|View- fantastic view. ||Rent a golf cart and explore.

The stay at Coconut Row was the best we've ever had in years of traveling in the Caribbean. The cottage was perfect. It was clean and all we needed for the evenings. And the porch was ideal for watching the sunrises and sunsets. The beach is spectacular and only steps from the cottage. We dined at the restaurant for all of our breakfasts and lunches, and the food was truly excellent. Every staff member we encountered treated us warmly and accommodated every need. And there's not a lot to ask for with the beautiful beach and ocean!|Hopkins Village is a charming area and the local restaurants (and ice cream) were terrific.|Damian, the owner, was genuinely interested in how our stay was going but was never intrusive. Our only regret was that our trip ended!

In late April 2025, we were guests at Buttonwood Belize, which is owned by Coconut Row, and is just a couple short blocks down the road. We absolutely loved both properties. (Buttonwood guests also have use of the facilities at Coconut Row). These two places are gems in Hopkins. Our Southwater room at the Buttonwood was fantastic. I don't think I've stayed in a nicer room. Our view was spectacular and we enjoyed the nightly drumming from the restaurant next door to the Buttonwood. Everything from the deck hammocks, the beach, the third floor sun patio, and the free on-site bicycles made our stay perfect. We dined at the Coconut Row restaurant a number of times and the food and service was impeccable. The staff is simply amazing. Everyone there was so friendly and smiling. The pool and the beaches were super relaxing and their drink menu is exactly what you'd want when chilling in the pool chairs. Highly recommend this property! You can tell they take pride in their hardwork and appearance. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one! We miss it already!

This is a very well run establishment. Every person working here is kind and considerate. Great job checking you in, showing you the room and explaining the amenities. The owner is overseeing everything and does not miss a beat. The restaurant served great food and the pool area is well appointed, but the star of the show is the great location, the best section of wide beach and coconut palm trees. Take one of the water toys out in the morning while the water is flat or a snorkel boat from the dock right out front. It’s right in the middle of everything.
