Coconuts on the Beach

This is my second visit to this beachfront restaurant. From the delicious food to the attentive service and ocean view, everything makes for a wonderful experience. This time, we ordered coconut shrimp, which comes with a coconut curry sauce that is a true delight (I wish they would sell it to go). The smoked fish dip is very yummy servr with crackers, shallots, celery, carrots .The fish and chips melted in your mouth is therve with their house made keylime slaw . The waiter is the best of the best. Very helpful, polite, and he checks on us frequently to make sure everything is alright or if you need anything else. The best waiter I've ever had.

We have been coming here for years and it doesn’t get any better than this. The best view, right on Cocoa Beach, but there’s more… the friendly Staff, they interact, and execute, the Vibes, and the fresh Food, never disappoints. Special mention to our outside bar staff, Susan, Casey and Cait, all are amazing! PS our little girl “Hope” loves this place, it’s her favorite, the food is her favorite too, she loves the burger, and they grill her a plain chicken breast all the time!

We had 5 hours before our flight out of Orlando so we drove to the beach (1 hr from airport) to have lunch. There was no wait on this Ftiday afternoon. We were seated at a high top table with an excellent view of the beach. Great for watching the waves come in. Our server was prompt. The drinks were delicious. I opted for the Salmon salad (perfectly cooked medium) & my husband had the special of the day, a Mahi wrap with sweet potato fries. Both meals were delicious. The atmosphere was lively but relaxing at the same time. How could it not with beach side dining. ☺️

A lot of fun. Love being right next to the ocean and being able to eat delicious food. Service was great and fast and they close early like 10pm. Went on a Thursday but very fun experience. Food was Devine. I’m gluten free and loved it. Obsessed with mahi.

Was seated immediately, waitress was attentive and friendly. Food was yummy and served fast and fresh. Dessert was fun and tasty. One man band was oddly entertaining. Will be back to try other food selections.

We came here to eat before the shark dropped for new years. The wait was over 30 minutes which wasn't too bad for new years eve. We were sat outside unfortunately with only one heater working and it was in the 40's that night. We were freezing our butts off badly and we had kids with us too and didn't realize we would be stuck outside. That was the worst part of the night. The food and service was good though. Our food didn't take too long to get which was awesome. The bang shrimp was so delicious. Our waitress was awesome and so attentive. If it wasn't for the whole time freezing part it would've been a perfect experience. They need to fix the broken heater if they are going to sit people outside.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Coconuts on the Beach is the perfect Florida spot! The views are absolutely amazing — right on the ocean with that cool, laid-back beach vibe. You can sit back, enjoy the sound of the waves, and take in the gorgeous scenery while sipping on some really great drinks. The food was outstanding! I had the Mahi Reuben with sweet potato fries, and it was hands-down one of the best meals I’ve had on the beach. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The portions were generous too, which is always a plus. The drinks were fantastic — super refreshing and made just right. Whether you’re in the mood for a frozen cocktail or an ice-cold beer, they’ve got you covered. The staff was friendly, upbeat, and made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is exactly what you hope for when you’re at a beachside restaurant — lively, fun, and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you can hang out for hours, enjoy the music, food, and ocean views, and just unwind. Definitely will be back next time we’re in the area. Fantastic atmosphere, right on the beach. Our bartender Scott was fantastic both nights we stopped in. Great happy hour prices on tap beer and other drinks. The clam and corn chowder is phenomenal as are the coconut shrimp.

Overall my experience was great. They had a live band which made it hard to hear . The music was good. atmosphere was really nice on beach and plenty of seating. Tip: parking is limited. You can find parking on street and walk . Bacon wrap scallops 5/5 Chicken wings 5/5 Conch Fritters 3/5 Service was great.

Okay. I really debated giving this a 1 or 2-star rating. But deep down inside I didn't want to let two low lights damage the reputation of this solid restaurant. But the end of my experience was less than stellar. Let's start things off with the positives. My server, the dude from Vegas was legit. He made great recommendations and his server was awesome. He went above and beyond. The food was really good too. The tuna was great and the mahi mahi was spectacular. Now the negative experience that really were annoying.... We had just paid our bill and I was packing up all of my daughters things in her bag while she stood next to me. As I'm packing, and clearly doing a ton on daddy duty, another server comes up to me and lets me know my daughter can't be in the walkway. Well, no duh.. can't you see my hands are full. How about next time you say something like, "sir do you need any help" Then as I was leaving I asked the bartender for a glass of water. At her convenience. She didn't acknowledge me at all. Just handed me the water without saying everything. Then I was like thanks so much. Didn't even respond. Weird and definitely unpleasant. Two sour grapes didn't spoil the lot. So still 4 stars from me.

Stopped by today for appetizers and drinks, and they didn't disappoint. Service was great! Lisa was helpful, and with a great attitude for our party of 10! The vibe was good. Perfect place to have drinks, grab a bite and enjoy the beach. Didn't get to try any entrees, but I'll definitely be back.

Touristy restaurant right on the beach with both indoor and outdoor seating. Loud. Standard pub fare - burgers, sandwiches. They do have some nice fish offerings. Good vibe if you are into a raucous environment with beachside seating!

I fear that the corn and crawfish chowder is an immediate go to - forget the rest of the menu tbh this was the best dish out of the 4 I tried. It was warm with lots of toppings. $8 for this delicious bowl was so worth it. It could use some crackers though. The fried conch fritters (6) were okay, a lot of filling with a bit of conch which tasted kinda of like a harder scallop. The coconut crusted shrimp (6)was the second best with a very sweet sauce. The fish dip was okay, not a strong seafood flavor with a bunch of sides like butterfly crackers, jalapeños, and celery. I wouldn't get this or the conch fritters again tbh. Bar service was attentive even for how full and windy it was. It's a touristy bar/restaurant located right on coconut beach with a direct access to the beach.

Coconuts on the Beach is the perfect place to dine after a day on the water, hence the name. There are plenty of places to sit inside and outside. For a starter, we had the chips with salsa and guac. Everything was great. I ordered the jerked mahi sandwich with vegetables for my side and enjoyed every bit of it. My husband had the coconut shrimp with rice and beans. His meal was mediocre, with the rice being sticky and flavorless. Our server was great and the food came out fast. I would return!

A very busy restaurant serving very good food along with great service. We stated with the tuna nachos served over wontons. We chose the tri color chips instead of the wontons. They were a little bit.... We also enjoyed the shrimp and scallops wrapped in bacon. We shared the Mahi Reuben. Also very good. And the best French fries ever. Hot and fresh!!! Great beach side restaurant bar vibe. A family owned and operated business!! Let's talk about the service, Chaisson was great. He agreed with my choices for the apps and a shared sandwich. Big place great queuing system. A text for when one's table is ready. Great evening dining, music and beverages. A must try folks!! Enjoy the photos below.

Coconuts on the Beach: Where the breeze is fresh, the food is fresher, and your server might just become part of the family. I don't say this lightly... but I have never--NEVER--had better service in my life. Our server was so friendly, so hilarious, and so committed to our table, I'm 80% sure he was auditioning to be adopted. Our kids were cracking up the whole time. He might be in our Christmas card photo this year. We sat outside because duh, it's called Coconuts on the Beach. The view? Gorgeous. The breeze? Like Mother Nature herself was fanning us. The vibe? Perfection. Now. The food. Ohhhh the food. We kicked things off with the chef's appetizer special: steamed mussels in what I can only describe as the sauce of dreams. Garlicky, buttery, a little kick, and absolutely not rationed. There was enough sauce to baptize a baguette--if only we'd had one. Honestly, I almost asked for a straw. My husband got the chef's red snapper special with jalapeño aioli and avocado sauce, and let me tell you--I watched this man eat fish skin. And not just "eat" it. Relish it. The skin was that crispy and beautiful. We might be new people now. Our daughter, on her ongoing mission to eat coconut shrimp at every seafood restaurant in Florida, declared this the top contender. The dipping sauce? Not from a jar, bottle, or interdimensional portal. Made fresh by someone who clearly knows the way to a crustacean-lover's heart. Our son got the kid's fried shrimp and was living his best life with giant, golden, perfectly crisp shrimp. He didn't speak for five minutes. That's how you know. And me? I got the poke nachos but made it a bowl over rice because I'm a genius. It was light, fresh, crunchy, savory--basically the beach in food form. We finished with the cream pie and I am still thinking about it. Silky. Smooth. Rich. Decadent. Like a velvet dream with a graham cracker crust. If love were a dessert, this would be it. I'm not saying I'd drive back just for the pie... but I'm not not saying that. To top it all off, I had the Floral Reef cocktail. A little hibiscus, a little sweet, and a whole lot of vacation vibes. If a mermaid had a signature drink, this would be it. Final verdict: I'd eat here every day if I could. Our server gets 5 stars, a standing ovation, and possibly a seat at Thanksgiving. Coconuts, you understood the assignment.

In October we visited this spot for dinner. The food was good and service was great. Unfortunately, the layout from those dining in with the bar area wasn't optimal and had people on top of us all evening.

Stopped for just a very quick snack. We ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer as well as the conch fritters. They both came with six pieces each. They were both very good. We ordered them with their bang bang sauce. They came with a coconut curry sauce that I disliked a lot but that was an easy fix.

The ambiance is awesome. Great vibe and service. I specifically loved that you could tell people liked working there. The food was great. We had fish and chips, jerked seasoned mahi mahi, fried coconut shrimp, bacon wrapped shrimp and scallops, and a pineapple crème brulee. With the ocean view this was the perfect spot to relax.

Fun place to grab a bite on a beach day. This place has open beachside seating and if you rent an umbrella and chairs from in front of their space, you have priority seating and van use their restroom while at the beach.loaded nachos are enough for like 5 people to share. All the mixed drinks we had were what you'd expect. I bit watered down and overpriced, but refreshing. We could tell that friday nights at sunset and later the place really ramps up. We left before the party really got started but it looks like a fun spot to come for the weekend nightlife. Alot of locals have their sections and friends but everyone seems really friendly and accommodating. Food was decent and portions were plenty big. Well definitely be back for our next trip to cocoa beach.

Great little beach, good food, drink and service. Location also can't be beat. Good vibes and the only thing negative is the parking struggles but that's unavoidable. We really enjoyed our tuna nachos and fish tacos. I'm also not a fan of coconut shrimp but these are definitely good. Overall, enjoyable in every way and even the long line went pretty quickly so go and enjoy.

Coconuts on the Beach is A-Ok. I had the fish tacos and it did seem like some of the items were probably frozen and just reheated. My husband had the salmon salad, which was also not bad. It is typical bar food. The real stars of this place are from the location right on Cocoa Beach, the drinks, and the fun laid-back party vibe. It's impossible not to relax and have a good time at Coconuts. I had a piña colada, which was so creamy and delicious. My husband had a few cold draft beers. We would visit again for some relaxing drinks at sunset.

Food, service and atmosphere was awesome will gladly go back when we are back in cocoa

This place was awesome. The pee and shrimp were incredibly fresh. The catch of the day Fish was cooked perfectly blackened. We only had one night and one place to choose in Cocoa beach and we chose well.

Second time here and the food was great! We had the spicy tuna sandwich and the blackened Mahi Reuben. They accommodated us with our two dogs which was super nice! Can't beat the location with amazing views of the beach!

While it appeared busy we sat down very quickly! The service was quick and attentive on that alone id go back. I had the Pain in the A** drink which was realllllyy good. I had the seafood scampi as a main dish. Pleasantly surprised the shrimp were a good size wish there were more scallops but it was still good. I like that the restaurant looks out to the beach as well super chill spot. Def try them out if youre in the area!

Very cute place! We stopped for lunch and we enjoyed the atmosphere. The hostess tried to suggest a table right by the stairs but we were willing to wait for another table that was empty with a better view. Our waitress was nice, drinks came relatively fast. I wasn't in love with my frozen drink, but we were running out of time and next time I would suggest not to add the whipped cream to the frozen drink because it was so hot and melted so fast ,resulting in a mess. Very picture worthy on the other hand! Her food was really good. I really enjoyed the coconut shrimp and I would definitely visit again.

I love this place! And the best part is that it's right on the beach . Whether you want to enjoy a quiet meal or soak up the sun overlooking the beach, this restaurant promises it! It has a beautiful indoor dining room with marine art on the walls and ceiling, as well as statues, with stunning blue colors throughout, which makes you feel like you're dining in an aquarium. The outdoor terrace has a beautiful ocean view, and nothing compares to that! The breeze and the sun on your skin feel amazing while you listen to the sound of the waves. The food is really good and at a good price, plus the servers are very knowledgeable about the menu and are friendly and personable. Amazing location, restaurant, beach view, customer service, and atmosphere...My kind of place.

Always heard of this place and finally had the pleasure of trying it! Such a fun beach ambiance, literally right on the beach, with live music, yummy cocktails, and quick eats. I had a refreshing pain in the ass, which you can never go wrong with a pina colada/rum runner! I paired everything with the delicious turkey avocado club. Our waiter was great and our drinks and food were out in a good amount of time. Definitely want to go back to the beach and make a pit stop here again to cool off with a nice cocktail!

After a long, invigorating stroll along the shoreline, we decided to stop by this lively tiki bar for some well-deserved refreshments. The atmosphere was buzzing with upbeat island vibes, and the sound of waves crashing nearby set the perfect backdrop for our little escape. As soon as we stepped in, we were greeted by Lisa, our fabulous server, who instantly made us feel at home. With a bright smile and a playful spirit, she suggested some delicious mixed drinks and local beers that would be just the thing to quench our thirst. The tiki bar itself was a feast for the senses. Vibrant colors adorned the walls, and the décor brought that quintessential beachy feel. We snagged a cozy spot at a table with a stunning view of the beach, the gentle ocean breeze ruffling our hair as we sipped our drinks and laughed about the day's adventures. As the sun began to dip below the horizon, painting the sky with brilliant oranges and pinks, we couldn't help but soak in the beauty all around us. Lisa made sure we never ran dry, deftly balancing between tables and cracking jokes that kept the atmosphere light and fun. We even ended up trying a couple of her favorite appetizers, the coconut shrimp was particularly out of this world! By the time we decided to leave, we felt fully relaxed and recharged, with our hearts full of laughter and our spirits uplifted. Coconut turned out to be more than just a pitstop; it became a highlight of our beach day, a place where good drinks, amazing service, and breathtaking views came together perfectly. We're already looking forward to our next visit! There is a parking lot near named Cocoa Beach Parking Garage that has bathrooms as well as showers to rinse off. You can pay by app and was not busy.

Ashley was great. We had the Mango Fish*! One blackened one grilled. Both were delicious. We had the vitamin C Rita x 2, slip and slide, and beach baywatch drink. The view of the beach is amazing and the weather was perfect!!!

The service was friendly and prompt. There was a beautiful view of the beach from inside and the inside was huge. The food was good!! The wings were huge and the tuna was super fresh l.

EVERYONE has recommended Coconuts On The Beach to us, so we had to go! We went on a Friday night and there was a live band, which I loved. Although, we got sat literally RIGHT next to the stage and couldn't even hear ourselves talking, so we had to ask to move our table (I'm glad we did). This place FILLS UP so be prepared to have a wait. It has a beautiful view of the beach which makes it all so worth it. I loved the coconut shrimp!

The food is fantastic and the service was wonderful! I had the Tuna Poke Nachos as an appetizer and the Mango Mahi for the entree with the fish grilled. For desert, l had the pineapple crème brûlée. All the food was to die for and I will come to visit Coco Beach JUST to eat here! Everyone else at the table loved their food and there were absolutely no complaints. Jenna, our server, was fantastic and did an incredible job at communicating, describing menu items and getting us everything we needed. The atmosphere is awesome and fun and the restaurant is clean! 10/10 would recommend every day of the week! PS: Don't forget to show the kitchen some love and buy them a round!

Two friends recommended this place. It's fun, festive, tasty, and in a beautiful setting--on the beach! We had a lovely meal and thoroughly enjoyed the live music and breathtaking sunset. Our cocktails were okay, so we opted for the Long Island ice tea for our second round and loved that. Others in our group had the salmon--delicious--and turkey avocado wrap--two thumbs up.

This spot was very middle of the road to me. I guess it's a touristy spot. It was very crowded on a Thursday night. There was a shuttle launch so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it and the restaurant was still a pretty cool Space at the beach to catch the launch. I had a piña colada at the bar and that was pretty tasty. Beyond that the entire time I only managed to try the bacon wrapped shrimp and scallops and the coconut shrimp, which was only good when you dipped it into the sauce. A couple of people in my party ordered the chowder and they said it was unnecessarily spicy. I'm not sure that I would return to this particular spot.

I would gave given 5 - but we had an issue at getting a table. Our waitress Lisa was awesome!! She was Brighton with ordering not pushy gave great options and was patient with really hot and hungry customers!!! Thank you Lisa. almost on beach!! Make sure you ask for it.....we did but she sat us under an umbrella in the sun less breezy, and definitely hot....we moved ourselves here right under the tent and in shade with front beach view....not sure WHY she didn't just sit.is here.l? Kinda irritating

It was a beautiful day to try Coconuts but it was too hot to sit outside so we sat in the nicely decorated cool dining room. Our server was very prompt and polite and gave us our menus. For drinks my husband got a Stella draft which was nice and cold while I ordered the Caribe Pineapple Cider. The cider was very light and refreshing. My boys ordered the Kid's Burger with fries and they thought it was kinda dry. The bread on the burger is pretty thick and soaked up and ketchup that was put on. My husband ordered the Chipotle Wrap with fish and it was delicious. The fish was well seasoned, fries crisp, and the wrap was a nice lighter lunch option. I ordered the Fiesta Chicken Stack over rice. It was so flavorful and filling, the red pepper sauce is what made that dish even more delicious. Overall Coconuts On The Beach is a great restaurant to eat right on the beach. The service was great, they had a good variety of menu options, and the food was scrumptious. The location is nice too with plenty of shops you can walk to and help walk off your delicious meal.

Went twice We live here! Yeah the view nice. Food nah! Asked for hot fries Sent back and I'm pretty sure they brought the same ones 2x. Hot Loud. Dirty Whatever!! Tourists !! It's Coconuts!!!

I was a bit disappointed with my last visit here. Coconuts on the beach is one of the Staples of restaurants that I go to when I visit Cocoa. It's nice to see that they updated the interior to make it a bit more family, friendly, and inviting . The service however, was lackluster. Our server wasn't intend at all, even though it seemed like he only had one other table if that and the restaurant was pretty slow. He didn't come by to ask us if we wanted to refill or even ask if food was OK . My guest got the shrimp tacos, and I got the shrimp pasta. The food was pretty good, but not worth the price. The portions are extremely carb heavy and didn't really have enough protein. It's sad to have to let this one go

Amazing views!!! I had a wonderful time here. I ordered appetizers of bacon wrapped shrimp and scallops as well as the smoked fish dip. Both were delicious but my meal of Mango Mahi outshined them both. My waiter Nick suggested it and he was right on that money for getting this lightly grilled. Fun environment with plenty of tables and nice branded gear to purchase after dining.

Food was decent, service was decent. You mainly paying for the view. I'm sure that there are some things that shine really well on this menu, but I'm vegetarian so my options were rather limited. It was either a veggie wrap or impossible burger. So I got the veggie wrap and I had a salad, and I had some fries, which is fries were actually really good and crispy! I also do like that. They serve fresh fruit here. That was a nice refreshing addition to the meal. The desserts look delicious, but we were too full to get any so I can't really leave my two cents on that, but I'm sure they are great. I might be back next time I'm in town!

Great service ! And it's a nice venue right on the beach I sat at the bar with the sand towards my back enjoying the weather . No bugs or birds interfering with the meal which is a surprise given I was outside ! My food overall was just average although they had good drinks and their fries were good lol I'd definitely come back but more so for the vibe

Coconuts on the Beach was great! We sat outside with a great view of the beach. The food was all fantastic and the service was excellent. We will definitely eat there again when we return to the area.

Great stop in from the beach. Tuna sandwich was great. Coconut shrimp was amazing. Had a great view of the beach from the deck. Def. a busy spot for sure.

Indoor restaurant review (not beachside) We walked in fairly late night and a large party of more than a dozen people was just wrapping up their meal. When they left, we were the only visitors inside, while most every table of the popular outside area was occupied. I ordered the Coconut Shrimp, which was a very generous serving of (8) breaded shrimp... I really didn't notice much oil, so was intrigued how these fried up so well! I could definitely taste the shrimp, and not overwhelmed with batter. There was a really nice sweet glazed dip, into which I pretty much coated every one of my shrimp into. My wife order the Mahi Reuben sandwich with sweet potato fries, and one of my daughter's friends ordered the same Mahi Reuben but with steamed rice. I tried it, and was very surprised at how good it was: the Mahi was fresh and moist, and the overall flavor balanced well with the rest of the sandwich. The next time we go back, I'm probably ordering this Mahi Reuben for myself. My daughter got the Jammin' Bacon Burger with cheese, and loved the extra bacon on the side. The burger patty itself was juicy and flavorful. Nice ambiance on the inside. It was also very clean, and wait staff was present, but not very nice-your-face which contributed to the already positive vibe and f the restaurant. This restaurant is only about 10 mins from the pier, but parking can be tough, especially during peak hours. But I would tough out the parking for another taste of the Mahi Reuben!

We tried Coconuts On The Beach New Year's Day 2025. We had a decent experience but were not wowed at all. We were underwhelmed. It was mainly the staff as a whole. The food was delicious. We waited a while, which we knew. Got seated 45 minutes later but was not acknowledged for 15 minutes. I later went to a server and asked if we could get someone to take our order. He said he'd find someone. Well he came back a couple of minutes later and said he'd be taking care of us. I'm pretty sure he had over half the tables inside. Too many! He did a decent job but was a little overwhelmed with a party of 10 and all of the other tables he served. He forgot a lot of little things. He memorized our food order which is somewhat impressive. At this point we were very hungry and I forgot to snap pictures. I had the Mahi Reuben which was absolutely amazing! My son had a Jammin Bacon Burger, which he loved. My wife had the French Onion Soup...loved it. My granddaughter had the BBQ Chicken Wings. They were so meaty and juicy. There were kids shrimp plate and chicken tenders ordered. One of my daughters had the Sundried tomato pasta dish. She said it was very good. My son-in-law had Alfredo Pasta w/Mahi and Shrimp. I'd like to try again on a different day. Especially for that Mahi Reuben!!

This has been on my list for quite sometime , but we finally made it out here ! For starters, great location and design. The moment walking in, you feel the vibes of the tiki bar and tropical feels. Place is really nice and on the beach, open bar outside, but plenty of fans and mist around to try and keep you cool. Having some heat drinks and in the FL heat can be a killer, but food and drinks were amazing and refreshing ! I ordered the Mahi Tacos and the Sip n Slide drink. Tasty, creamy, and sweet ! Our waitress was amazing and she took care of everything we need despite the crowd. I would love to come back and taste all their amazing concoctions !

We went for lunch and it was delicious! The Fish & Chips was amazing! Perfect crunch! Service was spot on. Plus you get a beautiful view - oceanfront!

In cocoa beach to board a cruise and I wanted to eat at a local spot. I googled best places and Coconuts popped up first. It lived up to the hype for me. I got the mahi jerk Reuben sandwich and it was absolutely delish! Never thought that combo would be good but it was was. And for dessert the pineapple creme brûlée is a must try. They have live music often out on the patio and if you're lucky enough you can catch a space launch from the patio as well. I enjoyed everything abt this visit, staff was friendly and amazing as well.

Coconuts is a staple in Cocoa Beach. It's one of the places you definitely have to go to just to say you went to at Cocoa. I would definitely recommend drinking here over eating. I have never eaten here but have been here many times to drink and it is always a good time. It is very family friendly and they always have a good band on stage to keep the time moving while enjoying drinks by the beach. Bartenders move their ass for sure. They look like midgets back there but they are in a lower space then the customers. They specialize in the frozen drinks so make sure that is what you get and the prices are great. Not crazy expensive but it is for sure the same prices you would get any frozen drinks at. Great location and great service with great drinks. It definitely does get packed so expect stand around!

Cocoa Beach-Although we didn't get a chance to eat here, the vibe of the outdoor bar is fantastic! We were spending our day on the beach and decided to order all of our drinks from the outdoor bar. GREAT drinks! We had mudslides and piña colada's. The BEST!! We definitely will be back to try the food. The next time we are in Cocoa Beach.

Visited this evening with two senior citizens (one with very limited mobility and uses a walker), two adults, and one preschooler. Overall we had a good night. Food was good and the staff were all amazing. We got in maybe around 4:30p thinking we try to hit an early dinner before it got busy, especially since the 4 yo is really 50/50 at restaurants. We got in just in time because a storm hit, and they got slammed inside. Parking- This restaurant has VERY limited on property parking, and on property still isn't super close. Our one member has handicap parking and there is none there. We completely lucked out getting something "close" in the side lot. Be prepared for street parking (90 minute) or lot parking (parking app). I also suggest when traveling from the north to actually aim more south when having to turn up the one way, it gives you a little more time to look for parking. If you turn at Minuteman Cswy like your directions app will prompt you, you'll miss a good chunk of parking. Host Station- Super friendly and accommodating, we had a larger person in our party and can only fit/sit in some chairs (aka plastic, booths, high tables). Thankfully they had decent seating inside and we could make it work. There is a decent walk from the parking lot, to host station, to seating area. While it is wheelchair friendly (ramp) it's a long walk for those with limited mobility. Also, please be cautioned the inside seating area has slipper flooring, which only got more dicey when it started rainy and people were tracking in water. Staff- Everyone was great. As mentioned it started out as a slow earlier dinner, but a storm ended up slamming the place. Kudos for management for equipping that place to run like a machine. Tons of staff that all worked really well together. They are clearly used to getting lots of patrons and run an amazingly efficient ship. They had what seemed like three host, so while one was sitting one table, another staff member could get right with the next party. They had tons of runners and clearing help on top of their servers and bar tenders. Our server (Justin) was extremely chatty and friendly during the slower time, and maintained a connection while managing MANY tables at once. Kids- So one of the reasons we picked the place was because it kept popping up on lists of places to eat that were kid friendly. While everyone was great and the surroundings were friendly, they didn't have a color sheet/crayons, etc. Our server, again was a champ, and gave our 4 yo two of his pens and grabbed some blanket receipt paper, but just come prepared with something for the little ones. Again, for what they were working with, they staff did great, but in 4 yo time, it was still a long time to sit (but then again, so is 30 seconds haha). Food- Started with some apps... got bacon wrapped shrimp (3) and scallops (2) and coconut shrimp (6 or 8?). Were they worth $15 each... I don't know, I've had a hard time answering this since COVID, but I guess seems on par with beach and tourist prices. Meals for the night included Mahi Reuben, Black and Zola Burger, Jalapeño Mahi, Turkey Wrap, and 1/2 lb cocktail shrimp (as a meal for the kid). Portions were all good, everyone left satisfied, but not uncomfortably stuffed, which was nice. I would actually highly recommend the shrimp for an app though, they were good and came with a really nice butter dipping sauce. Photos- There is a staff member who will walk around taking photos of the table. While I did realize too late that they would be for purchase (I would have declined the photographer so I wasn't wasting their time), I was still taken by how expensive they were. I would have maybe considered purchasing one in a more reasonable price range since we rarely have printed group photos, but $20 for a 5x7 (ish) and $40 for three printed photos and one of those paper folder things was absurd to me. Out or curiosity and commemorative photo as Disney is $20 for an 8x10, and for $20 you get a day of photos at the space center. No disrespect to the photographer, as she was super friendly and engaging, but that price point is a real turn off. Again, the whole night was a good time with good food and good people, I just wanted to point out some tid bits for those seniors and small children in your groups.

Want a place with those cool Florida beach vibes? Look no further than! We stumbled upon Coconuts when we stayed the night before our cruise in Cocoa Beach. Tropical drinks, frozen concoctions, beachy food & a few steps from the Atlantic ....this cute restaurant has it! Highly recommend the fried shrimp! The shrimp are large & have a very light dusting of breading. The fries are delicious too. Frozen drink? Ask for the Banana Split (not on the menu but a house specialty!)
