Was an amazing experience, it was more like staying in a luxury hotel than a hostel; the rooms were really clean, air conditioned and comfortable. Everyone who I've met that's been staying here has been really nice and interesting. There are multiple social spaces with kitchens and work areas. Perfect location for exploring the city without straying too far from your base. I booked my stay a few months in advance and it cost only ~€25 for a night, so really good value for money. Definitely would recommend.

The definition of perfection I can’t understand how they can call it hostel When it looks like a 5 star hotel. Three kitchens, one pool ,beautiful decoration and it’s so clean as a place that make me feel relieved and happy. A real smile from the front office lady that made my soul warm after my long trip After all, what you need more than a Greek authentic warm smile as a welcome And is always a good sign when you speak with the travellers who are staying at the hostel and you realised that they have been there at least five times or more. From what I have understood one thing only is banned from this place impoliteness and uncoolness. So respect to be respected One thing I can say for this place is my home and a home for all the travelling souls out there Thanks everyone keep up with the good work Ps in the blue section there was a tall grey old fellow whose name was christos he really seemed to love good life and raki and he seemed to be fascinated with one historical person Evita Peron don’t know why,see you soon young buck

I stayed in a four bed female bunk room. I had a great experience.||The room: Had AC, generous sized locker drawers that use the room/bed key card. Slight faff to put sheet on top bed but okay (note if you have mobility issues definitely book bottom bunk). The beds each had a light, slide to put things, and a charging port. Would’ve liked a curtain rail as an added bonus. Room was clean and had access to balcony.||The bathroom: the women’s bathroom could often be packed. Not the biggest fan of slightly see through doors but that seems to be normal in Greece. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Would’ve liked a lock on showers with changing room rather than a curtain but no biggie. You can hire towels from the front desk.||Common areas: kitchens were good, water drinkable, had nice common area and pool although I’ll admit to not really using these areas. Big boards with activities and a WhatsApp group.||Location: easy 5-10 minute walk into town. Try the Red Jane bakery for brekkie/coffee nearby.||Baggage: they have a locker room although anyone could walk in, it’s not secure which I wasn’t a fan of, again seems to be standard in Greece. They do have secure lockers for precious good like laptops however if you ask.||Overall: while as mentioned could improve a few things, that’s just me being picky after staying in lots of hostels. This is definitely one of the better hostels I’ve stayed in and deserves the high rating as a result. Helpful staff, easy check in, nice rooms.

The best hostel I’ve ever stayed at ♥️ staff is extremely nice and welcoming, the shared facilities very well kept and clean, rooms nice and comfortable. Of course the experience in the room varies depending on room mates (bigger groups are usually louder), but the facility itself is 10/10! Would recommend without doubts.

One of the nicest hostels I have stayed in! Loved the new building with comfy beds and great amenities. Locked drawers under bed were very spacious and place was kept very clean with daily cleaning. Lots of space to hang out in common spaces, inside & outside, and a small pool to cool off. Taps in kitchen were drinkable. One complaint was all the extra fees - it felt a bit silly to pay for towels (3 eu + 10eu deposit?) and the laundry was very overpriced (10eu!) & required an appt. Lots of well-organized activities are publicized throughout hostel and it’s a great location close to bus station (no hills, just a few blocks on a nice sidewalk) and to Old Town. Would absolutely recommend!

Great hostel, very clean and new. Well situated 5mn away from the bus station and 10mn from city center. The hostel could offer activities within the hostel to create a bond between travellers tho

Everything was great! Impeccable service. They helped me with everything I needed. They called me a taxi on the way back. I met many interesting people from different countries. We even became friends with some of them. The place was quiet and you could enjoy your coffee. Another positive was that the bus station was very close to the hotel. The place was comfortable. I recommend it to everyone without hesitation. You won't regret it!

I had a pretty bad experience staying at this hostel in Chania. A few key issues stood out: 1. The room smelled like sweat as soon as I walked in. 2. You have to make your own bed, which is not what you expect when you’re paying for accommodation. And also, imagine coming off a long series of flights and having to make a bunk bed in the middle of the night where you can't turn on the lights because your hostelmates are asleep?🤢 3. Towels are not included. You have to rent one for €6, and leave a €10 cash deposit on top of the rental cost. If you don’t have cash, they’ll ask you to hand over something valuable like your passport or ID—which is ridiculous and a huge security concern. I didn’t have cash, so they took my ID, and when I went to get it back, the cleaning lady tried to argue with me over my own ID. Extremely unprofessional. Imagine your passport for a silly towel! 4. The bathrooms are not cleaned often enough—there were clumps of hair all over the floor, every time I went in. Overall, not worth the money. Would not recommend.
