Cocoplum Village Shops

I’ve always gone here and it seems everytime I walk in this store I’m seeing less and less shopping is a pleasure. Walked up to the pharmacy this pm trying to pick up medication or to see if it is ready, a women was in front of me checking out and I was standing a little off to the side waiting my turn, when I got to the register the women pharmacy tech said next time I will have to ask you to stand back for privacy reasons understandable I get it, but I wasn’t anywhere near this women to hear her conversation nor do I care I was treated as it if I was going to steal her identity a thug a criminal, I clearly stated to the women where would you like me to stand? This isn’t covid season am I missing something? I have always walked up to the counter and I’ve always had people standing next or beside me, and never have they been asked to move. The women then said there is a sign read it? I’m looking a round and I do see a sign but I cannot read it and I told her this and the pharmacist butted in didn’t really care for her words, they both laughed it off but I wasn’t anywhere near being honest I’m blind as a bat and how can someone read such small wording? This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this publix I know everyone is busy and it’s the holidays I get it be humble be kind and I really do try but when you shop here it’s like you are walking into a black hole. November I walked in spent $150 on crabs the seafood guy was down right rude wouldn’t give me frozen crabs as I requested I had to grab a manager for help. And he did help me! I feel like the employees could be a bit nicer to the customers, more personable. You want ppl to enjoy being there because we are after all you’re income. Maybe Publix needs to pay their employees a bit more, make them happy and they will make your customers happy. Unfortunately I do have to pick up medication from here but I will be changing that to Walgreens.

I’m not sure that anybody thought about it when this shopping center had been in the planning stages as nobody knew what the political climate was going to provide but since day one, the traffic in this place has been insane. The parking spaces are a little jammed together, and while I understand the reasoning behind this, it doesn’t make it any easier navigating. It’s visually pleasing and I like the assortment of options available when you need something. But again, it seems like they’re jammed in as many parking spaces as humanly possible but I understand that’s the whole point behind a shopping center. 🤷

This is a very versatile plaza! And yes, the parking is free and there’s a lot of it! The fact that it’s always full of cars tells of the popularity of this mall!!! Publix is a very well known store for its fresh quality produce and meats. Crumbl Cookies… What an amazing assortment of fresh, unique and delicious cookies!! Dicks Sporting Goods, Old Navy, Hobby Lobby, a health lab, Buffalo Wild Wings and more!!! There’s a great variety of shopping options and even a Chase Bank and Panera Bread!! You could spend your time doing nothing… or come here and do your shopping, your banking and even have breakfast, lunch and dinner here at Cocoplum Village. I come here at least once or twice a month.

I use this strip mall quite frequently, there is a Chase bank here and there are not many of those in this area. Does a variety of shopping from a dollar store to makeup stores to clothing retail call a good mix of shops. The strip itself is kept clean, the parking lot has plenty of spaces although it is very busy everyone sharks the spots closest to the store so sometimes it does take a bit to get parking space if you're not willing to walk. It's pleasant, you feel safe, there aren't people loitering around or panhandling, etc. It's quite centrally located and across the street are a couple of big box stores there are some eateries within Cocoplum, coffee shops, I'd say it's a decent strip mall with a variety of shopping and eating choices

The place is so busy they didn't plan for all the traffic. They do nothing bout the kids who do wheelies on e bikes for hours..not one store calls in. It's private property and If I hit one of them and they get injured coco can deal deal with their parents who clearly don't care bit bet when ol johny get smashed they will care to sue coco.

Cocoplum Village Shop, A Fairly new mini mall in Northport Florida. This mall has many eatery, which are all great in stores. It is wheelchair-bound with easy access for people with disability it has banks, Starbucks, Panera, Publix, and much much more

There are so many things you can do here and so much variety that you wouldn’t have to go anywhere else. Chase bank, Publix, Hair Cuttery, Sally’s, Jersey mikes, Jeremiah’s Italian ice. Pool supplies. Five guys, Ross, T.J.Maxx, hobby lobby, shore point medical, bealls, five and Below, the dollar tree, old navy, Buffalo Wild Wings, Panera bread, Starbucks, first watch, an eye brow studio, tropical smoothie cafe, chipotle, el primo pizza, jewelry store and more. They decorate the place so beautiful for Christmas. And they have a car show on Sundays!!!

Awesome place. I remember back in the late 80s early 90s and it was super busy. Now its super busy just nicer looking. That being said, its still a great place to just park and walk the shops.
