After having French food for a week, it was refreshing to be able to have American cuisine for a change. My college group and I were fortunate to be served by the owners and get a chance to hear their personal story and how “Cocoricains” came to be. From the welcome, to the service, to the food and just the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was spectacular. I could not have had a better experience of having American cuisine in France. Thank you so much again Chris and Greg for your hospitality!

Amazing experience. A lovely restaurant, I went to try some French-American food in Paris and was surprised by every aspect. The Mac n Cheese tasted divine, the fried chicken was crispy and juicy, accompanied by pickle onion which made an exquisite complement. The cornbread made the experience unforgettable because not only did it fall apart when you tried to pick it up, but the flavor took me back to the pancakes my mother used to make for breakfast when I was a child, it was an emotional experience for me and I felt like I was eating a comfort food that I hadn't tried in a long time. For dessert I had an authentic and exquisite cheesecake, the fixed menu prices were good for the amount of food and options that you get and above all I would like to emphasize the attention of the staff, the owner of the restaurant was very attentive to me, he remembered my name on the reservation just by knowing what time it was and he was attentive throughout the lunch so that the food arrived at the perfect time and was patient with my broken English to make the experience pleasant. I am definitely looking forward to visiting again next time I go to Paris.

Seriously cannot get enough of this French American fried chicken spot! I had to go multiple times during my two week trip. The Mac n cheese is to die for, with a crispy oven baked touch and super creamy on the inside. I fell in love with the peanut soup, something I haven’t ever seen anywhere else! I tried it both hot and cold, with cornbread, so yummy and filling. The banana bread tatin is an amazing fusion of banana bread and a French tarte tatin, where the fruit is cooked on the bottom of the pan so it gets caramelised- when I was too full to eat it there I just took it to go. And of course last but certainly not least, the fried chicken itself- this chicken is on a different level, and every single part of it was so juicy and tender. I don’t know how they make the crispy part but it was unlike anything I’ve ever had - not greasy or heavy, just perfectly crunchy every time. I can’t wait to go back during my next trip to Paris. The staff was truly wonderful, warm and welcoming with both locals and travelers, and I felt right at home. I’ll be back !!

Great service and yummy food! The two owners are Franco American and they have food that’s is perfect for Americans living in Paris and sometimes missing home. There is also a terrace which is nice for a dinner in the summer.

The Thanksgiving meal was spot on! It was a truly authentic American Thanksgiving meal like the ones we find back in the States. Unlike other restaurants that offer a Thanksgiving meal, they all have a French twist. The turkey was well seasoned, plump and juicy through and through; the gravy was creamy and flavorful; the cranberry sauce had actual chunks of cranberries and the sweet potato mash was great. The cornbread really added a touch of legitimacy that I was experiencing a real Thanksgiving dinner! To finish off, the pumpkin pie was light and flavorful with a spice that gave it a slight kick and an upper layer that had an ever so subtle glazing of sugar. In essence, one of the best pumpkin pies I have ever had at a Thanksgiving dinner. Do we need to wait for Thanksgiving to enjoy this meal again?! I hope not! :)

The atmosphere, the ambiance were cool. The waiter/cook was really friendly and nice . The food was great! The macNchesse was even surprisingly not heavy or a mouthful but rather tasty. I will definitely go back to taste other dishes
