There it was, in the window, the most tantalizing Nanaimo bar I'd ever seen. It called out to me. I approached. There was a little window there, with a little opening in it, big enough for tiny magic tricks. But the sun was so bright, it glared off the window, blinding me. Squinched, squinting, I caught a glimpse of the wizard's hands, a belt loop, faded fabric. They nimbly transferred the jewel into a small paper satchel and nudged a smooth rectangular box towards me. I conjured my divining card, waved it above the box and the treat was mine! Oh, the heft! When I got home, I wasn't sure where I'd been. I'd never seen this place before. It had appeared out of nowhere, like magic. I looked at the bag for a clue - and there it was, the proof - a stamp. Coco's.
