Positive: My son loves Codonas! Spaces, clean. Stuff is always welcoming, very nice. Free entry for grown ups, only pay for your kids. Negative: I wish if TV zone is permanently close and instead something else is there. My son will glue to tv every time we are there and don’t want anything else.

Great place to visit during winter in Aberdeen. Bowling, mini golf, beer, chicken wings, all in a really cold evening during our last holidays in Europe.

Surprised this place still operates. I mean talk about no lube, no remorse. You waddle out of the place, huddin yer rose together after paying the obscene price of a half pint of watered-down Pepsi. Codona’s Aberdeen markets itself as an “award-winning entertainment complex” packed with rides, bowling, laser tag, arcade machines, adventure golf and food options for “everyone.” The website makes it sound like some magical, fun-filled day out with attractions like the Grampian Eye Ferris wheel, bumper boats and karting, plus indoor venues and play areas. In reality, it felt like paying premium prices for an experience that barely lives up to the hype. You also begin to wonder when hiring children and paying the absolute bare minimum to your staff became legal or acceptable. Can’t imagine the way they’re treated. They all look about as happy as you’d expect, wandering around like they’d rather be anywhere else. Especially the manager “Ian” I believe was his name. The place feels tired and dated, like it’s been coasting on reputation for years. Machines and attractions feel worn out, queues can be ridiculous, and you somehow spend a small fortune while wondering how you’ve managed to do so little. Even the food and drinks felt massively overpriced for what you actually get. Overall, Codona’s talks a big game about being a top family attraction and “best day out,” but the reality felt like an expensive, chaotic and pretty miserable experience. Definitely not somewhere I’d rush back to unless I was feeling particularly fond of disappointment and burning money for sport.

Great mid February day out at Codona's to round off our trip up to Aberdeen. Ended up spending most of the day in the arcade. Always a good time. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Something for everyone. No matter what time of year. And grown ups can feel like kids.

Great place for family entertainment. Slot machines , pool tables , electric go carts and more. Restaurants inside serve great burgers and drinks. There are a lot of different entertainment options, like bowling or electronic darts. For all age groups. We spent two days out there and it was fun. Definitely recommend!

Cute a nice amusement park, got bowling,mini golf, pool tables ,lazer-tag, go-carts. Many food options and a bar. Its good to check for the bundles , cause you can get good prices if you are planning to spend a long day there trying everything.

amazing arcade/amusement park hybrid, good prices and worth the travel. there are multiple indoor and outdoor activities, thrilling and calm. major Codonas places includes a bar, restaurant, bowling alley, gokarting track, themed mini golf & amusement park, café, and a place for children to play safely. from my experience, you can simply show up with no notice and buy tickets yourself.

Mini golf- spacious outdoor area. Needs a bit of a refreshment. The surface has a lot of holes and bumpy bits. Some have no marks of where to start. Karting- they’re extremely slow. We had fun though. Indoor games- nice variety of games and tickets that can be exchanged for prices. Bumper cars were the highlight for my nephew. We went back several times. Francis was very friendly and ensured we had a pleasant experience.

The park itself is ok for one kind of age range. I would say 5-11 year old. Otherwise it just seems to be a tacky place that does not have enough thrills. From a personal insight into this business I would not like to spend my money here on a regular basis. Also with the beach location, there are a bunch of 'car enthusiasts' who do my nut in and I'm glad they have a place to go to where I do not have to experience them. Aberdeen is good like that.

Codonas amusement park is not the greatest place in the world for what we need. there is not much for toddlers and little children to do, it mostly caters for older kids, but there is a small carousel which let little ones on for free. the ride choice is ok and will fill your time given that there isnt another amusement park around. the 18 hole golf is in my opinion very expensive, it is entertaining but they do not allow chidren on the course that arent playing, we decided to pay for our 2 year old to play but he got fed up after a bit. Its a fantastic course which is in good condition, we used the outdoor course but there is also an indoor course perfect for wet days. there is an amusement arcade which has upto date games and machines. there is also numerous places to eat inside aswell as a soft play area and a bowling alley. there is plenty of places to spend money and will undoubtly get busy in the summer so little ones would easily get lost if you not carefull
