Codpa Valley Lodge

The hotel is a lovely oasis nestled in a small village at the bottom of a valley. Well designed cottages around a garden and large pool. ||||The staff is super helpful - anticipating wishes and checking that you have not left anything behind. Wonderful pit stop at 2000 meter to acclimatize before going up higher to Putre.

Quite good. Beautifully situated in Codpa valley and well equipped. Clean cabins, excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

No hot water, toilet did not work. No water to drink. Very poor. Accept only cash money.

Excelente lugar de mucha paz ! Habitaciones espectaculares de cómodas y limpias, recomiendo a mil !

C’est un charmant hôtel situé au calme dans un petit village. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien décorées. Elles donnent toutes sur un grand et agréable jardin où se situe une piscine toutefois un peu vieillotte (nous ne l’avons pas testée car les températures hivernales ne le permettaient pas). Le petit déjeuner était bon et servi à table. Il n’y avait qu’une seule personne pour s’occuper du service et de la réception, ce qui n’est pas beaucoup (bon, nous étions aussi en basse saison). Des connaissances d’espagnol sont nécessaires pour pouvoir communiquer. Dommage seulement qu’il n’y ait aucun wifi disponible, ce serait bien d’en avoir un au moins à la réception (par contre, à relever qu’il y a un wifi gratuit sur la place du village! )

Sehr schöne Anlage in einem kleinen ruhigen Ort. Schöner Pool, wenn auch das Wasser eher ein wenig gebraucht wirkte. Das Zimmer, Bett und Dusche waren sehr sauber und wir hatten durchgehend Strom, warmes Wasser und und 4G-Empfang. Leider mussten wir ohne Abendessen ins Bett, da beide in Google erwähnten Restaurants nicht existieren oder geschlossen sind. Eines der beiden Restaurants haben wir zwar gefunden aber es war niemand da, obwohl es gemäß Hinweisschild um 20:00 hätte öffnen sollen. Die Lodge selber bietet kein Abendessen an. Es spricht auch niemand Englisch und ohne Spanisch ist man auf sich alleine gestellt.

El lugar es muy lindo y tranquilo, piezas sencillas, no muy decoradas, con filtración y concreto a la vista. Nos llamó la atención que había solo una persona atendiendo muy amable, era el recepcionista, bar tender, mozo todo. Me llama atención que para lo que uno paga no haya más gente atendiendo, un 7 al mozo, hacia lo que podía para un hotel lleno. Por la calidad, el precio no lo vale.
