Update: went to dinner here for my birthday and it was fabulous. Food was on point, the duck and dipping sauce (best potato salad we ever had), the fritters, melon salad were mouthwatering, and the desserts all delicious, especially since they slipped in an extra one for my birthday, very thoughtful. Service was wonderful, especially sweet Blythe! Came for brunch with co-workers, wasn't sure what to expect. Left pleasantly surprised, if I wasn't there with co-workers I might have taken every last piece of food off every shared plate we had! The style of food took me straight back to when I lived in Europe years ago (Antwerp), the mushroom toast and salads especially. Everything was delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and service was top notch! I also recommended them to a foodie friend in CO who's from Australia, who then recommended it to his friends visiting. Will probably come here again for dinner, this time with my husband for our anniversary coming up.

We visited first week of February for our 10 year anniversary. Welcoming staff although they did not acknowledge our anniversary until we were walking out after dinner. Cozy atmosphere but too dark for my eyes to see the menu clearly. Menu is small but good selection. I liked that they did not ask me how I wanted my meat cooked since the chef knows perfectly how it’s to be prepared & appreciated. The elk short loin is superb! Winter squash was delicious just a bit too much serving as we chose this to supplement greens that are not found in the menu. Dessert was also good just not properly served with the correct utensil.

Google
Delicious food, cocktails and service that didn’t disappoint. We’ve eaten here a few times. Typically we sit at the bar. The bartenders are very knowledgeable about the food and any other ingredients or questions we had. The cocktails my wife and I ordered were the 53rd state and hygge nights. We had the bread and Butter plate, winter squash, Terrine and the mushroom dish. All the dishes were a hit except the terrine. The terrine was a bit clunky and lacked refinement and accoutrements. The pickled tomatoes and beans were just there on the plate. They didn’t really add anything. Overall, our experience was great. The pricing is on the upper end of Jackson, but the food and service are worth every penny.

Google
We had a great dining experience here. Service was great and attentive (a little too much in my opinion). Inventive menu with options for everyone. The elk steak was so flavorful, juicy, and fresh. I was glad I ordered it. We came here in the summer so we dined outdoor to enjoy the cool evening mountain air, but the mosquitoes were really a killjoy.

One of the best meals I’ve had in a while! The GM, Wes, was so fun and accommodating. The cocktails were delicious. We even got the chance to try their house made chartreuse and I would highly recommend. All of our starters were delicious - beets over horseradish cream, sunchokes, cauliflower (a must) and my personal fave, the smoked trout roe dip with house made chips. Mains delivered as well. The bean dish was spectacular and the steak, congee and tartiflette were hits as well. This is a must book reservation in JH. Beautiful space, bar and food. And great service!

Google
Lovely place, great food, extraordinary drinks (try the cardamom mezcal cocktail!) but specially tremendously friendly and professional staff! We really enjoyed a casual fine dining experience in between touring National Parks with limited dining opportunities. Definitely recommend! Oh and do order the Pistachio dessert, even if you are full. You will find space for that ;-)

Google
I find myself at Coelette at least once a week…why? Simply, because it’s amazing. Staff is incredible, they are so kind and hard working and you can tell that is due to the highly professional and lovely manager! Drinks are unreal, so complex, and unlike most things you’ll ever have. Be open, the menu is always interesting but perfectly delicious. Dessert is SO GOOD I dream about it! Make sure you stop by if you’re visiting.

This is the only place I wanted to eat in Jackson. I came here three times and that is something I *never* do while traveling... but, this is the place! Most dishes phenomenal, and the ones that weren’t were still great (and I was here for only their 8th and 9th dinner service, and brunch, so they’re doing fantastic). One of my faves of ALL time anywhere in the country (and I also love the owners’ other three more casual restaurants)!

Yelp
This is an adorable restaurant spot in the heart of town. It has a very upscale log cabin feel if you can imagine that. Service was awesome - attentive without feeling rushed with great knowledge of the menu and how the food is prepared so we could make the best dinner choices. The mushroom appetizer and sauce was AMAZING. Definitely order a side of bread so you can dip it in the scrumptious sauce. I had the sturgeon which I never tried before but will definitely get again. It was light and flaky and moist. The side of corn was a tasty accompaniment and could easily stand on its own as an entree for vegetarians. The pistachio cake was flavorful & delicious - the perfect size after a filling dinner.

Kati M.

Yelp
The ambiance and rooftop here are ‍. Unfortunately, even though you can reserve space on the patio, you cannot dine up there and they have a specific cocktail menu. The food was decent. We all wanted the lamb but they were out, so we had to pivot on our food choices. Everything came out fast and our server was efficient and helped us make different food choices when we learned that the item we wanted was sold out. I would give Coelette another try next time I'm in town!

Yelp
Have eaten here twice on separate trips to Jackson and both times were incredible. This is by far my favorite place to eat in Jackson. The vibes and decor are amazing. The service is so friendly and welcoming. And finally the food is to die for! Every part of our meal is always amazing and we will continue to return here.

Yelp
We were beyond disappointed with the food and service at Colette. Highly recommend avoiding this tourist trap as the food is awful and insanely overpriced. You will likely leave hungry and out $250. Let's start with the food. We started with the fritter appetizer which we didn't even finish because it was just a ball of fried batter covered in roe. There was not anything appetizing or interesting about this dish. Next we had the carrots which were fine but pretty similar to the honey carrots I make at home- nothing particularly interesting. Finally we had the strip steak entree and duck entree. The duck entree was unbelievably small lacked flavor. It was served with radicchio and no other sides leaving me hungry and wondering about the $54 price tag. The strip steak was a little tough (ordered it medium rare) and not great quality. A basic mashed potato side was underwhelming. Next, the cocktails. We opted for the Mezcal cocktail but were told that they were out of this cocktail. I have never heard of a restaurant running out of a cocktail at 6:30. They opened at 5pm and had been closed the prior 2 days (they are closed Monday & Tuesday). How do you run out of a cocktail in 90 minutes of opening after having 2 full days to prep the ingredients? We selected 2 other cocktails (our server was less than kind about delivering the news and not interested in helping us select an alternate). The service... Our server could not have seemed more bothered that she had to take orders and interact with humans. It was honestly bizarre. The woman who presented our cocktails told us about them and stressed how strong they were multiple times- it felt like something that should have been shared before we ordered the drinks. So strange! When asked about dessert we did not even want to look at the dessert menu. We left hungry and went to another restaurant for an appetizer and dessert to try to turn the night around. The decor and ambiance were inviting and warm which made the rest of our dining experience so odd. We had great dinners at Bin 22 and The Kitchen and would recommend sticking to these restaurants while visiting Jackson Hole. Avoid Colette.

Yelp
So happy we found this place, and it was because it was around the corner from our hotel. I overlooked this in my previous Yelp searches in preparation of going to Jackson, and I guess it's because of the low # of reviews compared to other restaurants, but this was my favorite dinner meal out of the 3 dinner meals I had in Jackson (the other two we ate at were Local and Gather, yeah, I'm naming names because I find it helpful instead of the ambiguous phase by itself). We didn't have a reservation when we walked in Coelette, but they seated us at the bar and asked us if we could leave by a certain time. Not a problem, we had at least an hour and half. I wish we were dressed nicer and had a reservation. It seems like a great date spot. The employees at the bar were very warm and accommodating. It felt like an intimate experience. They explained the dishes as they presented us with them. The elk steak was amazing! Also a favorite of mine was the dessert "Mess" - after the British dessert Eton mess. We enjoyed the carrot appetizer as well as the soba entrée. We also ordered the taleggio but we weren't as big fans of that one. They had an interesting cocktail menu and I enjoyed a couple of cocktails.

Connie W.

Yelp
I read such great reviews for this place so had high expectations.Everything was quite expensive, so another reason for high expectations. But the 3 out of 4 dishes were below par.    Snap Peas - it was very simple, peas with some dressing and topping Dandelion Bucatini - bland and hard noodles and nuts and wild greens and dressing Chicken Karaage - was rather bland even with the thick sauce Lamb - was the best tasting dish we had ordered, meat and mushroom

Andrew S.

Yelp
Who charges for Iced Tea refills? Coelette.... The whole farm to table idea sounds amazing, but the actual meal and experience was quite disappointing. The highlight of our dinner was the bread and butter. However, I must give the server props for knowing about all of the food and where it came from. The Burrata was great and served with a side of chips. Not sure what the seasoning was, but it gave everything a lot of flavor. Our party of two shared the Chanterelle Linguini and Pork Chop, both of which were brought to the table a bit cold already. The pork was tough, which makes the cutting a bit more work. Linguini just had some interesting flavors, which wasn't at all noticeable when served cold. See attached photos. Not a big fan of the food, but the server was great. Quality of food was not $$$ at all. It was one of those, let's go to McDonald's after...

Yelp
NOh boy, where do I even start with this so-called "2-star" restaurant experience? If mediocrity was an art form, they would have earned a gold medal! The service was as enthusiastic as a Monday morning without coffee - you know, like the walking dead, but in waitstaff uniforms. As for the food, they must think they're serving culinary masterpieces plated in gold with a side of unicorn tears, given those prices! But, alas, it was more like finding out your favorite snack is just air and wishes wrapped in a designer label. To put it simply, dining here was like a tragic comedy - you laugh at the absurdity of it all while wiping away a tear from the bill. They really know how to tickle your funny bone while draining your wallet. But hey, at least I got a good story out of it, right? Next time, I'll gladly stick to my ramen noodles and save myself from this comedy of overpriced errors! oh wait....water boy is on point!!!!!

Joshua B.

Yelp
All the servers and hosts were friendly and cool. We have found customer service in Jackson to be really bad and the staff at Coelette reminded us that a few good ones exist. We would highly recommend this place. The menu was creative and affordable.

Emily D.

Yelp
Best dining experience in Jackson. The wait staff was knowledgeable about every item on the menu and their recommendations were spot on. Cocktails were imaginative and tasty. The food is epic and the quality was top notch. We had the special a steak and the sturgeon. Desert was vacharin and I'll be dreaming about it.

Schelly Y.

Yelp
A great spot with elevated food but casual atmosphere. The trumpet mushrooms were soooooo good. Probably one of the best prepared I have had. The manager and wait staff were great and so friendly.

Andrew S.

Yelp
Booked dinner this week as part of our ski trip. We went in with high expectations which were met. We ordered a bunch of veggie apps and the whole fish. All the food was interesting and tasted great. This is not the place for simple food but rather each dish had multiple components. Service was friendly and high energy. Drinks and wine were also great. Would definitely recommend for a meal.

Mary C.

Yelp
So bummed This was our favorite here in JH and we have been there again twice in the past month and entrees were brought to the table with a barely warm temp ( two of them were very expensive elk chops). We love the atmosphere and the waitstaff seems super friendly , but when you are willing to pay high prices for a meal , you at least want the minimum standard of having your entree beyond room temp We are going to take a break Hope for The best We understand they are under new management so we will hope that in time , they will be back to super star status For now - not so much

Yelp
What a special night. Cute pristine log cabin inside and out. Amazing wine list. Great service. Food and flavors that are hauntingly good. 5 of us shared several appetizers including beef tartare, sweet leaf salad, beets, and kimchi pancake. The beets are not to be missed. The beef tartare was amazing even for those at the table who do not prefer raw meat. Crazy amazing flavors. For entrees and appetizers we just took our servers recommendations and had no regrets. The special 8oz top sirloin with fat cap may have been the best steak I've ever eaten. Surprisingly tender and high quality beef from Snake River Farms. Had the Kelly Fox Pinot Noir to pair with it. Perfect pairing. Expensive but special night!!!

Shelly L.

Yelp
The meal started off so strong! The bread/butter, carrots, and pork were 10/10! We were saying this place deserves a Michelin star. Then we had the entrees which were just alright. We got the sturgeon which was super dry, and there wasn't enough sauce/ bok choy to go with it. The steak (coulotte) was also just alright. It just didn't thrill us. If they could improve their mains, I think this place has super high potential! I would honestly go back just for those appetizers again, they were that good!

Wendy C.

Yelp
Yes Please. Wow! Do not miss this experience --whether food or libations or both. What a treasure! -especially in Jackson Hole (so much overpriced mediocre food here geared toward the tourists and white bread Americans with no palette) - but a must experience have for anyone who cares about world class food and drink. Service is top notch from Wes (running the place) who knows all the ins and outs! You made my month sharing your tincture insights and recommending the perfect cocktails for my taste. Thank you Chefs for the taste sensations and your attention to detail and exquisitely clean and beautifully orchestrated kitchen. I cannot wait to come back. I just couldn't sample enough with just me - will bring friends next round. Also the place is located in an historic log cabin and has a cozy yet gorgeous atmosphere where you could probably even bring the family for fine dining.

David B.

Yelp
A real classy and wonderful place. The food and the choices were unique and delicious. The quality of the ingredients were top notch. The farcement was a new revelation for us and all the greens were super fresh. Best of all our waiter Matt was excellent. Juggling absolutely disgusting people with a loud kid, an older troublesome couple and then delivering the excellent news that they had a bottle of Pappy I could partake in! We spread the news to all the people at the horse ranch we were staying at and they all came back with happy stories. A must stop for Jackson!

Ash G.

Yelp
My review is solely based the experience I had with the manager. The food is very earthy tasting if that makes sense. I definitely recommend the corn appetizer it was delicious! Would much rather spend money here than spend money at a chain! Definitely worth trying atleast once.

Rick J.

Yelp
Wonderful everything. Food. Service. Ambience. Very attentive staff. Great place to have a nice romantic dinner. Highly recommend.

Whitney C.

Yelp
I had a group of 6 come to Coelette the other evening. Firstly, we had several dietary restrictions in the group- vegetarian, no soy, and allergies to almonds and shellfish. Our waitress was extremely well informed as to the ingredients in every dish, and they were more than accommodating with our needs. The cocktails were super interesting- we tried most of them and enjoyed them a lot. The food was also great. Everything was SUPER fresh, well balanced, and good portions for appetizers to share, along with the mains being very fair sized. The surprising standout to me were the sauerkraut pancakes! They were super unique and the flavor was great, and I haven't had anything like it before. The other favorite of our group was the delicate squash, but really everything was good. The only thing I would pass on was the pork rilettes- it tasted fine, but to me it wasn't special, especially compared to how much the vegetables shined. My group were all happy with their main courses- I had the sturgeon. It was well cooked, but it had vegetable ash on top to attempt to give it a smoky flavor, but I don't think it added much and could be swapped with a different flavor for more balance. Finally, the dessert- i got this tomato basil dessert and wow, it was so unique and really really good! I think it was sorbet, and the flavors just all really worked and made for a light, flavorful, and unique end to our meal. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others, and would happily come back on my next visit to Jackson.

Wes B.

Yelp
If you're looking for good airline food this place is decent. Service is glacial (40 mins for drinks and apps), food is bland, carb filled with minimal protein, and over priced for what is it. The best part about it is the bus boy working his ass off for water service.

Deb T.

Yelp
Coellete is not special. The sturgeon was good, but not so with our chanterelle appetizer or steak. The so called chanterelle app was done with a lightly fried egg, but ended up being 6 very small chanterelles and a huge overconsuming egg. Spiced perfectly, so the egg was good, but where were the mushrooms? The steak was cooked to a perfect, just less than medium rare, but was tough. You don't expect tough and chewy from this kind of restaurant. Wouldn't go back.

Melissa H.

Yelp
On my first trip to Jackson Hole I was fortunate enough to sneak in a dinner here which was an exceptional experience that had me wishing I lived closer. So tonight, since I found myself in town once again,, I just had to repeat. New seasonal menu, just as amazing. Tonight we selected the terrine & the snap pea appetizers. Our server took time to guide us through the menu, explain the content & flavors we could expect. I had a beef & pork soba noodle bone broth soup which was spicy and satisfying. We also ordered the Elk Tenderloin which came cooked to perfection. The service was on point. The dishes were explained as they were dropped. We were well cared for & once again, it left us wanting to return. Thank you Coelette for being excellent.

Britt J.

Yelp
If the staff wasn't so stuffy I'd give this place 5 stars. The food was fresh, unique, and tasty. The cocktails sound bizarre (with ingredients like saline and tobacco) but they were a highlight of the meal. The carrots were my favorite plate.

Sydney S.

Yelp
10/10 overall experience. We had an 8:30 reservation we got last minute. We were seated promptly upon our arrival and greeted by our bartender. our drinks were amazing!! True libations. Wes (I believe the owner or manager) came out and asked how our drinks were. This was such a nice and thoughtful addition to our experience. We chatted for a little asking about how they came up with the drinks and he was very welcoming. Our food was incredible!! And the ambiance and interior was so cozy and quaint yet elevated. Overall our favorite dining experience in Jackson. We will certainly recommend this place to anyone going to the area.

Melissa Z.

Yelp
Waited an 1 hr 30 min for bad, salty food. I've never had to wait that long for food ever. I never even write reviews; this place is just that bad. The waitress kept saying that the food would come out "in a few more minutes" and we would still wait 20 more minutes. This place is also crazy expensive...over $200 for entree portions that were super tiny and not filling. Even when they offered us bread for our wait it wasn't fresh...it was hard and cold.... Overall a complete waste of money and our time. Wouldn't recommend.

C C.

Yelp
Awesome local roasted mushroom starter special, unctuous, earthy. Butterhead salad was light but felt like a real dish, not an after thought and not a side. Our server was friendly, a bit quirky, but was covering a whole section himself. Staff came by and legitimately seemed to ask for feedback, like they really cared about the customer experience. Pasta was complex, creative, delicious. Lamb was solid. This was our first trip to Jackson Hole and heard SRG was great, Coelette outperformed by a wide margin.

Ben C.

Yelp
The husband and I went to Coelette on a birthday weekend trip to Jackson. It was out first visit to the city and the restaurant. We had a very secluded table, which we were very thankful for during the Pandemic. The space is in a historic building, very cozy, intimate and perfect lighting. We were seated quickly with our reservation and ordered dry Prosecco to start the evening. They recommend sharing all plates and ordering 3-4 per person. We were told ten minutes before the kitchen was closing that we needed to order everything right away. We were not super pleased with this. We should have been made aware the minute we were seated. This is the reason for 4 stars and not 5. We started with their famous cabbage wedge. We were told it would be charred but it was not charred at all. Though it has nice flavor, one of their most unique dishes missed the mark. The roasted potatoes were sublime, perfectly crispy in the outside and soft inside. The pesto pasta with arugula was absolutely to die for. The butternut squash was a perfect fall dish that was warm and filling, perfectly flavored. The steak was one of the best cooked and cuts of meat Ive had all year. The sommelier was also knowledgeable and very kind. The desserts were out of this world to complete a (near) perfect evening. It is a must visit while in town.

Tom K.

Yelp
Simply spectacular. We got a last minute reservation and sat at the bar. The experience from start to finish was perfect. The drink list was one of the most innovative I've ever seen. The service was impeccable. All of the food was very unique and focused on their "snow line" theme. I'd definitely come back. The dining room looked very nice too.

Anne F.

Yelp
Delicious, beautiful and gracious evening on a side street of Jackson. The dishes were interesting AND delicious - red beets w burata, a sumptuous grilled pork chop with crispy savory edges. The wild plantings that enclose the outdoor dining area were full and a perfect edge. Highly recommended! And very cool matchbooks shaped like a house

Kylie C.

Yelp
This place is a must!! If you like the strange, eclectic, and out-of-the box culinary experience, then this place is for you! Set in a historic log cabin, the romantic atmosphere harkens the rustic chic! The elevated food design and funky ingredients pleases the palate and wows the senses! The dishes are excellent for sharing! Lastly, the service was amazing! All smiles, pleasant and attentive interactions made this food experience the best in Jackson Hole!

Robert K.

Yelp
Had a reservation booked with Coelette a few weeks in advance of my visit to Jackson Hole via OpenTable. Received a call on the Friday afternoon before my Monday evening reservation saying that my reservation needed to be cancelled because the restaurant will be closed. I'm extremely disappointed by this news because it now leaves me SOL; good luck trying to get a reservation in Jackson during peak season with 72 hours notice. The whole situation strikes me as unprofessional and I'll gladly spend my dollars elsewhere.

Dara L.

Yelp
Loved this dinner. What a beautiful restaurant( Warm and cozy. Staff was very attentive; helped with dinner selections that we would enjoy. These meals were beyond delicious. Each item on the plate had unique flavors. Every bite was perfect!

Nicholas M.

Yelp
Superb food and dining experience. The interior of the restaurant is very cool and perfect place to be after a long day of skiing. we started with the sweetbreads, followed by the Yak and the Short rib. everything was exceptionally crafted and tasted amazing. Each dish really let the ingredients speak for themselves. for dessert we had the Parsnips - 10/10 would recommend this dish. Very unique dish that you won't find anywhere else. overall great food, great service, and great experience

Christie L.

Yelp
Great service, creative healthy food! We really enjoyed our dinner the service and atmosphere

Greg R.

Yelp
Great, inventive food. Great cocktails (including excellent mocktails). Great service. Great ambiance. We've eaten here several times, and we (the parents) and our kids (5 and 8 years old) highly recommend it. The snow trout was amazing, as was the chicken karaage, soba, and creste di gallo.

Christina W.

Yelp
Y'all, they don't play around. They know their way around food and cocktails. The special tonight was the Wagyu beef steak and wholy guacamole, it was good. Best I've had. Dessert was the cheese platter and I had a out of body experience, it was so out of this world good. Cocktails were amazing. Service was so attentive. MAKE RESERVATIONS AMD GO NOW.

Joe L.

Yelp
Elegant rustic setting in the heart of Jackson. Perfect for a group dinner or dinner with someone special. Wine list is not extensive but carefully selected and the markup is very reasonable. The menu is designed for sharing, but we found the portions just right for sharing or individual selection. We were with a large family group and ordered almost everything on the menu. All were delicious. Service was great. This is Jackson, so casual attire gets by, but you would not be out of place shined up a bit. There are a number of excellent dining establishments in the area, but this one is something special. Make a res, as the place is not large and they are spacing out. Al fresco available, weather permitting.

Kate M.

Yelp
Such an incredible meal, definitely in my top 10. We were able to sit down at the bar for dinner at 8pm on Saturday night without a reservation . I can safely say the steak special had they with local Snake River Farm beef was the best I've ever had. Cooked to perfection, every bite was tender and amazing. The butter head salad is literally to die for, and our bartender recommended some vermouth to go with dessert that was SO GOOD. these guys know exactly what they're doing, I would come back everyday while staying in Jackson if I could!

EA L.

Yelp
WOW... I liked the vibe outside and then I walked in and received a very warm welcome. The place is just so beautifully lit and so cozy, elegant but casual. It's so nice you just won't want to leave. The menu is highly creative and absolutely delicious and it's not something you're going to find anywhere else. So it's a real stand out and that's why I gave it five stars. I highly recommend their wines by the glass and I loved the soba which is homemade- a symphony of flavors. The team all do what is needed to make you feel well looked after and are friendly so what's not to love!? Yes it's expensive but it's worth it!

Janine E.

Yelp
The restaurant is over priced and the Chanterelle linguine is unpalatable. Pork is good.

Justin G.

Yelp
Great meal. Fantastic service, ambience, and food. All farm to table and ingredients have a story. It's obvious lots of care goes into each and every dish. Would highly recommend the terrine, elk shortloin, soba, and then the bread pudding for dessert. Can't go wrong with anything else on the menu. Edit: Both cocktails we had were also incredible and expertly crafted. Make sure to ask about the restaurants ethos, farm to table, fermentation, local ingredients, etc.

Greg M.

Yelp
They were able to squeeze us in at a table outside on short notice and we had a fantastic dinner. The food was delicious & diverse. We had the smoked potato, kimchi pancake, tomato & melon salad and the sweet potato gnocchi. The gnocchi was our fave! Cocktails were really good as well. The only thing keeping this from a 5 was that the service was a little slow, but we were in no hurry and would come back for sure.

Reg W.

Yelp
Phenomenal meal! Asparagus and kimchi fried rice were excellent, and the steak special was incredible!

Steven P.

Yelp
We have loved loved loved our dinner at Coelette. We had hoped to dine at the neighbors but with a little dog and a long line we decided to check out this cute log cabin next door. Lucky we did. We were shown to great outdoor seats by friendly staff. The menu is varied and of high standard. Everything we had was delicious. The 8oz steak rare was tender and full of flavor. The Brussels sprouts deserve a special call out as well as the salmon with sautéed escarole. Don't forget to get the special Desert. Finally visit the bathroom they are really cute. We will Most definitely be back. Steven & Ingrid Ploem

Michael T.

Yelp
Disappointed with service and fumbled reservation. Food quality good but front end staff unorganized.

Andrea K H.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I recently vacationed in Jackson Hole from the Bay Area and stumbled upon Coelette for lunch. We liked it so much we ended up eating here twice. From the cocktails (my favorite was the flower 75) to the food, it was impeccable. The food is interesting, unexpected and has wonderful presentation. Highlights were the mushroom toast, salad with lentils and braised eggs. Also, the cold brew is amazing! Hands down the best food we had in Jackson Hole.

Haakon H.

Yelp
J'ai travaillé ici et tous est très impressionnant. Le menu m'es poêle à un jour d printemps dans le parque nationale Acacia et aux même temps Grand Teton. Mieux en anglais. Love the menus and the decor here. Reminiscent of a moment between seasons in Grand Teton National Park and Acacia. A serene and moss covered hollow where a moose may rest in reflection of the changing seasons. I am particularly fond of the pink cocktail which reminds me of a pink sunset shining on a single blue flower, and the dish which begets the question, what gift does the ocean have for the shore. 吃了时非常好, love the

Grecia M.

Yelp
Great cocktails and staff! Had a small kimchi pancake appetizer which paired really well with this little tangy salad served on top. Wish the pancake was warmer but overall great taste. Love the ambience as well! Also ordered the bread and butter and i don't know what's in that butter but it is AMAZING.
