Coffee Coaching Club

This was hands down the best coffee I had in Switzerland – and I’ve been to Zurich, Lucerne, and deep into the Swiss Alps. Stumbled across this gem in Bern thanks to Google, and it turned out to be a real highlight of the day. The barista offered a choice of ten different coffee beans, each ground fresh. I chose a milder roast for my wife and a stronger one for myself. In Switzerland, flat whites typically come with two shots and cappuccinos with one – so I ordered a cappuccino for my wife, which she really enjoyed. There was also a delicious homemade cheesecake, a great selection of coffee gear for sale, and they even run coffee workshops. A real haven for coffee lovers. I only wish we had a place like this back where I live in Sydney!

Nice spot with good service. I was a little disappointed at first because they didn’t do latte art, which I really enjoy but once I tasted the coffee, I quickly forgot about it. It was very good, smooth and full of flavor. The croissant was also delicious and fresh. They also sell coffee machines and other coffee-related items, which makes it an interesting place to browse if you’re into coffee beyond just drinking it. A solid place for a good coffee and pastry, plus a little coffee inspiration!

It was our first time here. They sell a variety of coffee machines, which are quite unique and interesting. The drinks were great too — I had a green matcha and my partner had a coffee. You could really taste the high quality. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Such a cozy and spacious place, with a homely vibe that makes you feel comfortable right away. The coffee is delicious and the girls who work there are absolutely lovely — they go beyond regular service and really make you feel welcome. Kate especially stands out. She’s such a bright and knowledgeable young woman with excellent customer service skills, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. On top of that, she even wrote a small book about the best coffee shops around — make sure to ask her about it next time you visit! Such a warm and inviting spot, definitely a place I’d recommend. Lychee-matcha is worthy trying too!

Excellent service, the drinks were really really good as well. I would recommend this little out of the way place if you're in Bern as it's in a very interesting part of the city as well.
