Coffee Fritz

Veeery good coffee (one of the best in Konstanz) and very cozy. Authentic atmosphere. This was one of very few places during Corona that was open and was selling coffee to go. Now visiting again and this time sitting inside enjoying the taste of the coffee and the vibe. Glad to see they are doing well.

it’s not everyday you stumble across a true blue Aussie cafe in the middle of Europe?! Great chats with the owner Sven over a few big cups of coffee. The incredible attention to detail makes this one very special place. Make sure to ask Sven about his botanical pursuits— if anyone can grow a Sturt Desert Pea from seed in Baden-Württemberg, it’ll be this guy

Very cute café and friendly staff! The cake & pastries but also coffee were really tasty, I even got to ask the pastry chef how she made the cake. She told me they also re-use older pastries for the base of a cake which I think is very clever and if it‘s tasty (as it was) even better! I was so eager to taste that cake that I forgot to take a picture but I highly recommend!

Very cute and homely cafe, would highly recommend! The mandarin cake and pour over was very delicious. The iced latte was a little milky for my taste but still enjoyed it. Owner was very nice as well.

This is without a doubt the absolute best coffee in town! And also it is so warm and comfortable and inviting that you should be careful because if you go there, you might not want to leave!!! Cool art, things to read, very sympatico vibes and I need to mention the food! I had a croissant with zucchini and fondu cheese hidden inside with paprika and other delicious spices that was the most delicious croissant I have ever had! Finally a lovely patio with *beautiful* umbrellas :) to protect from sun and rain means that you can sit for hours and watch the people stroll by right beside the old city gates. And of course the people there are lovely. Danke sehr Sven! Prima!

The coffee was great, even better than a lot of places in the city I live in in Australia, and the people were very friendly! Love that you can get a good flat white in Konstanz now. If you’re an Australian looking for somewhere to feel like home, definitely pay them a visit!
