Coffee House Apartment Motel

I have been staying at the Coffee House Apartments for 9 months for work and it has been great. The facilities are clean and tidy and all you need for your home away from home and the rooms are serviced daily with fresh towels and water. The complex is in close proximity to the city centre which has many restaurants and bars to appease your appetite. The apartment manager is lovely and will do whatever she can to make my stay enjoyable.

Lovely clean rooms, quiet location in the city’s centre, shower pressure was amazing, we had a washer and drier in our room which we made use off, beds comfortably. Cafe we had amazing breakfast, so yum! Will be back when we stop into Rocky again.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we found the room lacked basic essentials like pillows and towels. When we requested them, the manager responded in an unprofessional and rude manner. The sheets were stained, and the bins hadn’t been emptied before our arrival, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. To top it off, one morning we were abruptly woken by the manager banging on our door, which was incredibly unsettling. I would not recommend staying here based on our experience.

Pet friendly!!!! Is a extra fee for pets, but still very reasonable and ive stayed interstate a bit with dogs. Friendly helpful staff & Housekeeping made me laugh when did a turn down in our room with my doggos fav toy placed at bed head 🤣 Our room had a lil courtyard so my dachshunds got to do security. Room had everything we needed - coffee shop within building open 7am - 2pm.

Very disappointing stay at this motel - never again. The room was dirty, the shower head gross, it’s also very dated and in need of a total update. When you pay over $200 per night, you expect better. I took three staff members with me, and they had similar feelings toward the place. Location is a bit away from any eating places/shops.

Phone to check in on Saturday and the Lady was too lazy to take my Booking and said: do it on bookings.com and save a few dollars" witch I did. Phoned her again and said I’m running late how do I get in as my booking was fully paid for 3 nights? I'll send you a code to get into the lockbox when you arrive. NO Text and I could not get into a room I paid for so had to book in elsewhere that was 3 Month ago and Southern Cross are giving me the runaround not been reimbursed.

Nice motel. We stayed just one night. Nice rooms , everything is clean. Not the typical built motel, instead there are litte patios, walkways. Very nice balcony. We liked the clean pool and the greenery around it.|Rockhampton itself surprised us with a lot of historic buildings and the wonderful Botanic Gardens.

The coffee house does a great breakfast, front of house staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are slightly older, but well kept and the location secure and is perfect if you're visiting Rocky, walking distance to everything.

Still early into my stay but I think they deserve a mention for their hospitality and service. Everyone in this industry is doing it tough, yet this couple do it with a genuine smile. You wouldn't even know COVID has hit hard on morale and hip pockets. Thanks troops!
