Coffee House Apartment Motel

4 night stay. Room was spacious, but a little dated. TV was adequate. Bar fridge very small, no ice cube tray, or ice machine to be found. Wifi very minimal speed. Bed was comfy, tiled floor nice for those people that cringe at old dirty carpet. Bathroom definitely showing its age, but was clean. Split AC, so no annoying ducts. Being called “The Coffee House” one would think there might be something more than instant coffee in the room (like a pod machine?) sadly, no. Parking is a bit tight for larger vehicles, but off street and slightly secure, definitely not ‘secure’. The kitchen is also closed for renovation at time of review so unable to comment as to the food. Handy to the CBD if that’s your thing. Close to the Police station, so you might get some siren noise. 3.5 stars definitely not 4.

Very cosy motel with a relaxed vibe. The pool area is small but really relaxing. The food in the cafe was nothing short of beautiful. There are plenty of places to eat or grab coffee nearby, but the coffee in the cafe is incredible. The location is just off the highway so it's not noisy. It's licensed too with a small selection of wines to keep things simple. The balcony too is a nice touch. Rooms were nicely cleaned.

We had a lovely stay at the Coffee House Apartment Motel. The location is great — just a short walk into the city. The accommodation itself was comfortable, and well-appointed. My room was clean, spacious, and featured all the modern amenities you could need. The highlight was the on‑site Café!

The motel is in a fantastic location, walking distance to great eateries and bars. We attended a concert at the Great Western Hotel and it was only a short walk to the venue. Beds were very comfy. Our bathroom was a little tired but could not fault anything else in the room.

I have been staying at the Coffee House Apartments for 9 months for work and it has been great. The facilities are clean and tidy and all you need for your home away from home and the rooms are serviced daily with fresh towels and water. The complex is in close proximity to the city centre which has many restaurants and bars to appease your appetite. The apartment manager is lovely and will do whatever she can to make my stay enjoyable.

Great central location, walking distance to everything around the fantastic city centre. Room and bathroom clean and spacious. Fridge, microwave, coffee, tea, cutlery, crockery, ironing. Table and chairs. Bed comfortable, pillows ok. Good WiFi and good number and convenient powerpoints. Plenty of secure off street parking. Good security. Breakfast available at the adjoining Coffee House restaurant. Definitely would stay again.

Thank you Kerry and team for bending over backwards to accommodate for any travel related need. You and your team's friendliness and determination to solve any concern is what makes Coffee House the choice of accommodation when travelling for work. Your incredible and consistent barista keeps me buying in house competition when street competition is fierce. Keep doing what you're doing this is what sets Coffee House apart from any other accommodation :).

Lovely clean rooms, quiet location in the city’s centre, shower pressure was amazing, we had a washer and drier in our room which we made use off, beds comfortably. Cafe we had amazing breakfast, so yum! Will be back when we stop into Rocky again.

Still early into my stay but I think they deserve a mention for their hospitality and service. Everyone in this industry is doing it tough, yet this couple do it with a genuine smile. You wouldn't even know COVID has hit hard on morale and hip pockets. Thanks troops!
