Coffee on The Crescent

What a lovely place this is. Great little café in Headingley, Leeds. I just had a hot turmeric drink and it was great. Lovely atmosphere, friendly service, great location. I didn't eat this time but the bakes looked good and the menu looks reasonable and proffers vegan and gluten free options. Plants for sale too. Great, fab place. Highly recommended and would definitely revisit. Bravo.

Really lovely café. It has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere with some interesting artwork on the walls and a mix of people, which gives it a great vibe. The coffee is excellent. I had an espresso that came with tasting notes and was beautifully presented, showing how much pride they take in what they serve. My partner had a latte, which was also spot on. We shared a brownie too, and it was absolutely top‑notch. Great quality produce all round. highly recommended.

Oh dear this place was full of promise so a major disappointment not the friendliest of greetings on arrival I’m afraid but the drink and food was sub standard at best a not very nice tepid coffee along with a stale chocolate croissant that probably wasn’t that good the day before … it was a cold day but the back of the seating area was freezing … all in all a poor experience which we will not be repeating I’m afraid !

Food and drink are good. You can order coffee with ice cream. But the coffee shop doesn’t allow guests to use laptop to do work, and they didn’t explain, maybe because lots of guests? Idk, it is not suitable for people wanting to do work after buy coffee.

Love their vegan and diary free options. Especially recently as they offer vegan pastries now! I can't have diary so having more choice like this is always a sign of good place to go. The vegan cruffins are amazing and the even darker hot chocolate is lovely. They even have some vegan ice cream in for the Summer. 100% recommend popping by.

Genuinely the best smashed avocado I've ever had. I mean look at it... And trust me, it tasted even better than it looked! I was starting in the area for the weekend and looking for a nice healthy breakfast on a Sunday morning, something that's not ready to give where I live. After googling I have this a go and wasn't disappointed. They have a great selection of teas, coffees, and pastries, all topped off with a vibrant, fresh, and healthy menu, perfect for brunch. The only disappointment is that it isn't closer to my home!

Lovely little place - coffee was great. Ordered a toastie which I believe the staff may have forgotten about but after a reminder this came quickly and was perfect + given a few vouchers as an apology which was very kind. Be aware that it is small so not the kind of place to sit for ages and work etc. But great for a quick drink and chat :)

Perfect coffee! The long black is excellent. The smoothest coffee I have ever experienced in town. Their batch brew is always unique. A cosy, homely, welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and a warm smile every visit. Every person I have ever taken here agrees it is the best coffee they've ever had. A must visit for coffee and non coffee enthusiasts a like. The menu is extensive for a variety of hot and cold drinks.

Lovely Scandinavian inspired cafe. The staff were super friendly and completely professional, an absolute credit to the cafe. We will definitely be coming back, the hot chocolate was sublime.
