This location just opened 2 weeks ago and it’s super busy! They have a well rounded selection of pour over coffees and interesting latte specials. We got the Black Sesame latte and the Julio Caesar Madrid Logan Caturra pour over. Pour over has fruity notes and was quite enjoyable. My husband had the Black Sesame latte and it was sweet and lovely. The pastries in the window display look very delicious too and we will come back again to try. They also have brunch menu options so definitely worth checking out. Location is pretty small and seating is limited to small seats against the wall. Not too suitable for large groups as it’s more for an intimate seating type cafe. You can probably fit 4 people or 2 people and 2 strollers at the front window. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

It's definitely a beautiful space. Bright, sleek furniture and great interior decor choices. The pandan foam latte was so refreshing. They do have wifi, but there was a no-laptop policy during the weekend.

I visited Coffee Project NY in Hell's Kitchen today for the first time to start my day with a good dose of caffeine and wasn't disappointed. I very much enjoyed my morning black coffee, and the banana-chocolate bread was delicious! The ambiance and the design of the bar are remarkable. The manager, Hyacinth, is super friendly and smiley. Yikes $7+ for a decaf latte to go (without tip). Quality of the coffee is superb. Great, welcoming, clean, ambiance with great big windows and natural light on a Sun rainy afternoon. Mainly friends and couples enjoying food and coffee, not too many laptops. Outdoor seating available as well.

I felt welcomed by the barista with red hair--such a warm and friendly vibe. The space is on the smaller side, but the elevated interior design makes it cozy and stylish. Pandan Latte ($7.50) + Oat Milk ($1): Hands down, the best pandan latte I've ever had. Most pandan coffees I've tried are either too sweet or too subtle, but this one hit the perfect level of sweetness. The balance of coffee, milk, and pandan flavor was spot-on, with an impeccable ratio. Love, love, love! Highly recommend.

Came in to have some coffee/get some work done on a day off. We ordered our drinks, and sat down to start working. Little did we know, they have certain tables where you’re not allowed to use a computer, which were the only ones available (there were plenty other seats if other people came in). I asked the barista if we could just use our computers anyway, and she rudely told me no we can’t, it’s a strict policy. This was after I paid $18 for two coffees and left a tip. When the drinks came out, the icing on the cake was that there was sugar in them when we explicitly asked for no sugar. If you want to get stuff done at a cafe, go somewhere else.

Great coffee! Three stars because I miss the old location with more seating and better ambiance. CHANGE THE LIGHTING IN HERE I FEEL LIKE IM INSIDE A TANNING BED!

Nice and updated interior decor, lots of natural light, and really good smoked salmon toast. Also loved their ceramic serving dishes. It does seem like it can get very busy, but I was lucky to come in right as someone was getting up from a laptop-friendly table. And finally, though the food and beverages were good, keep in mind that the prices are steep here - $17 for one piece of lox toast, and $8-10 for a small cappuccino.
