Wow, by far the worst place I've been to for breakfast. I didn’t get a name, but the girl with the full sleeve tattoo was unnecessarily rude, clearly showing her irritation. The food is prepared by just one person, and if I had stayed, it probably would have taken an hour just to get a piece of toast.
P.S. Honestly, I rarely leave reviews, but the service I received here definitely warrants one. As with any business, it’s important to recognise that not everyone will immediately understand your concept, especially first-time visitors—whether orders are taken at the table or at the bar. Even if it’s stated on the menu, I’m sure you understand there’s always room for confusion.
When I asked to place my order at the table, instead of simply explaining that all orders are taken at the bar, Simona seemed irritated, almost as if she was doing me a favour by taking my order at the table. There's no need for such theatrics. While I don’t doubt the staff's overall good nature, the experience felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.
It would have been far more pleasant to be met with kindness from the start, rather than not being let to pay for the apple juice. While I haven’t tried the food yet, I’m giving this one star because, in my opinion, no matter how good the food or coffee is, the way a customer is treated speaks volumes. I would not recommend a place where you don’t feel welcomed or comfortable.
There’s no need for overly polite gestures or pretentiously kind wishes—they don't make up for the negativity that set the tone for the day.
