Ordered an iced slim latte machiato, it says clearly on the menu that you can have it iced or hot. Was waiting for ages until they asked me whether I asked for iced or slim, I said slim, but then I realised they were going to make a hot drink at 35 degree weather, and I told them to please make it cold. They said it could either be slim or iced, not both, showing that they didn't even know what was on their menu. I said I'd just like an iced latte with non-fat milk since it looks like they don't know how to make anything other than the simplest coffee. They served me a lukewarm latte with non-fat milk and caramel, defeating the whole point of it being healthy and overcharged me for it. I ended up paying €3.5 for it, which was the price of the original coffee I ordered but never got. They seriously need to train their staff more. At least they weren't rude but they never apologised. Will not be coming back and wouldn't advise anybody who wants good coffee to go there either.
