We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Upon checking in, Sean was helpful and gave great recommendations for what to do in the area. His advice added to our plans in great ways! The room was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious - served overlooking the river each morning. We enjoyed the short drive to Killarney while still having places to eat in Killorglin and keeping away from the Killarney dinner crowds. We would highly recommend this B & B!

I’ll be honest, this was my first ever b&b stay. We usually choose hotel or Airbnb (entire place) but when doing the ring of Kerry at the last minute one must be a little flexible. We made a great decision choosing this spot, Sean called us the night before to double check we were good on directions. The stay was very comfortable, bed great, great water pressure. My only complaint for the room was the curtains did not keep out any light, we were awake from sunrise. The breakfast was great, although I would skip the scrambled eggs next time. But my partners full Irish was perfect! Would definitely recommend.

Easy to find with a great view of the river out the window. Street traffic noice can be loud during the day but calms down in the evening. Room was spacious and updates with smart TV so we can watch our own shows! Sean was a great host and super helpful with ideas for our next day of travel and the breakfast was fantastic. Maybe one of the best morning meals we've had so far. I would come back for sure.

We stayed here for 3 nights, the b&b was easy to find and was in a ideal location for touring Kerry, it also has its own car park which is very useful. Upon on our arrival we where welcomed by Sean who was very friendly and he had a great local knowledge of the best places to visit and routes to take. We where shown up to our room which was lovely and clean with a great views over the river and comfortable beds and pillows the room also had its own clean bathroom with fresh towels which where changed and the room cleaned each day of our stay. There was plenty of variety for breakfast we had the salmon and eggs and also the Irish breakfast both where delicious and would highly recommend. The staff serving breakfast where also very friendly and helpful I will definitely be coming back.

This an good b&b with friendly staff, comfy beds and great breakfast. It is in a great location with a lovely river outside front door. Our only negative was we were given the attic room so had sloped ceilings everywhere. It was not possible to have a shower as the ceiling sloped too low, you would have to sit while showering,

Looks out over Ireland's best salmon river - the Laurne. Lovely garden area to sit and watch the river flowing past. We had a very large room, and large bed. Lovely bay window looking over the river.|Lots of parking spaces.|Breakfast was superb. Huge portions of smoked salmon with my scrambled eggs.|Wonderful staff - friendly and helpful.

I'm currently on holiday in County Kerry because I have been attending my cousin's wedding at a church in Milltown. Booking is simple. If you're unable to get through on the phone, you can directly contact the owner via email. You don't even have to pay in advance when making your booking. All you have to do is make your reservation and state how many days you want to stay in advance of arriving here. I paid directly in cash at the reception desk and was then shown to my room. In the words of Bob Ross, booking this B&B was a 'happy little mistake' because the rest of the wedding party were staying at another hotel for the first two nights, something that even the owner of this B&B, Sean misunderstood, although some of them eventually came for the penultimate night of their stay in Ireland. In fact, the siblings of the groom were in the room next door to mine. My room couldn't have been better. I loved my stay here. Because there were twin beds, I had my pick of which bed to sleep in for the night and the beauty of it all was that I had them all to myself. Choice! Best of all, there was a brand new LCD in the bedroom. I can tell that Sean really cares about the maintenance of this B&B and is willing to invest in improvements to make it a good place to stay. The en-suite bathroom was spotless and the shower is easy to operate - I prefer showers to baths anyway because they are much more refreshing especially if you've been travelling on a plane all day. I found it so invigorating and it was good to pamper myself in the comfort of my own room, very relaxing. Beds were so luxurious and comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast is served between 8.00am-9.30am and in addition to a buffet consisting of fresh fruit salad, cereals, yogurt and, of course, the ubiquitous soda bread, there's a choice of a hot breakfast including the option to have a full Irish in the lovely breakfast rooms overlooking the beautiful view of the river and the bridge as you eat. There's the option to have your pot of tea and coffee refilled, too. Accommodation is excellent and conveniently located near to Killorgin town centre with access to shops and ATM machines in case you need emergency cash. I have to say I can't praise Sean enough for being such a wonderful host to me. He was so kind, friendly and understanding. Very knowledgeable about transport and what to do in the local area, too. He recommended to me the Ring of Kerry tour, which should be on the bucket list of every would-be tourist who visits Ireland. Thank you Sean for having me as your guest at your B&B!

Nice B&B right on the river. Cannot say enough kind things about the family who runs this establishment. They accommodated me last minute and we’re generous with their help, kindness and recommendations. Comfy beds and nice, clean, understated rooms. Lots of parking and nearby restaurants. They have a nice patio on the river for guests to sit at.
