Spent last month on the road and had a bunch of coffee and pastries along the way. Who knew i’ll have my favorite coffee/pastry combo at the very end of that journey. Place was packed but the staff sorted out my order in like a minute. Crazy style. 5star banger. Will recommend and hope to visit again. Have a good day!

I suppose you can call this place a “hidden gem” because it quite literally is tucked away on an unassuming street, not far from the Anglican Cathedral. But i have to say, this is my favourite coffee shop in Liverpool. I have been twice now and i have not once been disappointed. A little place with a laidback atmosphere, a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. That’s the way i’d describe it. I usually sit upstairs, as it doesn’t tend to be busy, and because it’s a relaxing space with chilled out music. Batch brew was great as it quite often is, highly recommend. Croissant was soft, buttery, and most of all delicious. My go too coffee shop, 5/5

By a country mile the best coffee in liverpool. Proper coffee, finally. We always get our fix after mass in the morning. So good ☕️

They have great types of coffee beans and professional machines. The place is quiet and cool.. i loved the atmosphere. They don’t sell the ice drinks like pour over(v60) and batch brew which is negative point! I hope they learn how make it. They have a good bakery but it is very limited.. and they don't sell desserts! The staff made big problem with me because i bring small piece of cake from another shop even though I ordered from them a coffee! I didn’t like this behavior with me.

A place where you can sit quietly in a side street and enjoy a quality coffee. The staff is also very friendly.

Overall this place is great and a fantastic addition to the coffee scene. Really friendly, welcoming and the coffees are great. Service can get a bit chaotic when there is a rush on, take away people left lingering and two people working to fire fight. Had asked for water with my coffees as was sitting downstairs and it never appeared and couldn’t bring myself to add to the frantic nature of service when I was in. Not a deal breaker, and I’ll be back.

Didn't get any food, and don't know if it was due to the time of day but it was dead in there and staff were sat around in the public area. I ordered a tea and she initially gave it to me in a dirty pot as I could taste green tea strongly. There were lots of green tea leaves still in pot so looks like not been washed at all. Atmosphere wasnt great. Quite stark in there. Quite a small pot and small cup too.
