UPDATE: 1/30/26 Bumping up my review to 4 stars because I stopped in recently and was greeted very warmly by the sales associate. Not only that, but she went to check backstock (through the snow/cold) for an item I was trying on without my even having to ask, which I greatly appreciated. A VAST improvement upon my previous visit (no, she was not one of the sales associates who was there when I first visited). Still taking one star off because there seem to be in-store stock and online stock discrepancies that would be helpful to straighten out. A jacket I was looking at online said it had one XS left in stock; yet when I visited, there was only a size S in stock.
Two stars for a beautiful interior. Minus three stars for a similar experience I had with another reviewer who said they did not feel welcome in the store; no "hi, how are you?" or "did you need anything?" I had to physically move closer to the 3 reps for them to acknowledge me, and even then there was some awkward staring involved. I felt distinctly more un-welcome when better dressed clients came in after me and received a warm "hello!" My rep only went to check back-stock for me when another rep suggested that he go check, and when he came back, he went straight to making coffee for the "cool" folks; I had to catch his attention to ask what he'd found. This may be a lovely store with delicious coffee, but if you're not dressed how the reps are dressed, they probably won't care about you.
