Great (re)treat in Colca Valley, highly recommended! Fantastic grounds/setting, excellent massages at the spa, thermal pools right by the river open 24/7 - great at night under the stars. Very good restaurant. Our standard triple room was excellent value and adequate, but next time I'd invest in an upgrade to make sure the room is up to the same high (luxurious) level of the rest of the hotel. Glad we stayed for three nights - you need time to appreciate all this hotel has to offer. For us, it was an ideal place to relax towards the end of our 3 weeks in Peru.

Beautiful property with hot springs, llamas and alpacas, and a spa. The rooms were warm, they heat them underground with water so regulating the temp for your room is only possible if you ask reception and my room never cooled down, I had to keep the window open all night. The king beds need to be replaced, but instead they put some thick foam over top. All in all it’s great but needs a few improvements. The hot springs are lovely as is the farm. The spa was just okay.

We loved our stay there! The rooms were simple yet beautifully decorated with very comfy beds. The grounds and setting were amazing. The hot springs pools were the “cherry on top”. Our only complaint is our dinner didn’t meet the expected standard and my “medium well” burger was rare and cold on the inside so I can’t give our visit all 5 stars. Still highly recommend!

we‘ve had the best time ever. 2 nights well spent - the most relaxing atmosphere in the middle of the peruvian andes! the hot springs were a treat and the food was marvellous (for a very reasonable price aswell). staff was so friendly and helpful at all times!

Fabulous view from the bed in a morning. The hot pools were never too busy, and great to relax in. Various degrees of heat. Hot water constantly coming from the rocks at the side. Bar staff friendly and helpful. Food excellent. Spa used and very good massage. Only let down was the pool in the spa which was full of flies as there wasn't a flow of hot water, unlike the outside pools.

The place is very clean. Our room was basic but spacious. Well equiped bathroom, but no place to hang the clothes. Location is perfect, away from civilization. Very quiet, amazing air. Also a good restaurant with surprising moderate pricing. Hot springs seem more like hot tubs. Huge grounds with walking paths. Could stay couple of days if knew.

Wonderful place! Nicely decorated rooms, beautiful location, great service, great food and the hot springs! The only thing we regret is, that we did not stay two nights and did not have time to fully enjoy the spa and activities like fishing or horse riding. Loved our stay.

This is a beautiful location with solid rooms. The hot springs were very nice and usually not too crowded, although they do allow kids who can get a bit rowdy sometimes. Our main complaint was that the only option for water was boiling our own in our room, or paying S/7 per 330mL bottle over and over. For a place with a hot springs, there should be somewhere you can get water. Otherwise it was a good experience and we would come back if we were back in the area.
