Great (re)treat in Colca Valley, highly recommended! Fantastic grounds/setting, excellent massages at the spa, thermal pools right by the river open 24/7 - great at night under the stars. Very good restaurant. Our standard triple room was excellent value and adequate, but next time I'd invest in an upgrade to make sure the room is up to the same high (luxurious) level of the rest of the hotel. Glad we stayed for three nights - you need time to appreciate all this hotel has to offer. For us, it was an ideal place to relax towards the end of our 3 weeks in Peru.

We loved our stay there! The rooms were simple yet beautifully decorated with very comfy beds. The grounds and setting were amazing. The hot springs pools were the “cherry on top”. Our only complaint is our dinner didn’t meet the expected standard and my “medium well” burger was rare and cold on the inside so I can’t give our visit all 5 stars. Still highly recommend!

I loved this place so much on my first visit in 2017, I came back for a second trip. It is one of the quietest hotels you will find. The rooms are beautiful and the bedding was super comfortable. We visited the condors one day and did a hike the other. The food was good and they have a nice assortment of food options. The breakfast was nice with a wide variety of options. They were getting ready for a big wedding the day we left, but even all that work was done respectfully. I would stay there again and recommend it.

Wonderful place! Nicely decorated rooms, beautiful location, great service, great food and the hot springs! The only thing we regret is, that we did not stay two nights and did not have time to fully enjoy the spa and activities like fishing or horse riding. Loved our stay.

This is a spectacular hotel in a spectacular setting, well worth spending at least two nights here. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and new. The gardens and access to the hot springs were a highlight. The included breakfast was varied and healthy, with delicious detox juices. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, and not expensive for the quality. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The one drawback is that it's a little far from the towns so private transportation is best.

This is a beautiful location with solid rooms. The hot springs were very nice and usually not too crowded, although they do allow kids who can get a bit rowdy sometimes. Our main complaint was that the only option for water was boiling our own in our room, or paying S/7 per 330mL bottle over and over. For a place with a hot springs, there should be somewhere you can get water. Otherwise it was a good experience and we would come back if we were back in the area.

A great place to relax and be active at the same time. The staff are very attentive to your needs and enjoy serving you. The restaurant food I'd good with Peruvian as well as European food been served. The Spa treatment area is well-served and relaxing, as are the outside Onsin areas. The road to the hotel is not for a sports car but there is parking at the hotel.

Absolutely gorgeous views and lovely peaceful hotel. It is very relaxing and the service is fantastic. The only downside is the hot springs are really not hot enough. Nowhere near onsen sadly.
