Heather Morrone is a fantastic agent! I hired her to help me buy a house during a time when the market conditions were not favorable. She worked steadily to make sure I knew of every house that fit my criteria. When it came to the house that I ended up buying, she went out of her way to make sure I gave the best offer and worked with me every step of the way right up to closing. Even after I closed, Heather was more than happy to answer any questions I have about the house, the town, and recommendations for service providers. Our goal starting in February 2024 was to sell our condominium and move to a single floor house. Upon recommendation from our daughter, we contacted Heather Morrone at Coldwell Banker Coastal Homes. When we found the right home for us, Heather talked us through all the steps of selling and purchasing. She was with us every step of the way right through the closing and after.
