She worked steadily to make sure I knew of every house that fit my criteria. Mark Wright - When we began our search for homes to purchase and renovate, it was difficult to set up times with listing real estate agents that we had no prior connection with. We then met with Mark and explained what we were looking for and he was quick to set us up with some newly listed properties. Also, when we found a foreclosure he got us right in for a viewing and we were able to make an offer within the 3-day window and were able to secure the purchase! Our goal starting in February 2024 was to sell our condominium and move to a single floor house. Upon recommendation from our daughter, we contacted Heather Morrone at Coldwell Banker Coastal Homes. She set us up with an online website where we were able to view houses that met our specific criteria rather than searching through pages and pages of houses we weren’t interested in seeing. She immediately began holding Open Houses to sell our condominium. In spite of the difficult housing market at that time, Heather persevered until she was able to sell our condominium while working with us to find our new home. While we struggled figuring out what we wanted and finding it, Heather stayed positive and encouraging the whole time. We finally found our home in June of 2024. When we found the right home for us, Heather talked us through all the steps of selling and purchasing. She was with us every step of the way right through the closing and after.
