Google
9 different types of cuisine at one place. There are 9 cafes/restaurants/bars with a common sitting place in between. Many cuisines are available. I tried the Arabian and Japanese places and the food was good.

We had a great seafood dinner at Lucía Bistro. Came on a weekday and was nervous since we were the only customers. Food was terrific, friendly service, and their secret chili sauce was awesome to drizzle on top of the fish.

Google
Lots of choices, everything I've ate was good. Could use more visuals for menu choices. Would not be bored coming back here multiple times.

Google
Amazing place there's over 9 restaurants with great food. Highly recommended!!!

Google
This is a great place to go with a group. Tucked away on a small side alley street off of Ave. Revolución, there are several different food options so each person can pick what they like. I'm personally a big fan of the empanadas, and have heard glowing reviews of the tacos as well as the crêpes. Note that not all stalls are open every day/at all hours. For any vegans out there, note that there are a few different vegan options.

Google
Great place to spend some time with friend. It's kinda hidden in the most popular street of Tijuana, none the less it's a place full of life and great food. It's a collection of 9 kitchens; from hamburgers, to Japanese food and drinks. If you want to try good food at a reasonable price, along a great environment, you should definitely give this place a shot!

Yelp
Always good vibes. Great atmosphere. Everyone that works there is friendly and welcoming

Yelp
Still one of my favorite places to take friends that would like to join me on a Tijuana adventure. Colectivo 9 is an excellent option to break the mold from your standard Mexican cuisine (but they still have that too) and explore what they're capable of besides tacos. Take your pick: - Ramen - Empenadas - Burgers - Italian There is much more too and my favorite part is always ordering a few snackable items from a few different vendors and sitting down to enjoy it with a cold local craft beer in the AC'd beer bar. Everyone always loves Colectivo and everyone always wants to return!

Yelp
I have pretty much eaten something or drank something from pretty much all the vendors with the exception of the bar. I am not a fan of craft beers in particular thus my not partaking of that product. Everything here is just phenomenal from bone marrow tacos to fresh made empanadas to hand rolls of Mexican sushi. This is a must eat place. Very casual, very friendly, and best of all delicious!

Yelp
What a hidden gem!! Literally, unless you know what you are looking for. It's down an alley, but it's not sketchy at all!! You'll pass a few vendors on the way to finding several eateries - something for everyone!! Burgers, empanadas, Italian, beer, hot dogs... Order at the location you want and they'll bring your food out to you. Not every location hands out numbers (so they know who to bring the food to), so beware. Plenty of seating, it can get a little crowded. Public restroom - decent.

Yelp
This review is for the empanadas section / restaurant of the food court: The flavors of each of the empanadas vary a lot, esp depending on what sauce you use. Each of the sauces costs 5 extra pesos. I think there are 4 different types of sauces. You'll have to ask for the sauces or they'll just give you one sauce with the 2 Empanada and drink combo. (They use to give all 4 included in the combo) My fav is the marlin with chipotle sauce. The Chipotle sauce goes with mostly everything but some of the sauces go better with different empanadas. Since it's only 5 pesos per, may as well take a trip to flavor town and get all of them.

Yelp
For those of you that expand their horizon and visit Mexico. You must try these delicious empanadas!! They are like a big wonton. They are made to order and you can see the owner making them right there and using fresh ingredients. They are so fluffy, crispy out the outside and light in the inside. I absolutely love the Hawaiian one! It has mozzarella cheese, fresh pineapple, and ham. They accompany them with a chipotle sauce and it just ties the entire dish together! Bam huge explosion in my mouth! Their apple pie empanada tastes just like a McDonald's apple pie but better! It's delicious. They have a combo, where you get 2 empanadas of your choice, along with a side of delicious, fresh salad and a side of freshly made mint lemonade. These empanadas are crack! You can't just have one. After that first bite, you'll keep wanting more.

Yelp
For a food court, this is really amazing! I've eaten here many times. It's hidden off the tourist street of Av. Revolución. There used to be a large, lit up Route 664 sign in front, but now that sign is smaller so you have to look for the more discrete Colectivo Nueve sign instead. Once you see it, just go down that narrow alley looking path (don't worry, the food area is a lot safer looking than the alley way) and that's where it opens up to the yummy stuff. There are quite a few vendors making different types of modern food that changes once in a while and the place looks like a young hipster's hangout. Some of my favorite items are the veggie sushi, brothless ramen, and the juicy burgers. The only thing is that this place is missing are some good aguas frescas (there are some vendors that sell horchata, tamarindo, and stuff like that, but they are just whatever). Order what you feel like from each place, and a shared waiter (some guy just hanging around) will deliver the items your table. Don't know what you and your friends feel like eating, drop by Colectivo Nueve - it's the convenience of a fast food court, but with higher quality gastropub style food. A true hidden gem of Tijuana.

Violy M.

Yelp
The illest food court I've ever been to. It's located on Revolution avenue. You gotta go down a narrow hallway to get to the food court. When I visited they had a sushi/ramen joint, a burger spot, empanadas, a beer spot & I can't remember the rest. A total of 9 businesses though, hence the name. You order at their counter and they'll bring the food to you. The beer spot has their own indoor seating if it's cold out and you don't want to freeze in the patio. Definitely a hangout spot to munch, drink & kick it. Your Homegirl, Violy
google avatar

Wendi L.

Yelp
The Cochi Burger from Indie burgers along with the garlic fries. The pizza is great, try the pepperoni sausage! The empanadas try the Argentinian, the classic and the marlin ones. For beer try the Rice IPA on draft by Wendlandt. The Insurgente craft beers are a must my favorite is the Hops & Chill

Yelp
Hidden in between two buildings, this place was HARD to find at night. Now, I haven't been to too many places in TJ, especially without a native, and with Apple maps, the map in the plaza and even talking to my friend who was at the location, I still struggled to find this place. But, kind of like in The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe, the minute you push aside the clothes hanging in the front of the portal you are taken to a completely different place. It's a quaint little outdoor plaza with several small food shops inside that remind me a bit of a Euro version of Pike Place market. The food is a bit more artisinal and the atmosphere a little more casual and rustic. To be honest, I don't remember the food too much, the surprise of this little gem hiding in the heart of TJ was the lasting impression left on me.
google avatar

Ysidro D.

Yelp
You guys have to check it this place if you're a foodie or if you like cool chill spots to have a crepe and frappe, or some sushi with a side of fried rice , seriously you have to try a cajeta frappe it's one of Mexico's favorite caramel, bring cash of course if you want some shrimp pasta the best I've ever had in Mexico, so far lol they have bathrooms as well, 5 pesos if you're not eating there. If you want to find a new fit there are cool shops next door that sell insta fashion, I'll attach some pics I took!

Yelp
This is my favorite place to eat in Tijuana! Kind of like an artisanal food court. I usually get a few different things from different places there, but I always get the empanadas, and a Marlin quesadilla from the Italian place. Sure, it's a little pricier than street food, but well worth it.
google avatar

Kelly S.

Yelp
Ummmm where am I? Because Colectivo9 belongs in the center of any city and sticks out like a (pretty) sore thumb in TJ. It's a plaza with several modern looking mini-shops that face in to a very mod courtyard with spots for you to sit and partake of whatever you desire. There are artisanal empanadas. There's a cool little bar with craft beer and wine. There's greek food There's wifi There's a little shopping area There is a sushi station There are delicate macarons There are beautiful burgers It's a super cool little oasis with a choose-your-own-adventure feel. If you're looking for a spot to duck into and enjoy the beautiful weather and some bites, this is it.
google avatar

Maegan La Mamita M.

Yelp
Really diverse food choices. The empanadas were great but they are best had fresh ( we took them to go and they got soggy). The little bar next to the empanada place had a good selection of beer although I would skip the wine (it was too sweet).
google avatar

Florian K.

Yelp
This is the food court at Avenida Revolucion with 9 restaurants with different styles of dishes. Next to it is a pub with craft beer, you can bring beer to your meal. I ordered Ramen and dark craft beer. I like wooden tables there. There is also a restroom in this place. Worth visiting. The price of a meal with craft beer is not more than the US $ 10.
google avatar

Victor V.

Yelp
Ramen and miso at tatami, awesome. The indie burger (from indie burgers, where else) is very good and great value with wedge potatoes and a soda. Pick up a double IPA from Barrica 9 to round it off. Great place, right in the middle of the revolucion ave, watch for the black alley like entrance.

Yelp
What a cool place! while I was in here...i didn't even feel like I was in TJ! it is a courtyard with various businesses ...pizza place, ceviche place, empanada place, beer etc...how friggin cool! Like a food court...but WAY better! I order a 3 cheese quesadilla...it was seriously the best quesadilla i have ever had in my life! empenada and ceviche place were closed =( i drank beer ...it was yummy

Yelp
When a friend told me that there was a really cool place in one of the alley on Revolucion, I honesty did not believe her. But one day before going to the bars at Callejon de la Sexta we stop for something to eat. Basically the idea is kind of a mix of food court/truck idea. They have a nice selection of food, by now I've had the burgers (Indie Burger), the Japanese rice bowl (Tatami), the empanadas Argentinian style (1987 Empanadas), and of course many of their beers (Barrica 9). Yes it has a mini beer bar, with a good selection of Mexican craft beers (some are local). If I am in the area it is one of my favorite spot to eat.
google avatar

Luis E.

Yelp
A great place for lunch or dinner, or even some drinks. Its fun and energetic, and the food itself served by the restaurants is very enjoyable. My only recommendation is to open for service at 11:00 am not 1:00 pm.
google avatar

Jason D.

Yelp
It really doesn't call out to you when walking on the street. So I had no idea where to eat so I sampled. I ate tacos from Taqueria Brasa and Cochinita Pibil and got Horchata from Cochinita Pibil and Santa Brigida. The tacos from Brasa were super delicious and they had a wider range to choose from. The tacos from Cochinita Pibil were only pork and were spicier. The horchata from Pibil was more cinnamon heavy and I loved it and the horchata from Brigida was coconut heavy. I'd stop in for a quick bite again!
google avatar

Rob N.

Yelp
I loved this place! A breath of fresh air in Tijuana. I came 3 times in 3 days - had the empanadas twice and a portobello burger. And horchata. It was all incredibly good and absurdly cheap. I liked the whole vibe.
google avatar

Melissa N.

Yelp
Can't believe hiding in an alley there's this awesome place! Love it!! The empanada place is delicious!! Apple cinnamon empanada is divine!!
google avatar

Janelle J.

Yelp
Such a cool place. We didn't get to try any of the food because we got there around noon and everything was still beginning to open. But it really looks like a rad place to hang out with an excellent selection of food. I did have some hot chocolate at the coffee bar that was one of the best I've ever had though!
google avatar

Diana S.

Yelp
Tatami is a good place for Ramen. Santa Brigida has good pizza and a delicious salad. Indie Burgers has fresh cut fries and their Porto Burger is delicious if you're around Revolucion Ave and hungry this spot is a must for their good food, variety, cleanliness, good service all for very inexpensive and the ambiance is chill
google avatar

Richard W.

Yelp
If you haven't gone, it's a must. 9 different chefs, 9 different cooking options and they make amazing food dishes. It's down an alley way but definitely worth your visit.
google avatar

Chris M.

Yelp
Good vibe and great customer service in all the little restaurants. This was my second time coming here and I will keep coming. If you are in TJ make sure to stop by.
google avatar

Meghna G.

Yelp
A hip place in Tijuana offering a variety of cuisines and set in a pretty courtyard. We tried out the empanada place which was really nice and had vegan friendly options, and a teriyaki place which had decent food. Will be back next time to sample some burgers!
google avatar

James H.

Yelp
Wow this place is awesome. I heard about this place through the TJ Yelp Launch Party. For those who don't know, Colectivo 9 is a hidden gem off Revolution Avenue which has a variety of cuisines in a circle with seating in the middle. The place is very aesthetic and very clean. I went to get a burger at Indie Burger but they said they were sold out so I settled for a beer at Barrica. I had a 20 ounce beer on-tap and it was delicious. Basically I came on a Sunday evening to relax and try out a different spot and left pretty impressed. I am planning on organizing a meetup expedition to Colectivo 9 in a few weeks. Disfruta!
google avatar

Thalia M.

Yelp
Amazing hidden gem in the heart of Tijuana! What an exquisite menu each restaurant offers. True chefs cooking art for you. I attended the Yelp Tijuana Launch Party here and it was a great success! Big turnout, great people, amazing food, and awesome venue. Thanks Yelp and Colectivo 9! Can't wait to go back :)
google avatar

Yelp
This is a cute hipster food court / hangout spot in Tijuana. It offers differing food options, including pizza, empanadas, burgers, Japanese food, juice, and tacos. There is something for everyone. My empanadas were not the best (not authentic - I'm Mexican) and the burgers & fries only looked subpar (and oily). The ambience was great for social gatherings, albeit there needs to be larger tables for groups and seats that are rectangular - the soft-edge triangle seats are not very practical (although, it does give the place the hipster vibe I believe it's going for).
google avatar

Edgar M.

Yelp
Colectivo 9, 9 different options, 9 different restaurants... believe me they have something for everybody, Mexican, Japanese, Italian, Lebanese, honestly the idea is really good specially when is a group of friends cause you can never decide what to eat... If you are in Tijuana you definitely want to stop by and try it...
google avatar

Jonny A.

Yelp
This just may be the best burger place ever! Me and my friends were in town for a festival and desperately wanted a good burger. We found this place and almost ran in! The cash clerk was so friendly, gave his full details on each food that we were asking. The staff was just amazing! The food was also amazing. From the beef burgers to the chicken sandwiches, everything was just perfect. We really lucked up with this place!
google avatar

Corolla F.

Yelp
Amazing selection especially for pescatarians. We had empanadas with the house lemonade and a Classic and a Chaco burger at Indie Burger. The two who got burgers wouldn't stop raving about it. The beer at the small bar was so smooth and the lemonade was delicious. We are definitely returning for food here. A little difficult to find but well worth the search!
google avatar

Pepe L.

Yelp
This place is a great find ..awesome burgers and great pizza and the prices are equally great a must try
google avatar

Esme M.

Yelp
Food was good. We had food from the empanada place , Italian food and the gyro Prices are excellent. Something for everyone

Yelp
Agree with the description "artisanal food court." Only the Italian place -- Santa Brigida - was open at 8pm... actually they were closed for a private party but fed us anyway. Lucky us! Everything from the turkey panini, to the agua frescas were amazing. My teenaged son, normally a conservative eater who hates fish, was so won over he stole the last bites of my marlin quesadilla. The proprietors brought us a selection of cheeses to sample, with balsamic vinegar for dipping, and regaled us with stories and pictures of equipment and plans for their entry into the artisanal Italian cheese market. The owners are adorable foodies and we really hope they succeed in that ve

Yelp
This one of favorite places in Tj I just can't get enough of it. You can go an gossip with your gals and have a very healthy option to eat not only that! Everything it's just delicious, if you are a vegetarian this is defenatly a good option for you to visit, you wont struggle finding some delicious an cheap to eat! Fridays and saturdays its open till midnight with makes it more fun. You can grab draft beer to chill out before deciding where to go.
google avatar

Monica A.

Yelp
Love Colectivo 9! It is a cute little gem on revolution street. You have to go through a little alley to get here. I've tried the pizza, empanadas, aguas frescas and sea food tacos. Everything was great! We also got couple beers, but I think they have to expand their selection... As well as offering clamatos! Still, a great area with lots of good options, and you should definitely visit!
google avatar

Gustav Z.

Yelp
I'm so glad I found this awesome location on revolution between 6th and 7th. They offer a variety of cuisines along with local IPA'S and wine. I personally like the decor and the style they got set up. The food is delicious, we tried the teriyaki bowl and that in itself was delicious. I'm actually contemplating having lunch there I hope they are open today.
google avatar

Erick M.

Yelp
Super glad I found this place and all thanks to the Yelp Tijuana launch party. I'll definitely be visiting this place often. The food and drinks are great, but also the people here are awesome to hangout with. All the best to Colectivo 9!
google avatar

Viviana B.

Yelp
i strongly recommend the fetuccine al chipotle however my husband got a burger and i had a hair in the meat. we did get our money refunded
google avatar

Maximo C.

Yelp
Nine street food-type options under one roof. Sort of like a food court but with limited table service. The food is great, especially the burgers. The selection of beer is above averagege. Only drawback is lack of parking.

Roberto B.

Yelp
Awesome courtyard where you can eat for cheap and feel comfortable in a hip but relaxed environment.

Chris C.

Yelp
Can't believe we just walked down an alleyway and ended up at Colectivo Nueve. Literally something for everyone. Options include stands that serve Middle-Eastern, Ceviche, Japanese, Pizza, Burgers, Italian & Empanadas plus a solid beer bar with a few things on tap but a real solid bottle selection. Discovered it last Saturday and was back there on Sunday.

Joe S.

Yelp
Has a place to eat a burger, japonese, shwarma, mexican food, pizza and "italian" here but often closed. Some t-shirt shops and a tattoo parlor as well. Japanese place serves chicken teriyaki with room temperature sauce. Took 23 minutes to get my food. Avoid this place. Half the places to eat were not open last visit. A beer costs 70 pesos. Total rip off unless you love limp, undercooked fries with your burger.

Heidi K.

Yelp
Funky and cool, this hole in the wall is the best place to hang out and eat lots of food! From tacos and empanadas to sushi and burgers, Colectivo 9 has it all. Delicious, too!
