Amazing place, great view, lovely staff the food is great, we enjoyed every minute

Very nice view, rooms ok but very old and outdated. Pool is also nice. Staff friendly. Food is very poor, we had the menu in the evening and it was a disaster. Hotel does not provide charging option electric cars. We won’t come back, this place needs renovation and update urgently.

This is a beautifully located hotel with the absolute worst of everything else. The staff don't speak English and don't care to even try to communicate with you, they are extremely rude and absolutely awful when it comes to service. I stayed for a month, during which time they never changed my bed sheets, no matter how many times I requested it. I had to beg for fresh towels. The bed is incredibly uncomfortable and small and the pillows were so old that I purchased new ones just so I could be able to sleep a bit better. The front rooms have a great view, however all the rest of the rooms are tiny and crammed with the most unusually tiny beds. I had to request a room change 3 times because the beds were too small or the room was too small. The hotel hasn't been renovated since the 1970s and I'm quite sure that's when the pillows and mattresses are from. The average age of the staff is 75. This hotel is like a strange old folks home where they have forced the old people to work way past their retirement. And don't get me started on the food...complete trash. Also, the air-conditioning in the rooms does not work.

A last minute booking was possible. Great. Personnel all very welcome and friendly. The rooms haven't aged really well. Furniture of the 80 s or earlier. Defective at least in our room. Material at the pool also old and defective. Pool area not well organized. To little sun protection. If not for the view which is spectacular from here then we wouldn't have gone there.

My review is about the restaurant. Came here for dinner. A nice place to have a peaceful evening and a tasty meal. The only minus was me not speaking Italian 😄, but they quickly found a person to take the order, and the stuff was really friendly and helpful. The view over the night city - is just fabulous!

It is excellent place, mind blowing view

The room was exceptionally clean and well-equiped. The familie-run hotel was obviously renovated quite a few years ago but still has a good atmosphere. We had a good meal, be it quite expensive. The staff was very friendly. We loved the fresh figs at breakfast.
