Colina Pousada SPA

My stay at the Colina Pausada was really amazing. My suite was very spacious and well appointed. Having a private splash pool made the stay very relaxing. The view from the restaurant was stunning. However, what made this stay great was the staff. From the front desk, room attendant to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and professional. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. Tiago was my server everyday. This young man is reallly special. He was efficient, courteous and provided excellent service daily. His attentiveness to me and my colleagues was noted by all. Thank you all for a great stay. I highly recommend this place and looking forward to return next year.

I'm so happy that I found Colina Pousada SPA. The place is really special. Firstly, I want to stay that the staff was so attentive. Each front desk person, each waiter, each housekeeping person that we ran into was so helpful with any needs we had as well as recommendations around the island.||The room was always clean, the food at the hotel was delicious, and the breakfast options were numerous. The only thing I thought was funny was that I remember not liking the music and was hoping for something more Brazilian, local, or ambiente.||The stay came with welcome drinks, snacks, coffee. My new husband and I liked the pool and lounge area, but we wished the gym was a bit more accessible and less dingy. ||Sometimes we wanted to just relax, especially on a rainy day, but I felt like the staff may have too friendly and made sure we were okay too many times, but it was not an issue at all.||I wish we had more time to take advantage of some of the amentities and adventure tours that were offered. We opted to adventure by foot and taxi, but if we had more money we would have liked to do more snorkeling or boat trips. We would love to come back one day! Thank you to the staff for all the wonderful recommendations, the easy and prompt communication, and wonderful, clean stay.

Colina Pousada is an amazing place to stay! Great accommodation, food and an amazing view — service is also great! Diego (reception) and Flavia (concierge) made our stay even more enjoyable — they helped with making restaurant and buggy reservations and planning excursions. I would definitely stay here again!

pros: the view from the hotel is amazing, second to none (only maravilha) in the island. the pool is very cool. the hotel is brand new.||||cons: the hotel is still being finished. the service is not what would be expected for the extremely expensive price. the price range is way off - other 'pousadas' in this price range that i've stayed before like zé maria are much better. my room had a hot tub outside facing dirt and some construction.. not cool.

The view is amazing nice, however it is still under repair, so many wreckage of construction at the entrance, still lack structure for receiving guests and the price is out of the range .. over R$2.140 per night . Dor this price the service need to be over 5 stars , but services thee is same as 2 stars hotel.. not worthy, just the breakfast is very good .|Staff are not well prepared, not sympathetic , and lack of knowledge about hotels service ..in fact the whole island of Fernando de Noronha the service is terribly bad and price extremely high. |Poor management , lack of comprehension of customer side, poor handle of complaint and the blame is always on the guest. They don’t really care for you “ guests”. That’s why 100% of the money you pay in advance .. although it is their right to do so , but it the right of the guest have good service ..|Got a lot of trouble on reservation.. it was canceled . It is so difficult to get contact with the place and impossible to get contact|With reservation center . Nobody pick up phones..|Talking with some other guests , they complained about the construction going on .. so noisy in the morning ..|What I perceived is that they still want the place running charging high price meanwhile under repairs and construction .. I’ve seen some reviews and customers complained in the past about some repairs and the answer was very impolite to the guest which had a full reason! |It is a bit frustrating when you pay high and the place is not exactly what you think.. I recommend people to check others places around the island, since the “ luxury” you want to pay to get good service is useless because you pay 7 stars price to get 2 stars service .|Rooms are beautiful, but very basic.. there is coffee machine and tea.. guess what !! You have to pay for it!! I’ve never seen that!! Even in any regular hotel around the world this is service for free..|Internet just in the lobby .. for the level every room needed to have a signal .. ||I didn’t have good experience there.. Thailand , Indonesia and Philippines have better services, way much better hotel and way cheaper, considering airticket + 5 star hotel and also are great paradise ..||| |

Colina is a winner choice in Noronha for many reasons: it is isolated from other houses and pousadas, so you feel no suffocation at all, plus it has nice views too. It is cozy, has a nice reading/lounge area which is quiet since it is a small place and the veranda in the rooms are lovely too. The manager (Marli) is very sweet and helpful and the lady cooking (Sonia) is a real plus and was a highlight of our days there. It feels like a family and you are well cared for by good people. Breakfast is great and they also offer a coffee break which is both copious and scrumptious. Most persons rent a car once in the island, but even if one does not do so, Colina is well located to move around to get in no time to restaurants and beaches. I really loved the fact that it is a nice retreat because of its location with no other pousadas, restaurants or houses immediately attached to it. A very airy and welcoming place for a delightful stay in Noronha, a must return.

Gorgeous sea view with impeccable hosting. Ideal for couples to spend some relaxing time together with nice wine and food, swimming pool with infinite sea view and it seems clock tick slower here. Luis and Everton have the power of turning everything personalized from a simple tapioca to a cup of tea.|When I’m back to this magic island I’ll definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean and modern. Breakfast was good👌🏽 Food in restaurant is delicious but often they didnt have the plates you want (even salad) Didnt like that you need to ask for the shampoo and other staff, the jacuzzi in our room wasn’t working and there is very little privacy and u have to keep your window always closed. Wifi was terrible (but l guess thats island problem in general)
