This place was absolutely incredible, from its views to its staff and services. The best hotel or place to stay on the island in my opinion. We were in a very difficult position after our flights to Belize were cancelled and we were delayed multiple days, Colinda Cabanas helped us rebook for other days. The rooms were clean, the showers were warm and the staff were so sweet and friendly. Can’t wait for our next stay there

Just what we were looking for….a quaint cabana micro village. Such a cute spot to call home for a few days. The cabanas are simple yet adorable. Loved the hammock in the covered porch during a rain shower.||The private dock and palapa were a great place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the sunrise. ||Included with the cabana were bicycles that we used to explore the entire island. It was perfect. Booking was easy and communication via email was clean and instilled confidence that everything was set to go - which it was.||We took the water taxi over and waved down a golf cart taxi to tote us with our luggage to Colinda. Other than that, we rode bikes or walked everywhere. What a wonderful place!

The whole experience with them was phenomenal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cabana was clean and comfortable. Linens were changed and the cabana was cleaned every other day except for the trash, which was taken out daily. They even swept our porch as well. It was nice to be away from all the restaurants and bars. It was very quiet. We biked (using the bikes provided) where we wanted to go daily and it was a great way to get around. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend Colinda Cabanas to anyone visiting Caye Caulker.

My fiancé and I stayed here for 2 nights and greatly enjoyed it. Cabanas are clean and comfortable with good AC in the bedroom. Bathroom was also nice, the kitchenette looked good although we didn't really use it. One of the provided bikes (which were very nice to have given the place is about a ten-minute walk from most of the action on Caye Caulker) had an issue with the chain but was promptly replaced with another bike. The pier off the beach had a great view and provided a good snorkeling opportunity.||Overall great stay and location, a very good place to spend many nights.

My wife and I stayed in one of the waterfront units at Colindas Cabanas in December 2024. The location of Colindas Cabanas is perfect for visiting Caye Caulker. Ideal location just a 10 minute walk north on the beach trail to the center of town but far enough away that it was very quiet at night. Our unit had been recently remodeled and was immaculate. The booking with the owner was very easy and professional. She was helpful with all of our transportation and booked us a tour as well. All of the staff are incredibly nice. We will stay at Colindas Cabanas on any future visit.

Colinda's is the best! The bright blue and yellow paint job makes it stand out on the beach, where they have a gorgeous spot on the water, with kayaks and snorkels you can use. You also get free bicycles, which come in so handy in Caye Caulker. We also enjoyed the new cafe for smoothies and coffee. ||Most of all, we appreciated the staff, who is so helpful. Both Kari and Emilita were huge in helping our group find good restaurants, arrange snorkeling trips, and even a cake for my birthday! If you have someone with a birthday in your group, they also offer a very festive room-decorating service. Can't wait to return to Colinda's!

Sensational. So friendly, and just a lovely, lovely place to stay, on an island filled with lovely places. The cabins were basic, but clean and well kept. We were provided with bikes, and could even take the kayak for a paddle around the island. Really lovely staff, can't say nice enough things about them. We enjoyed it so much, we changed plans and stayed an extra night.

What a find!||If you are looking to experience Caye Caulker as a local, this is your place. ||First, super chill and peaceful. Also happy. Great energy. ||Some cabanas have AC and some don’t. We stayed in cabana 6 (everything else sold out) and were fine with the breeze at night (screened window). ||The cabana is primitive in a way that there was no luxury but certainly the essentials. Very clean, and Emelita ensures you get the extra towel or anything you need fast. ||They have free bikes available and a coffee shop. Shay is one of the owners (with her mom) and she was a ray of sunshine in the morning. Great croissants for breakfast she makes! ||The pier, hammocks and beach area inspire calm and relaxation. ||You do hear nature all day and night, as well as people around you. Fine by me but if a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. ||Overall a great place that matches the culture of this island.
