Colinda Cabanas

This was our second time my wife and I stayed at Colinda Cabanas. We stayed for four nights, and as before, our visit was perfect. We love the easy access to the beach and dock. Our room, Beach Front #1, had a great view of the sea and we spent a lot of time on the veranda, which has a hammock if you are interested. The staff are super helpful and informative about what is going on Caye Caulker. Emilita scheduled dinner reservations and an in-room couples massage for us. Colinda is located in a quieter part of the island which we appreciate, but is still an easy walk to most of the restaurants, vendors and bars. This will always be our go-to place when staying on the island!

This was our second stay at Colin’s Cabanas, and once again we absolutely loved it. We stayed in Cabana 9, which was super clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The warm showers were great, and having air conditioning, a fridge, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine made it feel like a perfect home base. The hammock on the deck was a lovely bonus and a great place to relax.|The location is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming — they really make you feel at home. Bikes are included with the stay, which makes getting around the island easy and fun, and they even provide locks for the bikes, which we really appreciated.|One of our favorite parts of staying here is the dock. Watching the sunset there every night was magical, and we saw rays, fish, and even a nurse shark right from the dock, which was such a special experience.|Colin’s Cabanas continues to be one of our favorite places to stay. We can’t wait to come back again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

Stayed at these cabanas and had a very pleasant experience. The welcome was warm, friendly, and jovial from the start. I was able to leave my luggage there, which was very convenient, and the breakfast was nice as well. The room was very well maintained and spotless. Very clean overall. Good bathroom, comfortable setup, and the location right on the beach is a big plus. There’s also a pier where you can sit quietly and relax, which I really enjoyed. Nothing to complain about here. A very nice option that I would happily recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Colinda Cabanas. The staff was absolutely amazing—so welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. We stayed in #5 above the cafe and it was air conditioned (an amazing AC unit!) and quiet. It had a single bed and a queen bed and was very comfortable for my son and I. ||We loved having access to the complimentary bikes and used them every single day to explore the island. The Spanish latte and coconut yogurt with chia pudding quickly became my daily go-to breakfast—it was that delicious. When we weren’t out on excursions around Caye Caulker, relaxing on the dock was the perfect way to unwind. And don’t miss the stars on a clear night—the night sky was truly magical. ||We spoke with several other renters during our four night stay, everyone was so friendly and it felt like a really nice community instead of a rental property. We would absolutely stay here again!

Took a spur of the moment trip to Belize. Colinda’s had a good price and cute cabanas so booked with them. Was not disappointed. They are very communicative, easy to get to, right on the water. The island is small so this location being outa the way was not bad at all. Not all cabanas have ac, I chose one without as it was cheaper and I was solo. I was perfectly comfortable with the fans. #8 had a microwave and small fridge as well as small amount of dishes like utensils plates and cups. You have access to bicycles and easy access to swim right off the beach. The employees and host are very friendly and extremely helpful. When high season is on they have a small cafe and I had a couple breakfast, coffee and fresh fruit a couple of days. I would recommend Colinda’s and plan to return next year.

Our trip was amazing. We had clear communication with the reservation staff from our first questions on availability to the scheduling of a taxi to pick us up at the airport. They helped with reservations for snirkel tours and for dinner. Great ideas for all types of activities.|The lodging is crisp, clean, and attended to well. The staff smiles and greats you as friends which is so special. |We are repeat guests and will be so in the future. Make your plans with them soon as they are the very best.

Well, first of all. Caye Caulker appears to be filled with beautiful places to stay, for every budget and expectation. And Colinda Cabanas did not disappoint. Highly recommend #2, an upper right on the water, absolutely phenomenal view. Do you all know how certain hotels and AirBNBs try to overkill the hospitality and homeyness? Colinda Cabanas hit it just right with the authenticity. Unassuming good vibes and top notch accommodations. The staff was very friendly and the little Coconut Jungle Cafe on premise was absolutely perfect for coffee, mimosas and light food inside of a short barefoot walk from your cabana. Great pier for sun and fun and such a short comfortable walk to restaurants, bars and grocery. Check it out, you will love it.

Loved these cabanas for our stay in Caye Caulker! They are just far away enough along the main strip to feel "away" but still close enough to get to all the bars and restaurants. We took advantage of their extra packages like the "Island Welcome" and those little touches really made things nice. Absolutely beautiful private beach. Cannot recommend enough.
