Collaven Manor Hotel

A beautiful location, the building is old and has thick stone walls as you would expect in the area. Rooms are spacious and airy. The breakfast is to die for and the welcome and service offered is superb. Nothing is too much trouble. It has a very comfortable lounge area as well and the gardens are extensive. Highly recommend if you want a peaceful break near to Dartmoor. We have stayed twice and will certainly visit again. I recommend without reservation.

A quick stay as our family have been viewing houses down this way. Absolutely stunning views from the rooms. Collaven is a beautifully run B&B the owners were extremely wonderful and welcoming. Very hearty breakfasts and run so smoothly. Extremly well set up. Thankyou so much for having us 😊

Just had 5 nights there with our dog Sofie. Jakes & Jane were excellent and very welcoming. Accommodation very good. Lovely and quiet. Plenty of room in the grounds to walk our dog first thing before breakfast. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast each morning. Greats walks and visits around Dartmoor. Highly recommend.

This 16th century manor house is just off A30 on the edge of Dartmoor. You can see the nearest Tor from the front drive. Very friendly welcome. Peaceful out in the countryside. Bed was great with excellent breakfast. and then the opportunity to leave the car and climb the Tor before travelling on. |Great place to stopover if travelling to South West.

Great place to stay to explore the moors and Devon. We enjoyed walks across the moor and a visit to a local vineyard. We found two pubs within walking distance, both very good. Jake’s and Jane were very good hosts and their locally sourced breakfast was lovely.

I absolutely loved my stay here at this beautiful, authentic manor! 😍❤️ I stayed for 2 nights and I stayed in the King Room. It was divine! Lovely clean room, amazing tea & coffee facilities and the owners provide a wonderful service! Jakes and his wife are very warm, welcoming and friendly. Anything you need, they are both very attentive. They also cook a beautiful English breakfast too! 😍 I highly recommend staying here if you fancy a long weekend in the English countryside with rustic English pubs near by and the stunning Dartmoor National Park. There are plenty of Farm shops too selling local foids & drinks. Thank you for an amazing weekend! 🥳🏍

Excellent stay with lovely hosts, cozy building and unbeatable location. Amazing breakfast as well and a lovely garden with views. One of the best stay during our trip.

A very last minute booking we were delighted with our stay. A very warm welcome, great room with a giant bed, attention to detail and beautifly clean. Fantastic breakfast. Will definitely return
