Collaven Manor Hotel

Just had 5 nights there with our dog Sofie. Jakes & Jane were excellent and very welcoming. Accommodation very good. Lovely and quiet. Plenty of room in the grounds to walk our dog first thing before breakfast. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast each morning. Greats walks and visits around Dartmoor. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay with lovely hosts, cozy building and unbeatable location. Amazing breakfast as well and a lovely garden with views. One of the best stay during our trip.

Great place to stay to explore the moors and Devon. We enjoyed walks across the moor and a visit to a local vineyard. We found two pubs within walking distance, both very good. Jake’s and Jane were very good hosts and their locally sourced breakfast was lovely.

I absolutely loved my stay here at this beautiful, authentic manor! 😍❤️ I stayed for 2 nights and I stayed in the King Room. It was divine! Lovely clean room, amazing tea & coffee facilities and the owners provide a wonderful service! Jakes and his wife are very warm, welcoming and friendly. Anything you need, they are both very attentive. They also cook a beautiful English breakfast too! 😍 I highly recommend staying here if you fancy a long weekend in the English countryside with rustic English pubs near by and the stunning Dartmoor National Park. There are plenty of Farm shops too selling local foids & drinks. Thank you for an amazing weekend! 🥳🏍

A very last minute booking we were delighted with our stay. A very warm welcome, great room with a giant bed, attention to detail and beautifly clean. Fantastic breakfast. Will definitely return

Thank you so much for a great stay and extending my checkout time with the goodness of your own understanding the situation I was in. Breakfast was great - super tasty and great variety. Rooms were clean to a great standard - no faults at all Service - was amazing, very warm welcoming and that goes a long way.

On a roundtrip through southwest Engeland with my daughter, we stayed in this lovely country hotel for 5 nights. The reception was warm and friendly. Our room (at the back) was very big, with very comfortable beds, a desk/vanity table and a comfy sofa. The bathroom (with a great powerful shower! was very clean, as was the bedroom. It was so nice, sitting on the sofa in the morning, sipping our tea and looking out into the lovely gardens and the fields. The breakfast were fantastic, as was the efficient and friendly service. We found this hotel an excellent place to discover Dartmoor and the rest of the southwest (both north and south). Thank you, Jane and Jake, you made out stay a memorable one. Maybe we'll meet again!

Perfect location, lovely dual aspect Room One. Would recommend strongly and certainly 1st choice when next in the area
