While the location, room size and bathroom size was as per expectations, the hygiene and cleanliness was completely missing. The bedsheet was dirty and full of hair. The floor was no less. Leave aside changing the used bed sheet of the earlier guest, they do not even bother to dust and clean the bed and floor. Please avoid such places unless you want to fall sick

Dont fall for price, cockroaches and bedbugs all over, bedsheets are dirty, torn and are used multiple times, no amenities. Only the cleaning staff is helpful otherwise very poor experience.

Had booked hotel through fab hotel, when I went there they don't have my booking. It's cost me 2300 rs through fab hotels as they don't have booking through fab so i do walk in check in and thay charged me 3751 rs that's OK with me as It's not there fault.||They provide me room no 501, the pillow, bedsheets, towels I'm sure they washed it before covid 19 and never after that you can see in pictures.|They didn't provide me single toiletries no soap no hand washing liquid nothing the tissue paper was empty roll they even didn't bother to change it after the pervasive checkout is done.|The room was smelly worst experience avoid this property

It was an awful experience. staff was good but the ambiance and room was out of order. Behind the curtain there was scattered garbage with some inappropriate things. I have attached the photo for the reference.

If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel then this is not rooms are very small and with the whooping price of 2500 to 2800 rooms are worst and plus cockroaches roaming arround you just can't help it plus dirty linens will not go here again only thing good is food due to quarter pillar being next to them rest worst I could have easily paid 3400 and go to a new much better with pool hotels seriously this is best under 2000 rs not more than that I'm going out if town next time bloddy you have to pay this much for a small sqtft of a room not worth at all at all we booked delux it was super saver very small just think before you book

If you want to live in a dump, please choose this hotel to stay at. If you want someone who do not want to accept their mistake, you are more than welcome to stay at this hotel. It looked like there was someone's blood on the sheet. The pictures you can see for yourself. I wish google came out with an option to give a negative review.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed at and OYO calls it a Flagship hotel. Its not even worth being in the list of OYO hotels or else I feel the standards of OYO hotels has gone down. We checked into the hotel at 10.30pm, but even at that hour the room was not cleaned and ready for us. Finally when we got the room, we found out that there were no towels in the bathroom or a bathroom mat. When we asked for towels they said we will bring it in sometime but we didn't get one for another half an hour, upon enquiring several times we were told there were no towels available and we would get them in morning. Moreover, the flush and the shower in the bathroom didn't work and complete hotel smelled of smoking. We were 3 people staying in one room, so we had requested for an additional mattress while booking itself, even for this we had to wait for more than an hour and had to keep calling them for the mattress. The next day we ordered tea and toast which was served in a tray which was broken and the tray was completely covered in fungus and there was no saucer given with the cups. Overall its the worst place. I hope people stop staying at this place. I would rate this place in negative.
