Collette’s is hands down the best furniture consignment shop I’ve ever been to! The quality of their furniture is outstanding—everything is well-maintained, stylish, and built to last. Whether you’re looking for unique vintage pieces or modern finds, they have a fantastic selection at great prices. The customer service is just as impressive. The staff is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to answer questions, offer decorating advice, and make the entire shopping experience enjoyable. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the items they sell. If you’re in the market for high-quality furniture with a personal touch, Collette’s is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Collette sold two chairs for us in May, and I didn't find that out until I went into the store in June and asked for an update. The salesperson there said a check would be sent at the end of June. No reason for the long lead time, but okay, we can wait. When it didn't arrive by the second week of July, I sent an email and received word it would be put in the mail shortly. That was July 12th. The check wasn't mailed until July 27th and I didn't receive it until the first week of August -- for a sale completed in May, mind you. I was left with the distinct impression that if I hadn't followed up and stayed on the case, I would never have seen the money. Rest assured we won't be doing business with them again, and I'm not interested in an apology in response to this post. As you'll see from previous posts, they promise to do better, but it appears this kind of behavior continues regardless.

Such a great resource! I needed to move out of my apartment in New York suddenly, and was scrambling to find somewhere in Manhattan that could accommodate everything at the last minute. Collette was a life saver! Amy and the team took care of everything quickly and professionally. They even managed to sell practically everything for me in just a few months! Honestly, couldn't recommend them enough.

What a pleasant surprise bumping into Colette’s store. She is such a sweet heart and the whole store is full of things I really wanted to appreciate and buy. Totally worth the visit if you are looking for special pieces for your home.

Stay away from this company. They have zero incentive to sell your product because their contract states that after 12 months Collette owns the product, not you. I asked them to sell an expensive table. I never heard from them. I finally asked them for status and I was told SORRY ITS OURS NOW. I don't believe they EVER tried to sell it for me. What would they? They hold it for 12 months and then sell it entirely for their own profit. It's not consignment... it's stealing.

Run do not walk away from consigning with this company. Send it to Goodwill or housing works. Kaiyo was a much better experience My experience with Collette was horrible from beginning to end. I had to email them monthly to find out if an item had sold. When things did sell it took 3 phone calls and 2 emails to get them to send me my checks and then they didn’t come for months. Truly horrible.

Very smart shop with a nice range of furniture, table ware and art work. Lots of lighting. Lovely staff with a good eye.
