My food was average. The nachos appetizer was great. My brisket was pretty dry and not very hot. My friend's dinner was good. Our server did not seem very interested in taking care of things. Thankfully a coworker helped us a couple of times. The atmosphere was great. Tons of tvs for the NBA finals.

The waiter made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Food was not bad, except for the ribs which were a chunk of bone and fat. When this was brought to the waiter’s attention, he gave a the group a “local discount” of $6.00. Too many great places to eat in Park City. We will not return!

My husband and I recently spent a few days in Park City and decided to try Collie's for lunch. It was our first visit, and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and hot. I had the fish and chips, which had a light and crispy breading—just the right amount. I also enjoyed a Bloody Mary with just the right amount of spices. Overall, it was a five-star experience for both food and service.

Stopped in for a quick bite and a drink, stayed for the banter, other patrons, and a few rounds of pool. The bartender, Olivia, was my favorite — loved her energy and personality. Thanks for making a fun little afternoon even better. Highly recommend an order of onion rings washed down with 2-3 tequila sodas.

Amazing time here. Atmosphere was electric and the service was great. It was very busy but our server Jacob always made time for us and made sure we were good and comfortable. The food was excellent. We particularly liked the pretzels, pulled pork sandwich, mac and cheese and the cornbread. Would definitely go back!

I know it’s in between seasons here in Park City. The waiter was nice and friendly. The food here wasn’t really worth paying for but since we ate it we paid the bill. My wife ordered the smoked salmon. It was really dry and crusty. It was too thin to have been smoked and cooked that long. The brisket wasn’t worth getting. It was over cooked!!! The restaurant needs to either learn how to smoke ribs, brisket and salmon or stop.

My wife had a hankering for wings while we were in Park City, so we started looking around. Apparently PC isn’t known for great wings, cuz there aren’t a lot of options, but Collies had a few choices so we paid them a visit. She ordered Mango Habanero Chicken Wings, and I got a Climax sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries. The wings were alright. A bit too spicy for me to enjoy more than one. Also they left a radioactive color of yellow on anything they touched. Wings are already messy, so adding such a bright color to that mess is… well… a mess. The Climax sandwich was good. I’m pretty easy to please with pulled pork, so I enjoyed it a lot. It won’t blow you away if you’re comparing it to a true BBQ pulled pork sandwich from the South. But if you compare it to a neighborhood potluck, then you’ll be pleased. The sweet potato fries were yummy. You’ll have to ask for fry sauce, as it is not included by default, but they were happy to provide it after asking. The server was from Romania, and she was fun to talk to. We asked about her life and she was happy to share. Good conversation, pretty decent food, and a solid view of the mountains of Park City. If you’re on Main Street and need a bite, this is a good bet.

Stopped in after a day on the slopes for some food and drinks. Wasn’t really expecting much from a sports bar but the food was actually pretty good. We got some ribs, tri tip, and sausage. The meat was fall off the bone and very tasty. The tri tips had great seasoning and the sausage had just the right amount of spicy. The only down side to the food was that it was a little on the dry side. Regarding the 2 starts for the service…we sat for about 10-15 minutes or so before we stopped someone and asked about our server. Turned out, the hostess didn’t tell the server they were sat. If you’re looking for a sports bar with a lot of energy and games with good food, stop in.

Yelp
Popped over for dinner late one night. The food was typical bar food but very tasty. Shawna was a great server. As an old person I did not love the chairs (they're like tall metal stools with no backs) but I know I'm probably not the usual clientele :). Still, it was totally fine for a quick late night dinner and I would definitely go back.

Kim J.

Yelp
Food = 5 Service = 3 We ordered the pretzels and queso as an appetizer, and the beet salad with salmon and the soup of the day for the lunch meals. All were really good. The waitress was not friendly at all and after the food came, someone else had to get our check/payment. I would go back for the food and just try to get a different server.

Bri M.

Yelp
Stopped in to escape the snow for a drink or two! Also loved how pet friendly they were to our sweet girl. We were recommended this place by Kaitlyn at Flannigans and we were not disappointed! Loved the food and environment and everyone was so welcoming. Extra shout out to Bianca who was so so sweet and our bartender Sam! Anytime we're in the area we will be sure to be back

Brielle B.

Yelp
Service was cool here. Nothing over the top but not bad. Ambiance was nice they had a bunch of sport memorabilia and TVs on the wall with every sports channel and game you could think of. The food was really good and tasted fresh. There weren't a ton of options to choose from (being pescatarian) but I ordered fish & chips. I'm not the biggest fan of fish but it was decent. Fries were delicious but what stole the show was the cheese curds omg! Probably the best cheese curds I've ever tasted. Even better than Culver's lbs.

John W.

Yelp
Great sports bar with very good food selection. True bar area and a separate restaurant area for families. We went for lunch on an NFL playoff Sunday and it was packed. But the service was still good and food came out quickly. Prices are reasonable compared to other PC places. Park in the close by underground garage.

Kris V.

Yelp
First we were seated at the bar looking out the window, even though I said we were there to watch the game - we could still see TVs from there, just had to turn around. When a table behind us vacated, a super nice guy server asked if we wanted to sit there. We moved and had a much better view of the many TVs. Service was fast, and the food was pretty good - we had fried pickles, a burger, and the brisket sandwich. The brisket sandwich was tasty, but the meat wasn't fall-apart tender. I probably wouldn't order it again. The potato salad was a nice alternative to fries. Great place to catch a game.

Katie P.

Yelp
We went to 3 places in Park City before we found one willing to play the Jets game. So we were happy Collie's actually was accommodating. We had beer and garlic cheese curds. They were to die for. And the ranch they came with was perfect.

Georgie R.

Yelp
Had a great experience! "Danger Pete" was our server/waiter and he was awesome! He was fast to seat us (also came on a Monday evening so not too busy) and he was just great in general! He said they didn't have a server so he was going to be our server as well. He took our order fast and it came out in like 5 minutes. Food was good, the cheese curds and Mac and cheese were great! The tri tip was a bit overcooked and dry but I still think this place is deserving of 5 stars. Bathrooms and tables were clean.

Summer O.

Yelp
Family friendly sports bar with patio dining or indoor seating, as well as a 21+ bar area. I'd say the offerings are typical to "modern" bar food (modern meaning they do offer salads). The portions are good size, so order some apps to share and an entire for each then split a dessert. Not sure if they'll have your game? They will! Just check the board as you enter to see which tv it's playing on. And because this is primarily a sports bar, the servers tend to check in a little less assuming you're enjoying a game along with your food, SO IF you're in a hurry, just let your server know. Collie's doesn't just have to be a sports night restaurant.

Jeff K.

Yelp
One of the best sports bars. Lots of TV's, but not all huge. Excellent service. I had the gumbo and a caramel cake type dessert. I enjoyed both very much.

Shawn T.

Yelp
We got there only to find out that the table next to our party was given away, so we sat down as close as we could to them.....bad idea. The waiter was uninterested in the reasoning. Waiter said he was too busy to explain food on menu. ...bad table manners. When you're busy, that's a good thing, right? Apparently, not here. A different couple that we didn't even know just got up and left. Both our party sections could not find any reason to leave a tip.

Jennifer C.

Yelp
We came here to watch the game, we sat down but didn't like the place so we left. We came back few days later because my local friend said their bbq is good so we gave it a try. We ordered pork rib, tri-tip, smoked salmon, corn bread. First of all "must try" pork ribs that my local friend told me, was so dry no smoked flavor, and tri-tip was somehow chopped and also super dry and so hard, I think I broke my jaw it was unedible, smoked salmon had also no smoked flavor it was just dry and I couldn't eat it so I gave it to my friend, and corn bread came with those individually wrapped butter and kraft honey, and the corn bread was salty and I didn't like it so I gave it to my friend, sweet potato fries were like burned they probably used old grease. Basically everything tasted old. The lady was nice and since tri-tip was unedible she gave us spicy sausage, it was good but somehow it had sweet sauce on it, so it was sweet and spicy which was weird, they should not put sweet sauce on spicy sausage... I will not go back there... The food was terrible...

Nyla K.

Yelp
The only sports bar in park city! We came here for Super Bowl Sunday and thankfully we arrived about 1.5 hours early to get a seat at the bar. The place was heaving because obviously, Super Bowl. Sam, the bartender, was very attentive and friendly and ambiance during the game was pretty solid. When we first walked in, there were a ton of trash talking eagles fans, but when chiefs won, they scattered like roaches! The food was your standard bar food, the fried cheese curds is worth mentioning. We didn't orders the bbq but it looked pretty good.

Lisa N.

Yelp
We'd come back to Collie's sweet, reasonably priced Sports Bar First of all, Liv is a delightful server. She has such a cool vibe. Not rushed. Kind of like a cousin you're really happy to see. Anyway, the tv cameras line the walls in a satisfying, diverse way. We were watching the Olympics and a Steeler's game simultaneously, yet we could have a family business meeting and hear each other perfectly. Kind of perfect sports bar ambiance, actually. We are a family of four- two adults, two boys 10 and 14 and we all liked it. I loved my cobb salad. It was fresh and tasty. My husband's fish and chips were some of the best he'd ever had. He said the fish was really fresh. The chicken tenders were fine, and the chicken bites were saucy. The chocolate cake was yummy and enough for a family of four to share if all you want is a taste. We'd come back.

Cindy B.

Yelp
Just had a couple of drinks and the fried pickles, which were awful. All breading, extremely salty. The bartender was great and he knew all the locals names.

Connor M.

Yelp
Decently fast service, good ambiance and good tasting food. Food quality is still slacking and prices are pricing, but its Main Street and it's a sports bar

Rex C.

Yelp
Easy five star! Great food and great customer service! Food: the wings were great! Full of flavor and cooked to perfection! However for the price I would expect to get more wings. The burger was great! Very flavorful and fresh! I would like to come back and try more things off their menu. They have quite a few different wing flavors to pick from. Also their fries were really good! Very unique. I only had this style 1-2 or three times. Made to order and fresh! Lots of seating. Everything came out really quick! The client relations was great! Very friendly and fast. I'll definitely be back soon Parking is not fun. Park and garage then walk. Just an fyi

Valerie L.

Yelp
One of the worst restaurants ever visited: super mediocre food and service: AVOID!!! We went in with low expectations just hoping for a quick decent burger but even our low expectations got crushed. Late, staggered, food delivery: errors at all levels, food does not look good nor tastes good. Service and management are unapologetic if not defiant: AVOID!!!! Go spend your money where food and service will be at least half decent! One of the worst restaurants ever visited!

Sarah M.

Yelp
Great place! Cool sports bar with some southern comfort food. Nice atmosphere and very friendly service. I enjoyed their cornbread and friend pickles a lot! Would go here again, definitely reccomend!

Michelle N.

Yelp
Been here multiple times over multiple years. A "local" sat next to us tonight that was the most disrespectful person and the interaction with the bartender made us so uncomfortable, we left. I understand the frustration of feeling like people are moving in and taking over your city but just remember, this is what feeds you. We won't be back.

Traci E.

Yelp
Had a group dinner here as it was close to where we were staying and many wanted a simple dinner. Our group ordered pulled pork sandwich, tacos, soup/salad, dynamite chicken sandwich and the glory hole philly sandwich. The sandwiches were the best although the pulled pork was dry and we needed a side of sauce and the tacos least filling and nothing to rave about. We were seated in the back room which is family friendly. There were a copy of family tables and the room was about 1/2 full and very loud. So much so that conversation was almost impossible. Service was unfortunately just ok. Not much follow-up or refills with out flagging someone down. There are way too many options in PC that we likely won't be going back to this establishment.

Carla N.

Yelp
The Cobb salad was very good except we noticed that the bacon was a bit burnt in my salad and the BLT sandwich too had a bit burnt bacon. Service was good and quick. My tomato bisque soup was full flavored and with vegetable chunks and herbs.

Jennifer N.

Yelp
Great prices and food was flavorful and fresh. I am coming back for the sticky toffee cake!

G W.

Yelp
Great food, especially the BBQ. Great gumbo soup, and had Guinness on tap. Terrific TV set up, tons of TV's. But no MLB package so couldn't watch our local team.

Tim F.

Yelp
Great low brow spot in the world of "Vail fancy" .... good beer, good wings, good burger, good service.

Nick O.

Yelp
We came in to watch the MNF game. Waited more than 5m for service. Then, when I asked the bartender for an old fashioned, he said he didn't like making them. When he eventually complied, I found the drink too bitter. His response was to come and dump a LOT more bitters directly in my glass. Finally, he threatened to kick me out because he was "insulted" by my response to his drink. Glad my last visit to Collie's is over with.

Jeff B.

Yelp
(Dined/Drank 01/25/20 SA @ 6:45pm): Call your friends to head over to Collie's because there wasn't a line and plenty of televisions for games! After cutting early an enjoyable night of revelry at Day 3 of the Sundance Film Festival, I was exhausted and simply wanted a chilling evening of some alone time, so by default Collie's Sports Bar And Grill was where I ended-up only because they appeared to be the only business that didn't have a long wait. As I continuously walked up and down Park City's Main St. to find a place to slip into without issues, Collie's was towards the end of one side of the street as I ran out of options. Would this "last resort" be a warm paradise during this cold snowing evening!? PURCHASE UTOG Brewery Co. Son Of A Peach Hefeweizen 16oz. Draft 5.0% ABV ($6.00): Hazy amber color, bready floral fruity peach aroma, low body, bready fruity nutty peach flavor, crisp finish, and bready peach aftertaste - an enjoyable first experience https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=l6YYYMFzogKTV0uVuPhp3w&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw! MOAB Brewery Dead Horse Premium Amber Ale 16oz. Draft 5.0% ABV ($6.00): Deep copper color, light hoppy malty aroma, medium body, hoppy malt spice flavor, mouthy finish, and hoppy grainy malty aftertaste - a drying beer that sticks to you https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=DF6eLGQAdr_tFy9NtvSdzg&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw. Beer-Battered Fries ($5.50): Odd-shaped spud pieces, these had a lovely brown crispy outside with a steamy moist inside with a light dusting of seasoning that was fine as-is https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=dFp7ot6ZHBOZCOCc0iS5KA&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw! SERVICE Greeted by a friendly young woman who welcomed me to grab any seat or spot that was available, so I placed myself at a bar counter directly behind her before that got taken. Ready-placed menus made the ordering process simple as I hailed down one of the many servers buzzing around. I placed my entire order at the same time, and quickly enough both beers arrived instantaneously while the fries showed up about five minutes later. I was surprisingly checked on intermittently as my empty glasses and tray were cleared away before I asked for the check and paid up. A truly easy time with a wonderful staff! PARKING (Varied; N/A this instance) Because of extremely limited parking along Main St. in conjunction with the Sundance Film Festival in town, it was highly recommended to find other means to get into town. I used the incredible public bus transportation to get in and out; honestly, don't drive into town - 'nuff said! ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A decently-sized sports bar with little room for movement as an array of tables, booths, counter bars, and the bar with stools all around it filled the entire place. Plenty of framed pictures and promotional items hung on the walls. Decent natural lighting came through the front glass windows and doors while dimmed electric ceiling lights filled in the rest. There were TVs everywhere while music played and loud conversations aired in the background. ATTIRE Totally "ski-resort" casual, so I would normally be in a beanie, fleece top, thermals, jeans, and warm waterproof boots, but during the warmer time of year I'd imagine something more casual such as a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL I had a pleasant time at Collie's Sports Bar And Grill and would definitely visit again. The drink and food menu was the standard you expected in such a place but seemed to lean less on the beer and food assortment than I expected (onion rings at the very least). The prices were comparable, I was fine with the service, and the friendliness of the patrons was awesome as my alone evening turned into hanging with locals who were very appreciative of me working the film festival. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $18.00 BEFORE any discounts/tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 4.0 STARS

Kelli P.

Yelp
OUR FRIEND and SERVER !!!! Ryan (he's a keeper!) he told us about the gaper party a mere 6 hours too late but we still love him! Take care of him! He had bacon especially made for our jameson pancakes shots Hehe and the wings were outstanding, fried pickles on another PLANET, and the spinach dip, CHEFS KISS. A widow maker for the table, say less! 100 mil stars from this midwestern sally saddle rider. "This meal was GOOOOOD! " (the gummie might have helped...actually I don't think the gummie had anything to do with it) I'll only eat breakfast lunch and dinner until I die here. They'll have to roll me out. put "she sure loved collies" on her tombstone.

RS R.

Yelp
Best meal we had in Park City. Great chili and cornbread. The burger and fries my husband had were excellent. Loved the vibe here and the wait staff was efficient and friendly. We dined outside and it was great. Would repeat a visit here when in the area.

Meg M.

Yelp
Best sports bar on Main St. Enjoyed the food, great local beer options. Service was fast and efficient. Nice little patio to watch the outside action.

Michael C.

Yelp
This place charges for every little thing - we were charged for extra salad dressing. However the most offensive was the 5% fee added to our take out order. I will never support this place

Liz G.

Yelp
Dang it. Good spot to watch a game if you can grab a seat at the bar. Service is mediocre. Chili- too sweet. Asked a difference between cup($8) and bowl ($16) Seriously, talk about a dinky amount for the bowl. Can only imagine how much you get for a cup. The Climax which is a pulled pork sandwich, came out with most of the meat burnt! Yes burnt. When we said we didn't care for the food, the response was something to the affect of "yeah, sorry about that. Yes the bowl is pretty small and sorry you didn't like the sandwich." And that was about it.

Anne B.

Yelp
Got in late on a Sunday and luckily they were still serving food - everything else around was closed. Typical sports bar atmosphere. Service was fine. Food was OK - we had a Reuben and a chicken quesadilla. Good if you are looking for something easy and casual.

Elizabeth W.

Yelp
I have never written a review ever- but I felt that my experience at Collie's was beyond ( so much so that I had to try and figure out how to post a review). My family, 2 adults 2 kids -7 & 10) were in Park City for a week. We ended up spending more than half our nights at Collie's due to the service, the people, the incredible food, and just an overall easy vibe. Shannon and her partner (the Chef) were so kind and made us feel so welcome. My kids tried multiple things on the menu with zero complaints. On our second night dining there they remember us and made us feel like locals, remembered what drinks we like and were so, so kind and fun to my kids. The vibe was relaxed, fun, and easy and the food was truly exceptional. Try the chili- the Andouille Sausage puts it over the edge. Collie's was just the thing that made our trip to Park City feel homey. They have tons of TV's and, while thankfully my kids didn't want Dora, they were amenable to putting on Ice Hockey/Princeton Basketball and even changed the channel so we could watch the Oscars. The only downside was my daughter desperately wanted to meet Collie the Collie! Maybe next time! Best family experience in Park City!

Teresa P.

Yelp
Stephanie did an awesome job! Service was great. She went the extra mile and brought us an extra pickle on a plate for our 2 year old grandchild! Food was great, service was even better!

Craig P.

Yelp
Food was excellent. Waitress was so nice. We had the pulled pork quesadilla and bbq chicken sandwich. Both were awesome.

Jerry R.

Yelp
Average at best as either a bar or a grill. The draft beer selection is pretty limited for a sports bar; eight choices, and if you don't like IPAs you're almost out of luck. As for the food, I don't expect places to cater to vegans, but in an upscale, touristy area like Park City, and in a day with faux meat is so common, you'd expect more than just a mushy black bean burger (heavy on the cumin). The fries were pretty good, though. Service was friendly and efficient, but it was clear they wanted us in and out as quickly as possible. As soon as it looked like we were slowing down on our food they offered to take our plates away and bring us the check.

Sana J.

Yelp
I had a great experience at Collie's Sports Bar & Grill. It was a busy Saturday when my family and I ate there, but they were quick to seat us. Everything we ordered - nachos, beet & goat cheese salad, brisket plate, smoked salmon plate - was so delicious! I also really enjoyed the roasted veggies - best roasted veggies I've had! The queso on the nachos was also so good. The service we received is amazing! The only difficult part was parking - it's a bit hard to find parking nearby.

Chris B.

Yelp
Family and kids have been loyal and loving patrons of Collie's but something recently changed this spring between ski season and summer: SHRINKFLATION. For context, i agree with all the past positive reviews. we will not be going back. prices same, portions tiny. 18usd 'loaded nachos' are now served on a side salad plate. it used to serve 4 hungry skiers as an appetizer and now is for 2 kids to share before their entree. lets just call them 'nachos' going forward. we did return them and they came out with one more scoop on top. but this is not the same platter they served during ski season my salmon was maybe 3 ounces. i don't even think the cut was natural so they had to have taken their portions and halved it. or they found the worlds skinniest salmons side of onion rings was 5 rings. also note - they switched french fries - this is not the same set of fries they use to have....??? happy to be challenged. didn't take photos...nothing to take a picture of...

Yan Yan J.

Yelp
I really like this place. Good food, great drink selection, good location and food friendly if you wanna bring your pup.

Taylor C.

Yelp
Stopped in and ordered burger and soup. Burger was great. Wife didn't touch soup and we were still charged for it. Nothing like paying for something you DONT eat!!

Nicole R.

Yelp
I am bummed to be giving this review. I was here for a trip and was looking forward to a warm meal and watching some sports! I have a gluten and dairy allergy that is pretty severe. I told my server about my allergies. We ordered fries for the table and she told us the fries had no gluten. Naturally, the girls and I ate them with no questions asked. I ordered a burger with their $2 gluten free bun (very annoying that they cost more like come on). They bring me my burger with a very gluten filled bun, I got it sent back. By the time I got it back my friends were already done with their meals. My server tells me the fries had gluten in them!! What a great dinner to be told essentially "You are gunna have a bad reaction tonight". Not only did my allergies not get tended to but we got no waters or utensils. We grabbed our own cutlery and asked several times for water to no avail. More of the story, if you have allergies I say don't go. If you don't then go! The food and drink was good, a bit pricey, but good!

Brittany L.

Yelp
10 out of 10. Great food. The beast burger and pulled pork nachos were awesome. Cocktails are okay.

Dave M.

Yelp
Crappy food, bad waitresses. Chicken strips are balsa wood. Fries cold and mushy. Coffee cold. Places sucks. Parking's $18 too. Pass!

Shannon T.

Yelp
Sat outside and Ryan was our server. He was very nice and especially knowledgeable about the beer menu. The Widowmaker burger was good. The sweet potato fries were just okay. But it was still an enjoyable meal thanks to Ryan.

Todd P.

Yelp
This place is great for shots but don't waste your time on the food! Worst pulled pork and chili I've ever had! The only saving grace was the queso and pretzels! Don't waste your time going there for food, way better places to eat that actually care about the food they serve.

Julie S.

Yelp
Very cool bar! We enjoyed the gumbo two nights in a row. Also had a delicious quesadilla and turkey sandwich. We liked this bar so much we came a couple times on our vacation.

Dena L.

Yelp
Stopped in here on our first night in Park city, Utah. Quick service .. not crowded this time of year. We had the brisket and Mac and cheese, delicious and the salmon - could have used more flavor but nice size. Got the side salad with it - large and the best cute salad ever. My Cosmo was spot on. The best part all the border collies on the wall - life them. Try this cute little place.

Patrick P.

Yelp
We were in Park City and we were hungry and decided to stop in to have a burger. Place was busy. I got the detonator burger (mushroom and Swiss cheese) and wife got the regular burger. Son wanted chicken tenders, so that's what he ordered. Tenders were very salty. Service was a bit slow but like I said, it was busy.
