(Dined/Drank 01/25/20 SA @ 6:45pm): Call your friends to head over to Collie's because there wasn't a line and plenty of televisions for games!
After cutting early an enjoyable night of revelry at Day 3 of the Sundance Film Festival, I was exhausted and simply wanted a chilling evening of some alone time, so by default Collie's Sports Bar And Grill was where I ended-up only because they appeared to be the only business that didn't have a long wait. As I continuously walked up and down Park City's Main St. to find a place to slip into without issues, Collie's was towards the end of one side of the street as I ran out of options. Would this "last resort" be a warm paradise during this cold snowing evening!?

SERVICE
Greeted by a friendly young woman who welcomed me to grab any seat or spot that was available, so I placed myself at a bar counter directly behind her before that got taken. Ready-placed menus made the ordering process simple as I hailed down one of the many servers buzzing around. I placed my entire order at the same time, and quickly enough both beers arrived instantaneously while the fries showed up about five minutes later. I was surprisingly checked on intermittently as my empty glasses and tray were cleared away before I asked for the check and paid up. A truly easy time with a wonderful staff!
PARKING (Varied; N/A this instance)
Because of extremely limited parking along Main St. in conjunction with the Sundance Film Festival in town, it was highly recommended to find other means to get into town. I used the incredible public bus transportation to get in and out; honestly, don't drive into town - 'nuff said!
ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE
A decently-sized sports bar with little room for movement as an array of tables, booths, counter bars, and the bar with stools all around it filled the entire place. Plenty of framed pictures and promotional items hung on the walls. Decent natural lighting came through the front glass windows and doors while dimmed electric ceiling lights filled in the rest. There were TVs everywhere while music played and loud conversations aired in the background.
ATTIRE
Totally "ski-resort" casual, so I would normally be in a beanie, fleece top, thermals, jeans, and warm waterproof boots, but during the warmer time of year I'd imagine something more casual such as a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops.
OVERALL
I had a pleasant time at Collie's Sports Bar And Grill and would definitely visit again. The drink and food menu was the standard you expected in such a place but seemed to lean less on the beer and food assortment than I expected (onion rings at the very least). The prices were comparable, I was fine with the service, and the friendliness of the patrons was awesome as my alone evening turned into hanging with locals who were very appreciative of me working the film festival. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $18.00 BEFORE any discounts/tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice...
