Delicious brunch! The menu is very unique and all the dishes are very interesting and tasteful. Very unique combination of products in every dish. It was our second time here and we were just as impressed as the first time! Make a reservation on weekends as it gets packed and almost impossible to get a table. Service is great but a bit slow, understandable as the place was absolutely full. One minus is the atmosphere, the place is very simple and missing some kind of design. But food is incredible!!! My favorite is poached eggs with unique smoky flavor!

Exceptional brunch place, I had a smoked cod omelette and it was marvellous. My gf went for a nectarine waffle and both of us agreed that it was a combination of flavours we never had before. Really cool place if you’re tired of basic brunch options and want to try something new and fun

Enjoyed a delicious brunch at Collins today. Inventive and tasty food - with surprising ingredients - and a lovely spritz. The vibe and decor are v. nice. Staff super friendly. All really great - would definitely return.

What a beautiful surprise, me and my wife have been seen this place for so many years but we never had the time to try it. Well what a little gem! A super friendly staff, really welcoming and professional and a special menu, a fusion of Mediterranean cuisine super well balanced!, makes this restaurant really unique. If you are in oud west this place it's a must!

Love the oldskool vibe here at this location! It’s very welcoming and feels very homely. I did not make a reservation and walked in. This was on a Monday early afternoon around 2PM, there were only 2 customers enjoying their food and drinks. So there were plenty of seat options. The personnel was welcoming and proactive. They presented the menu and answered all of my questions patiently. I ordered one of the “Larger plates”, the “Poached eggs, aleppo butter, smoked labneh, dukkah, flatbread”. The eggs were perfectly poached, the yolk was nice and runny. Overall it’s a tasty dish, and it will definitely satisfy your appetite. Next to that I had the homemade lemonade, which was refreshing and not too sweet. To finish off my lunch, I had a cappuccino. Which was nice. Do I recommend this place? Yes, definitely!

We made a reservation because we read many good reviews and recommendations on different websites. My friends didn’t really enjoy their cheese omelette because the cheese was too strong. The poached eggs with bacon and hash was delicious though. I did wish for there to be more meaty options on the menu.

It’s really delicious . The brunch menu changes often,that makes people feel new. We ordered three dishes were very delicious, I think the chef is really good.

Really delicious brunch in Amsterdam. Lots of unique menu options but they all work really well. I had some great gluten options to choose from. As others have mentioned, the coffee was exceptional. Highly recommend

Lovely tapas. Unusual ! V high quality cooking, Michelin star level, IMO, in terms of creativity & unique vision. Small menu but every item is quality. especially recommend the Farinata and the Ricotta.

Excellent meal with friendly server. Nice to have a 9am Bloody Mary. Sweet cafe, dry cozy. Outdoor seating. Great spot for a meal or small snack. The omelette was delicious and filling.

My husband and I were getting hungry for lunch, and this restaurant smelled delicious, so we walked in. We were seated immediately. The food was wonderful, and great service!
