I’m so amazed by how professional & how friendly was the staff in the hotel.. they were so welcoming and helpful. The location is beyond perfect and so near to the markets. The room was sooo clean and modern we madly in love with it. The value is perfect. The breakfast is delicious. The atmosphere is beyond amazing. Definitely will stay in this amazing hotel next Christmas. Big thanks for all of the staff who made us fall in love with Colmar more and more.

Wonderful, central hotel with super staff, great service and lovely rooms.|We revisited the hotel after 7 years and it has lost none of its charm and great service. |The staff from the moment we arrived were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Shout out to Marie(Maria?)She was super. Lovely. |The ambience of the hotel is calm and peaceful which given the mania of Christmas outside was great to step into. |Our room was lovely. Tastefully decorated, light and gave us a good night’s sleep. |We drove there in a big car and the parking offered was safe,secure and very near by.|The location, at the start of Little Venice is superb and very pretty.

Perfect location — quiet, clean, and comfortable, with spacious and cosy rooms. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The sauna was a pleasant bonus.|Excellent value for money. A lovely touch was the complimentary hot red wine and Lebkuchen in the lobby.

My stay would have been a perfect 10 if I hadn’t been moved to a room in a separate building across from the main hotel. The difference in quality is noticeable, and these rooms should not be priced the same as those in the main building.|What was most disappointing was the very poor level of resolution from both the staff and the manager. After already spending two nights in the same room, we were forced to pack everything and move to the other building. The manager did not even attempt to find a solution and simply stated that, since my request to stay in the main building was not sent by email and I did not have the name of the person I spoke to on the phone, nothing could be done. This is a very poor response for someone in such a senior position.

Location was perfect, the staff was exceptional, and the rooms were very clean. There is an elevator in the hotel, but it doesn't go to all of the rooms. There is also a sauna. If we ever come back to Colmar, we would definitely stay here again. It's modern and cozy!

Loved our stay here. We only stayed one night but wished we’d stayed longer.||Our room was on the top floor and was so cute. Very cosy but enough room for both of us. Loved the Nuxe toiletries in the bathroom. We had a very peaceful night here.||There is private parking opposite the hotel or there are parking meters in the street.||Hotel was lovely inside, courtyard area was pretty. We didn’t have breakfast but what we saw looked good and the guests were able to eat where they liked so there was room to spread out. ||Staff were helpful and very friendly. ||The location is perfect - it is right next to the town. ||Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Colmar. ||Would definitely recommend.
