Loved our stay here. We only stayed one night but wished we’d stayed longer.||Our room was on the top floor and was so cute. Very cosy but enough room for both of us. Loved the Nuxe toiletries in the bathroom. We had a very peaceful night here.||There is private parking opposite the hotel or there are parking meters in the street.||Hotel was lovely inside, courtyard area was pretty. We didn’t have breakfast but what we saw looked good and the guests were able to eat where they liked so there was room to spread out. ||Staff were helpful and very friendly. ||The location is perfect - it is right next to the town. ||Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Colmar. ||Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Le Colombier. The location was excellent. We were within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. We were greeted by a lovely young woman named Teresa. Our luggage was taken to our room and the staff made sure we were comfortable. The room was clean, comfortable and inviting. Breakfast was wonderful!

We stayed here in June 2025 for four nights. We reserved a “Standard Double” room in this 4-star hotel. Both the hotel and our room were spacious, modern, comfortable, and clean. Our room had a mini refrigerator and coffee making supplies. The location is excellent for walkability to sights, restaurants, and cafes. The breakfast buffet was delicious, had lots of variety, and was continually replenished by hotel staff members. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard that is a great place to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine. Parking in their parking garage (directly across the street) was convenient but a bit tight due to structural columns between spaces. The front desk and housekeeping staff were extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was incredibly helpful, and did everything possible to ensure a great stay. I recommend requesting room 401. Huge room by European standards, better view than others, and unique. Parking garage is tight, so if you have a small vehicle, you’re OK, but if you have a van or larger, don’t try. If you’re willing to forego room cleaning one night, they will give you a voucher for two glasses from their bar in the courtyard, which is nice. Breakfast buffet has a lit of choices and is excellent. Service is A +. Show courtesy toward the staff, and you will be rewarded in kind many times over.

Firstly, the hotel location is fantastic and all the staff are friendly and engaging. |We booked a standard room and we’re located in an annex across the street, the room was really small, had little to no storage and was dominated by a bed that was far too big for the room. In addition the shower was sealed poorly and as a consequence almost flooded the bathroom after every use. |The hotel does not have a bar and the annex has no facilities at all, however it’s location close to bars and restaurants make amends. ||I was expecting more from the hotel, given the rates charged. |Ensure you establish your room location when booking.

We really enjoyed staying here. We were travelling with our adult son & small dog & while I note a few comments re people being disappointed when moved across from the main building we were quite happy there. We were just happy they accepted our booking with our small dog & we had two rooms beside each other which were very comfortable, immaculate & a lovely small terrace. The location was great & it was perfect to see Colmar early in the morning & late evening when it was quiet & more peaceful. We had drinks in the main hotel one night when it rained & it was lovely. We didn’t manage to book hotel parking but we never had an issue - used metered parking outside & often out in the car visiting other towns each day. Didn’t have breakfast but I’m sure it would have been a lovely setting in the indoor courtyard. Would recommend & we would return.

Excellently located hotel in the “Little Venice” area of Colmar. Our room, 208, was large, well equipped and spotless. The staff were all very helpful and special mention must go to the delightful chap who made us coffee three nights in a row after we struggled back after dinner. ||Breakfast was a disappointment, ordinary at best. I was surprised that there were no free bottles of water in our room - something we have rather come to take for granted nowadays. ||The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, but with plenty immediately to hand in town you can understand. Ask reception for their restaurant map. ||A trifle costly, but cannot beat the location.

We enjoyed our stay at Le Colombier. ||When you book be aware that there are two buildings, main hotel where the reception and breakfast room is and a further building across the street with more rooms and the fitness and Sauna.||We stayed across the street from the main hotel, I think, because we specifically requested a walk-in shower. The decor of the room was unusual and very dark with a very small window with not much of a view; having said that we didn't get much street noise (it seems a fairly quiet area anyway).||If we were to stay again I would ask about having a street facing room which I imagine would be much brighter.
