COLONEL shop

We ordered a coffee table from this site months ago. There is no update on delivery and I have been in contact with the store many times without any meaningful response. They just keep saying they will check with the supplier, and they have ignored requests for a refund. Avoid.

Warning-Scam! I placed an order with Colonel at the end of March and never received the furniture(that was after I checked that the product is in stock). After waiting 7 weeks with no delivery, I canceled the order. Although they continue to respond to my messages, they repeatedly claim the refund is “being processed” - but months later, I still haven’t received anything. I have neither the product nor my money. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to stay away!!!

I highly recommend Colonel Shop who was very professional, quick with response and very accommodating to work with me on getting my furniture pieces delivered. They have a wonderful collection of furniture and very competitive prices.

I love the design selection of this shop, and have recently ordered some vintage chairs from Carlo Bartoli– they are great! Thank you !

After sending wrong parts Colonel was very helpful and sent us the missing parts. However, quality of electric socket is very poor

Très bonne expérience avec Colonel Shop. Nous avons deux restaurants et leur avons demandé à plusieurs reprises des produits spécifiques : ils les ont toujours commandés rapidement et nous les ont fait livrer sans délai. Un service efficace et fiable et une sélection très pointue.

À fuir ! De loin le pire service client. Je vous conseille de passer commande sur un autre site. Délai de livraison de 4 mois au lieu des 8/10 semaines annoncées. Canapé livré avec une tâche signalée à la livraison mais aucun contact ni information du service client. En attente d’un remboursement confirmé depuis des mois sans jamais en voir la couleur. Les équipes se renvoient la balle en permanence. Gestion chaotique et mépris pour leur clientèle. Nous sommes visiblement nombreux à avoir vécu la même expérience… ne réfléchissiez pas, fuyez!

Another awesome home decor spot to add to the list! This one is colorful, airy, festive and playful and seems to pop off the sidewalk with its kaleidoscopic range of hues. I'd been eyeing this place for a while but finally headed inside recently during a search for a wedding present for a couple with pretty impeccable taste and a home filled to the rafters with amazing, one-of-a-kind finds. It was a kamikaze task for sure, and yet I not only made it out alive but my head held high with a gorgeous Tetris-like nesting set of platters with a geometric design in super bright colors from a manufacturer called Hay. But there were tons of other items that could have filled the bill -- from colorful wire-famed mirrors and patterned storage boxed to linens and lamps, many of the items original designs produced by Colonel themselves. Definitely a great spot to fill up on bright, unique items for the home.
