Colorful Black

I ordered from their online store recently and was more than happy with the whole experience. They’ve got a wide range of products and their prices are competitive; even with shipping to Spain it was still worth it. Their customer service needed to clarify something with me about my order and emailed me on a Sunday night; the email was in both English and Spanish and my order was sent out very soon after I replied. I was able to track it and received it within a week. Everything went smoothly and I’ll be ordering from them again.

Excellent products, always go for "les secrets de Loly" and "As I am" brands. But what I'm the most glad is about the delivery, which was super fast (European country).

Outstanding customer service and great choice of products!!! ~~~~~~ I placed an order online and it was delivered only 6 days later to Portugal 🚚🤩 Fred was fabulous, ensuring I had chosen the nearest DPD locker to my address and was on hand via message if I needed him - I did send a follow up question on delivery day and he responded immediately…!! This company has a great selection of products for us with waves, curls or coils 🌀 and the prices are very reasonable….but seriously you won’t get better customer service anywhere else! I will definitely be ordering any more products I need from this company 😍 Thanks again for everything Fred, you and your company have excelled 🤩🤩

Colorful black is simply incredible in both their salon and sales services. They have a wide range of products to offer for all hair types and the salon experience shows a passion for providing a customised service for each particular hair needs. Its relaxing experience was the definition of luxury.

Great place for textured hair! Cute area, too. They carry so many different lines, including some for fine hair like mine. (I grabbed a bunch of Flora & Curl products, and lusted after the hair dryers, since I'm stuck using my friends' at her apartment; even she doesn't like that thing, but I'm not dropping money on something I can only use a couple of weeks. 😂)

Everything went smoothly, the delivery was very fast, and the communication was excellent.

I visited the store yesterday and it was truly amazing. The store was well equipped and had a lot of options for any type of curls. The staff was amazing and really took the time to ask me questions about my hair and products I currently use, then provided and tested out a couple of options on my hair to make sure I will leave with the best products for my hair type. The experience was really amazing! I highly recommend! ( the staff was also extremely well informed about all products and their advice was helpful)
