Would much rather get a cute NYC sweatshirt from here a locally owned female business rather then a generic souvenir shop. Super cute inside. I am not a pink girl though... I really appreciated her having sizes bigger then the usual XL!

Don’t bother - My daughter had been very excited to visit this shop after seeing it on TikTok. What a disappointment. There was no help trying to find sizes. We asked and just got abrupt answers and no help. My daughter is anxious and they made her feel very uncomfortable. She was on her phone and just made us feel like an inconvenience. Unfortunately my daughter still spent several hundred dollars as she’s a pink girl thru and thru. It was NOT a busy day. We were only customers in the shop so no excuses. We were given paper bags in the pouring hard rain yet saw a video 2 days earlier showing the holo bags being given out. Products were overpriced and if we had been helped by staff and made to feel welcome it wouldn’t have been so bad but the staff need some serious training in customer service and not behaving like a mean girl!!! They were not welcoming or helpful. Having looked at other reviews I see I am not the only one to have issues with the staff. Avoid this shop! Not worth the money and definitely not worth the hype!! :(

Love love love! My daughter and I went to Colorful Natalie 🎀 today and had the best time shopping. Everything is adorable. We bought sweatshirts, makeup bags and a dress. The staff was so sweet and kind. I definitely recommend checking them out while in NYC!

I visited this store recently while I was visiting from Florida. The store is adorable as well as the hoodies. Natalie was so sweet and even took a photo with me. Definitely recommend visiting if you go to NYC

After seeing clips in my tik tok I had to add a visit to this shop when we visited New York. The member of staff we met was very friendly and helpful. The sweatshirt I originally wanted was only available in small sizes, but it was good too look through all the different designs and I ended up purchasing a hoodie. The hoodie is very well made, soft and very comfortable to wear. Sizing is true to size and when asked how the sizes compares to uk sizing was offered to try on. Would definitely buy from this independent business again if in New York again.

Amazing store! The storefront is gorgeous and the owner is so sweet. They did not have my size so I was able to get my size shipped! Honestly, the prettiest sweatshirts/hoodies in NYC!!!

This is a very cute and pink store that you probably have seen all over tik tok and instagram. They sell clothes, jewelry and other accessories and even some dog toys. Staff who work here are very nice and helpful. If you are in this area... this is a must to stop into even if it is just to look.
