Columba Hostel

Best hostal in town! Super friendly staff (Vitto, Noe, Nico), clean rooms, good kitchen... 5/5

Our room was nice, big, and clean. Bathrooms were quite small and less clean. Service wasn't great, we arrived early prior to check-in to drop off our luggage so we could explore the city for the day and there were no workers there even though it was 10am. We stood outside for almost a half hour while we tried to reach the numbers on the door with no success. Rest of our stay was fine.

I can not really recommend the hostel. I spend some nights there and had a few problems. It is, as many Hostels, just a cash cow. To store your luggage cost 3500. Really? So i had my luggage in the common area. Super smart. The staff didn't know about the PDI paper. It would be just something you get from the police. Seriously? They did not clean rhe rooms every day. The Price Performance is not good at all. So if you can, stay somewhere else!

not sure if i can recommend this hostel because they were pretty unorganized and had me switch my bed three times the first day because apparently the other were taken. Wasn’t able to lock all lockers because they didn’t have the mechanism, which would be an easy fix, but instead had to switch with someone else out of the locker. last but not least were the beds terrible, lying straight into wire 😩

I enjoyed my stay at the Columba hostel very much! They had excellent service—everyone is super friendly. The location is very central to Viña Del Mar with many shops and restaurants nearby. It is in a very lively part of the city! The hostel is only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. You will enjoy your stay here! I am from the United States and this was my first experience staying in a hostel. I would definitely return!

Amazing hostel! The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds, the hot water for the showers was always working and the big clean kitchen was nice for cooking. They also have free coffee! Supermarkets are close by, the hostel is in a really central location close to viña del mar station.

Beautiful hostel. Excellent decor and design. Incredibly friendly staff. Excellent Location. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here for 3 days. I could honestly stay in this hostel for a couple months, easy. Nice terrace, communal space with a big tv, and close to everything. Cheers Dennis and Diego, you guys are the best!
