This Might Be the Most Stunning Summer Road Trip in Canada

"A dramatic glass-floored viewing platform suspended nearly a thousand feet above the valley that delivers adrenaline-inducing, unobstructed views of the Sunwapta Valley and surrounding peaks—an option for those comfortable with heights who want a novel vantage point." - Rebecca Deurlein Rebecca Deurlein Rebecca Deurlein believes everything is interesting, and she loves finding the story everywhere she goes. We went with Brewster, which was amazing. The actual skywalk was really neat, but a believe a bit overrated. The views are cool, but there even better ones where you can just pull off the motorway. A touristy and busy place mostly meant for photos, but really neat nonetheless.

The captivating Colombian sky walk offers breathtaking panoramic views. It gracefully suspends visitors amidst the vibrant natural beauty of the area. The thrill of walking high above the landscape creates an unforgettable experience. This unique attraction allows one to connect with nature from a new perspective. Exploring the sky walk is a remarkable way to appreciate the stunning surroundings.

Although this is not the accurate location but this is the only way to go there by bus from the information center area. Actually it’s amazing and stunning view from the skywalk. Everything there was great . Washroom is available near the bus drop point before walking to the skywalk. Great opportunities for nice photos and you can read some good information about the wildlife you are expected to see in Jasper national Park.

Soooo beautiful! Well worth the cost of the tour! Fun tour guide, sweeping views and a chance to drink glacier water direct from the source! For the best photos during the ride, sit on the right side of the bus. And if you're sensitive to cold temperatures, sit in the first row or two of the bus because the windows on the bus open so people can take photos and it's a bit chilly. If you want to take pictures while on the bus, sit in a row next to the back of the window because only the back half opens.

Very impressive views. Well organized tour with very good staff. We had the best driver on the glacier. Thanks Jackson for the fun drive! Made are day!

We really enjoyed this excursion and I'm so glad we did it. We went with a large group (14 in all). After getting to the visitor center we boarded a big bus to go to the larger vehicles. While it seemed like it was going to be very crowded they did a good job of not feeling like you were smashed together. Walking on a glacier is a thing that probably won't be available much longer but to be able to touch,.feel and even drink water out of the glacier. Our drivers were funny and entertaining while also helping us learn a think or two!

Walking across the bridge is a truly great experience, and you need not worry because the glass is incredibly strong and safe. The view of the mountains and waterfalls from the bridge is awe-inspiring. Very interesting view from the glass floor. Their bus takes you to this place after visiting Athabasca Glacier. Some people were scared of heights but it appeared fully safe to me and we thoroughly enjoyed the walk & the scenery.

Pictures do not convey the size of this glacier. In the last three pictures there are 2 buses and a group of people for scale. I brought a small cup to taste a sample. You can park near the Glacier and trek closer, but it's not the same.....just do the tour. We drove to the parking lot at the base of the Glacier afters just because. Quite the experience.
