Columbia Shibuya Store

The employees at this store are really sweet and helpful. The male employee with the rings took his time to help us pick the right shoe and has a great personality. The lady at the register looks really cool, reminded us of tax free and packed everything nicely for us. They tried their best to communicate in english too!

Great store, we were looking for hiking shoes for my son and found exactly what we needed here, for a good price. Special thanks to the very pleasant young woman working there who spoke English but was so nice to let me practice my few words of Japanese too!

Lots of sniggering and laughing, poor customer service

The shop has very good collections. The staff are very helpful and make suggestions on what is best suited based on your needs. They speak english, so it's good for foreigners.
