We ended up last-minute after our arranged hotel had AC issues, and I’m so glad we did! This is a nice property, close to several restaurants, and easy to get to anywhere in Monaco by taxi in minutes. Concierge is wonderful, the rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable. And the AC is GREAT! Highly recommend, especially for Hilton members.

What a great view the the Sea! The AC worked perfectly and kept us cool during those hot and humid summer days and nights. It was located walking distance to many great restaurants, the water, sight seeing and little shops. The distance to the Monte Carlo’s casino was only a quick taxi ride away! The service was phenomenal!! Great staff who spoke many languages and treated us wonderfully! Breakfast was delicious! They had several options that were all healthy and hearty! If I’m ever in Monaco again I’d stay here!

Love this hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights in June. The location was perfect since I was looking for a quieter stay and a sea view room, away from the touristic spot (e.g. the casino) and this hotel offered exactly that. The room was spotless clean equipped with air conditioning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Even after checkout, they helped me call the heliport to make sure my helicopter pickup arrived on time. Would totally stay here again.

My 3 sisters and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Columbus Hotel Monte-Carlo, Curio Collection by Hilton, and our stay exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and sophisticated. The staff greeted us warmly with genuine hospitality, and check-in was both quick and efficient. The room was impeccably clean and designed for both comfort and functionality. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the high-quality linens and pillows made for a restful night's sleep. The staff, whether at the concierge desk, restaurant, or housekeeping, was marked by professionalism and a clear commitment to guest satisfaction. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. As a Diamond member they welcomed us with a fine bottle of winer and tasty treats. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, with a wide variety of options. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, the Columbus Hotel Monte-Carlo, Curio Collection by Hilton provides the ideal combination of luxury, comfort, and personalized service. I hope I get the chance to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly memorable experience.

Edit: we had organized a late check out for 1pm. We were called at 12:15 asking why we hadn’t departed. I prepaid for the hotel via AMEX, even with showing a receipt, the front desk would not allow me to depart without charging me again. Poor customer service experience and such a nuisance Excellent location with higher quality rooms, beds, pillows, and linens than I expected for a 3 star hotel - one of the most comfortable beds of our two week trip! Baby/infant friendly hotel with great views of the neighboring gardens and ocean. Location is central and situated nicely along the harbor for walking. Very safe area for families or solo travelers. Valet parking and concierge available

A staff with an Austrian-ish accent judged and mocked guests with her colleagues in front of guests. For more than one time. Horrendous experience. Her vulgar behavior shows no respect for guests and her racism tendencies take down the hotel’s brand. We will not check-in this hotel or any other hotels under the same chain, neither will people we know. By the way, this great staff’s last name starts with letter “P”. Just to be fair, her colleagues did not respond to her rude comments. The rude staff probably thinks guests don’t speak several languages and she could just show her proud discrimination. There are other hotels in Monaco, especially if you don’t visit often, choose the friendly ones. The rooms are fine, staffs are doing their job, good sunlight exposure. However, the experience is totally the opposite, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, one person’s performance can ruin a brand’s image.

Shocking Experience at Columbus Hotel Monte-Carlo – A Hilton Letdown I am a Hilton Gold Member who regularly chooses Hilton properties for both personal and business travel. Unfortunately, my recent stay at the Columbus Hotel Monte-Carlo, Curio Collection, was deeply disappointing and unlike anything I’ve experienced at any other Hilton location. On the day of checkout, I made a simple request for bottled water to be delivered to my room. To my surprise, I was told this was not possible. When I asked to speak to a manager, I expected someone who would listen and help find a solution. Instead, the manager outright reaffirmed that my request couldn’t be accommodated — with no courtesy, flexibility, or effort to resolve the issue. But the most shocking part came when I went to the front desk to check out. I encountered the same manager again, who greeted me with a smirk and sarcastically asked, “Will you ever stay at a Hilton property again because of this?” I responded, “Definitely not.” The fact that this kind of behavior came from a manager at a Hilton-affiliated property is truly unacceptable. This experience fell far below Hilton’s usual standards of service and professionalism. I hope this feedback prompts a serious review of the management and customer service at this property.

This hotel is simply not worth the price. It’s in a poor location, far from the center of Monaco and not walkable. The breakfast was very basic, lacking essentials, and you have to pay extra for things like eggs beside the scrapple they offer. On top of that, the staff wasn’t particularly friendly or welcoming, which made the experience even worse. Definitely would not recommend and won’t be coming back.
