A Washboard Company???... This slice of Americana has it's roots steadfast in what should be a bygone era. In an age of high tech washing machines and other devices to make our lives easier, this low tech device has still got some tricks up the sleeves that it's getting clean by hand.
Not only are washboards still having a use in our society, but are finding new revival in popularity, with more unique uses. Keeping the old adage "Necessity is the mother of invention", Columbus Washboard is holding it's own, reinventing itself for a new generation.
Whether it's getting that stain out of something you just don't trust in a washer, or helping a soldier keep his uniform clean while in the field, one of these washboards can do the trick. They even have washboards for someone yearning for memories of a simpler time or want to play in a band. (By the way Logan, Ohio is home to a Musical Washboard Festival every July.)
Last, but not least, they have the World's Largest and 2nd Largest Washboards displayed at the factory.
