Errehh ladies and gents! I have stumbled upon and Celiac Safe Kitchen! Not only are they gluten free but their food is also appetizing! The establishment is a little hidden, but once you find it you will be ecstatic! The cafe is small and has limited seating so get their early! They are CASH ONLY, so bring cash or you will be forced to use the ATM outside. Pay them a visit and enjoy delightful food, your stomach will thank you!

Being a gluten-free person, it was lovely to have so many choices! Everything tasted so delicious. The traditional Porto dinner, Francesinha was amazing & a treat to be able to enjoy with GF beer. Your server, Ana was absolutely outstanding with a bubbly personality and spoke English really well!! And the desserts were incredible, cheesecake, Nata tarts, and the almond cake. all very yummy.

Delicious food. Fantastic service. This is a must visit gem for all visitors craving a true pastel de nata experience without the gluten. Don’t leave without trying the cheesecake as well. It’s light and airy with the perfect touch of sweetness.

Gluten free! The Francesinha was alright, ham, steak and sausage. The cheese on top and sausage were cheap. The crepe was average as expected. The pancakes was good with jam on top. The bifana was honestly the best, just pork and sauce on top. Recommend getting the bifana of them all. Good, quick service. Nice area around was great for people watching.

Good gluten free food for celiacs who want a safe meal. I had the tuna wrap and my partner had the pork sandwich. Portions were a little small but it was tasty. They don't allow you to drink your own water if you bring a bottle, and that made it feel a little less welcoming.

Such a tiny spot — and I was really lucky to arrive just before the lunch rush! Five minutes after I got there, every seat was taken. The food was great :) I hadn’t had regular fries in so long, they honestly felt like a 10 out of 10! I have celiac disease, and everything was safe for me. Service was lovely. Just a heads-up: they accept cash only.

Just FYI it is cash only, and they have a bunch of rules plastered on their windows. Then the staff are not very friendly, they seem like you are inconveniencing them. There are plenty of gluten free options in Porto, just need to look a little bit. Tasquinha do Be is GF, and across the river is an awesome GF bakery called Padaria Celicias that is totally worth the 15 minute Uber drive; they have nata, pies, donuts, and more! My wife has celiac and we had no problem finding plenty of other spots that she could enjoy.

A gluten-free paradise in Porto! The staff is kind and welcoming and the baked goods are spectacularly delicious. We were so pleased to be able to try the pastel de nata…the egg cream was perfect and the shell may be less flaky than a traditional variety but we loved it. The cheesecake was fantastic - not too heavy, not too sweet. Every last bit was enjoyed. We haven’t had the chance (yet) to try the lunch but traditional favorites like (gluten-free) Francesinha are even on the menu. Thank you to the owners for creating this place.
