Great little local place with several locations serving a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes, including many not commonly spotted. Everything we tried was solid. The fried flying fish was pretty interesting - like a large, mild sardine - and it was seasoned with some quite unique spices that we couldn’t quite identify. Very good. The purple yam soup is mild in flavor, but brightens up with a bit of fish sauce and chili. The squid was super tender. The two styles of char siu were tender and balanced in flavor - not overly sweet like some places. Service was friendly and quick throughout even though it was pretty busy. The a/c room could be a bit cooler - was still quite warm.

I look at this venue and wanted to give a normal rating but there is nothing bad about this place Food is pretty traditional, special taste and also not expensive 3 dishes drinks and rice is below 500k vnd Pork and prawn claypot is decent Ca chua is not super sour which i like with food fishball to the bite Xao choy sum and pork slices was pretty ok The waitresses were friendly helpful and lots of them to serve patrons Only angst was a long wait for the toilet and dont know who’s inside, for a long time.. and I had to go somewhere else to freshen up Overall rating 8.5/10

Nice decorations, good service and authentic and delicious food. I went alone so I ordered one Mi Quang, big portion serving with a very fresh and tasty vegetable basket. I were more than full so I couldn’t order more. I love the sauce and green chili. Good job 👏 Congrats Muoi Kho.

We went there Saturday night around 6:30PM but certain of dishes were not available. What a strange for a Saturday! The stew dishes were alright, not too sweet like many other restaurants. Totally disappointed for sweet and sour soup, it’s supposed to be sour but we didn’t taste any sour at all, certainly no sweet either, so the soup just like plain water with toppings. Another annoying thing was someone was smoking. I’m not sure why they let people smoke inside the restaurant. We have children and totally non-smokers, so it was really uncomfortable.

This restaurant really suits my palate as a southern Vietnamese. Highly recommend if you want to try authentic homecooked Vietnamese food. I ordered stir-fried pumpkin flower, shredded chicken, braised fish (ultra spicy) and sweet & sour fish soup. Everything was amazing. However, we over-ordered. We couldn’t finish the food as the serving size was pretty big. Please take note if you aren’t a big eater. Overall, it is worth a visit. There are different branches in Ho Chi Minh so it won’t be too difficult to find one near you.

Was brought here to try this central Vietnam cuisine. Was told central Vietnam cuisine loves to add fish sauce. Indeed those we had does serve with fish sauce. The fish soup tastes sweet-&-sour like Chinese salted vegetable soup. Almost not able to finish the food for 2. Food portion is huge. Service is quite fast. when come to serving. The place is a bit cramp with waiting customers sitting along the pathway watching you eating. Feel uncomfortable. Anyway, main purpose here, is on the food.

The hến dish I couldn't taste hến but only onion. The pork dish was too much fat unlike photo in the menu But the fat was marinated in some sauce over time. They have sweet, fat, and crunchy taste. Nice location. Would love to try other dishes next time
