My wife and I have been customers for over a year. Food is great in my opinion but the service keeps on declining. Last order (most likely indefinitely), we asked for nachos with the sour cream on the side (wife is lactose intolerant), I called back telling them their mistake, lady on the phone tried to not send the order back with the excuse of “its pretty busy right now”. Anyways, she said they’ll send it only to for her to call back 25 minutes later asking about our order. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 10+ years, the lack of professionalism is outrageous. It’s not that hard to write down what a customers does or does not want on their food. I hope management steps up their service because we genuinely like their food.

I ordered food from this place and when it came it was the wrong order and the delivery guy also overcharged me and when I paid him he lost $30 that i paid. And when he asked for the $30 and plus tip I just asked for a refund, they didn't give it to me and kept my money and my FOOD. The delivery man also told me to shut up and accept the food that was given to me. He said the food was a gift to me because I supposedly did not pay him the full amount for my order.

Check prices before leaving or ordering food for delivery they over charge for everything they don’t respect menu prices they charge what ever they want food is not that good rice taste like fish all the time ladys with attitude as well

Apparently if you don’t know Spanish you can’t be served here because I went asking for something in English and the woman at the register looked at me with a dirty look on her face and said “tu no sabes Español?” (You don’t know Spanish?) I asked for a burrito in English and she was extremely confused and even had an attitude with me saying she had no idea what I was saying. I asked one more time and she said “ugh” and slapped her hands on her legs. So I said thank you and left. Never going there again.

I ordered the tacos carnitas Mexican style w/ lettuce (y crema that I had at home) and they were amazing! I’d definitely eat hear again!

The waitresses are a bit disorganized. Slow service, if you are not in a hurry then it's ok.

It's always good like the food.

Most DEF good, tasty Mexican food. You know, there's restaurants that serve food and then there's restaurants that serve quality , tasty, enjoyable food. Now , I am the one that eats the spicy food of the crew. So you know some Mexican places serve tomatoe sauce with little to no spice. Not this place! This is the real deal with the spicy Mexican sauce. Even the guatemole-color one is also friggen spicy. (Looks home made to me, served to you In a plastic container. )To the point that you will need some type of drink after 3-4 bites of a taco or anything you ordered. Anyhow, I had steak tacos , for like $12 , I had 4 tacos and 1 Coca Cola. The only reason I removed a star, is the attitude on which your order is taken with.Maybe I expect too much , maybe I believe 5 star service requires a bit of good attitude! Will come back and will recommend !
