COMERÉ OAXACA

We stumbled upon this gem of a new restaurant by accident. This will go down as one of the best experiences we’ve had in Oaxaca. The staff is so warm and passionate about their work. And the food and drinks were incredible. The bar menu was meticulously crafted with skill and love. Ambiance was exceptional. If you have a chance, go eat here before it gets too busy!

What an amazing find. We wandered past the unassuming front and discovered one of the best restaurants in Mexico. Beautifully curated interior, incredible food - so fresh and local, with fantastic presentation - and cocktails to die for. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

We were walking around trying to find a nice place to eat and drink. Everything around was packed, and we were close to giving up when we passed by this place and decided to stop and take a chance. As they led us through we were absolutely blown away by the beautiful space we found ourselves in. Such a unique space. The staff was lovely and attentive and the food and drinks magical. Just can’t say enough about how wonderful this hidden gem is. Ten stars.

A modern twist on traditional Oaxacan cuisine - 10/10! The seafood tacos were excellent! Favorite cocktail - Margarita Clara :) The staff was friendly and explained the concept behind each dish. Highly recommended, will come again :)

What a magical place. It was a busy Sunday and we couldn’t find room for us at any of the busy restaurants and happened to check this one out. What a treat. Some of the best drinks I’ve ever had in Oaxaca (try to piña cocktail). Incredible mole. Excellent service and staff.

Delicious food and creative cocktails using local ingredients. All ingredients seem chosen with great thought and care. Nice ambiance. A band played some traditional music while we were there. The place wasn't very busy on a Saturday night. They are new, so maybe they haven't made anyone's recommendations list yet. You should visit before they get on everyone's radar. The restaurant is tucked inside the building in the inner courtyard. You have to go through a little shop to get there.

We had a wonderful meal here. The mezcal selection is fantastic, and the cocktails were very impressive. The costilla plate was expertly prepared, and the camote really stole the show. Very attentive service too. We look forward to returning.
